One of the most celebrated battle rifle manufacturers, John Noveske, mysteriously died in a car crash in southern Oregon days after posting on Facebook about the link between psychotropic drugs and shootings.

John Noveske is one of a few prominent Second Amendment supporters to die this month under mysterious circumstances.

Less than a week before he died, Noveske ended his Facebook post with, “What drugs was (school shooter) Adam Peter Lanza on?”

That was his last post.

Respectfully, where John left off, I will take over and give America the answers John and the American people were looking for.

There has been a dramatic rise in the sale of antidepressants in the past decade alone. According to IMS Health, sales of antidepressants in the United States surpassed $11 billion in 2010.

Antidepressants are one of the most commonly prescribed drug classes. Four out of five physicians prescribing antidepressants are not even psychiatrists, and the drugs are increasingly being given for non-psychiatric uses.

This dramatic increase in usage could possibly be in direct connection to the controversial TeenScreen survey given to children as young as 9 years old in public schools. TeenScreen has been responsible for policing the mental health of students over the past decade.

More and more public schools have brought in the manipulative survey for children, setting them up for a prescription. For example, one of the questions asked is: “Has there been a time when you felt you couldn’t do anything well or that you weren’t as good-looking or smart as other people?” Another question is: “In the last year, has there been any situation when you had less energy than usual?”

Nearly 20 percent of students who take the survey are then labeled mentally ill, which leads to a prescription. This process is being sold as suicide prevention; however, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force found “no evidence” that screening for suicide risk reduces suicide attempts.

In past generations, parents would train their children in the way they should go, using the rod of correction (Proverbs 22) to drive foolishness from the hearts of their children, while the pharmaceutical companies compete for the position contrary to that which God commanded.

In the meantime, pharmaceutical companies are raking in hundreds of millions of dollars a day while America’s students are used as political and medical guinea pigs.

Note: most Americans don’t even realize that Obama is attempting to deputize the medical industry to screen the mental health of every American.

When reading the antidepressant black-box warnings, you will see the side effects. Some of the side effects include:

• Confusion

• Depersonalization

• Hostility

• Hallucinations

• Manic reactions

• Suicidal ideation

• Loss of consciousness

• Delusions

• Feeling drunk

• Alcohol abuse

• Homicidal ideation

So what drugs was Adam Peter Lanza on?

Louise Tambascio, a family friend of the shooter and his mother, told the CBS News program, “60 Minutes,” that Lanza “was on medication and everything. … I knew he was on medication, but that’s all I know.”

Another case is James Holmes, the Aurora “Batman shooter.” Reporting on newly released court papers, the Denver Post stated that police removed four prescription bottles and immunization records from Holmes’ apartment days after the shooting. During the trial, the names of the medications were redacted for “privacy reasons.”

A few years before Dr. D. James Kennedy passed away, I spent an afternoon with him at his church in Florida. Dr. Kennedy was the founder of world-renown Coral Ridge Ministries, known for stating on national television regarding abortion, “Four thousand die daily and 300,000 pulpits are silent.”

On one occasion, Dr. Kennedy told me that while he was holding a large convention at his church, the homosexual lobby was protesting him.

A pastor attending the convention was shocked and asked, “Why is your church being protested?”

D. James Kennedy corrected this pastor with a relevant question: “You mean, your church doesn’t get protested?”

Friends, protestant has meaning: protest – ant.

America is looking for the Christ 78 percent of Americans claim they serve.

Agree or disagree with him, Rev. Charles Finney stated:

“Brethren, our preaching will bear its legitimate fruits. If immorality prevails in the land, the fault is ours in a great degree. If there is a decay of conscience, the pulpit is responsible for it. If the public press lacks moral discrimination, the pulpit is responsible for it. If the church is degenerate and worldly, the pulpit is responsible for it. If the world loses its interest in religion, the pulpit is responsible for it. If Satan rules in our halls of legislation, the pulpit is responsible for it. If our politics become so corrupt that the very foundations of our government are ready to fall away, the pulpit is responsible for it.”

How deprived is the understanding of the modern church when it comes to its own history!

Nowadays, effeminate hirelings have infiltrated the pulpits – pulpits they have no business occupying.

By the looks of them, I can see why the enemies of America are so encouraged. Instead of preaching against sin (transgression of God’s Law – 1 John 3:4), these hirelings accept sin, attempting to cover it with a false grace – and in so doing, teach their congregants to war against a just and holy God (Micah 3:5).

What a contrast to the preachers who thundered from America’s pulpits before, during and after the Revolutionary War, causing the colonists to stand up in the face of tyranny. The British labeled them as the much-feared “Black Robed Regiment.” The British were not the only ones who recognized them as the bulwarks of America’s Independence:

Today the professed church is attempting to flee from its responsibility to be part of the political process when in fact God is the one who gave government (Exodus 18:21). The church is to overcome evil with good. And as our forefathers rightly stated, “Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.”

Let’s look at the primitive church’s actions through Scripture so we can reform and align ourselves with God’s original intent for the church. And surprise, surprise – guess who they were standing against?

On Wednesday, I was set to perform an after-school voluntary presentation at Spanish River High School in Boca Raton, Fla., after having been invited by a student-led high school group, The American Club. The group has been established for two years, has had many speakers and followed the usual line of protocol for having a presentation, being pre-approved by the school administration. They hung posters three weeks before the event, and it was advertised on morning announcements all week.

We no sooner stepped foot on campus, but the principal and an effeminate teacher approached us and attempted to cancel the event on their campus with no justifiable explanation. They claimed they did not “vet” me, although they had not done so with any previous speakers The American Club has brought in.

This was a clear violation of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, which declares:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

When we reminded them that their actions were unlawful, they told us that once we entered school property, we no longer had a First Amendment right.

A teacher then blurted out the real reason for attempting to shut down the voluntary, student-led presentation: religious discrimination.

Is this lawful activity?

Absolutely not!

Supreme Court case Tinker v. Des Moines in 1969 concluded that
 “students do not leave their rights at the schoolhouse door.” Rights that God gave us, might I add.

The students were furious. In addition, the crowd began to swell. They began recording the showdown on their iPhones, and when we offered anyone who wanted to hear the presentation to follow us across the street, the students followed gladly.

Before we left, however, the effeminate teacher who had a part to play in the attempt to cancel the student-led presentation exercised his First Amendment right to tell the students, “I warn you, children, that everything this gentleman is going to tell you is complete misinformation.”

How hypocritical!

Furthermore, this teacher completely implicated himself. If they did not have a chance to “vet” me, how would he know what I was going to say?

Could it be that he read about me on Wikipedia or independent blog sites that have no credibility whatsoever and decided he was going to attempt to cancel the presentation based on disinformation?

Could it also be that he was a communistic teacher who didn’t want America’s students to receive a constitutional, moral message?

What didn’t this effeminate teacher want the students to hear?

That the NEA has not only an LGBT caucus for teachers, but a “drag queen” caucus as well? That Obama appointed Kevin Jennings as his “safe school” czar, a man who wrote the foreword to a book titled “Queerifying Elementary Education”? Or that Jennings’ icon is Harry Hay from the North American Man and Boy Love Association, whose motto is “sex before eight before it’s too late” when marching in gay pride parades?

Or was it that this effeminate teacher didn’t want the students to know about Larry Brinken, a homosexual icon who was recently arrested for possession of horrific child pornography?

Or was it that Dan Savage went to a high school journalism conference and bullied Christian teens, telling them “the Bible is bulls–t”? Savage also said he wanted to %#$& Rick Santorum, drag his political opponents behind a pickup truck until there’s nothing left but the rope, and that he wishes all Republicans were dead.

Or was it that he didn’t want the students to know that the Southern Poverty Law Center labeled us as a “hate group” for simply exposing Elton John’s statement: “There is nothing wrong with going to bed with someone of your own sex. People should be very free with sex, they should draw the line at goats“?

Or was it that he didn’t want me to tell the kids sodomy was illegal in all 50 states until 1961, or that homosexuality was considered a mental illness until 1973?

What was this effeminate man afraid of? He almost had me convinced that I was the one doing something wrong.

Not!

If standing up against those who perpetuate crimes against our posterity is wrong, then I am guilty as charged.

America should pay careful attention to who is doing the discriminating and who is abiding by the laws of our republic.

David Watkins, a former Boy Scout leader, has been charged with sodomizing a boy under 13 years of age in his troop.

The news broke on the same week as the Boys Scouts of America’s (BSA) decision on whether or not to continue their long-standing ban on homosexuals.

In the BSA, homosexual child sex abuse happens all too often. There have been over 2,000 cases of abuse.

For example:

Scout leader Brett Tayler was charged with more than 30 counts of child molestation and exploitation. He is suspected of molesting at least 10 boys from ages 6-9 years old.

Scout leader Peter Robert Stibal II was sentenced to 21 years for sexually abusing four Scouts from 2003 to 2008 and possessing child pornography.

Douglas Smith Jr., who ran the child-abuse prevention program for the BSA, was sentenced to eight years in federal prison for trafficking child pornography on the Internet.

If such crimes have already come to the light in the Boy Scouts, one must ask why the radical homosexual lobby is determined to force the BSA to allow homosexuals to infiltrate their organization.

Once again, the radicals used totalitarian means in an attempt to bully the BSA into submission.

Clearly, they are using the guise of a “victim” status to attack and undermine the moral foundations of the BSA.

It would do well for the American people to look across the border to Canada and see the disastrous consequences of such a decision.

Canadian Bishop Frederick Henry stated, “Human rights laws designed as a shield are now being used as a sword. The issue is rarely truth formation, but rather censorship, and applying a particular theology through threats, sanctions and punitive measures.”

In 1998, Canadian Scouts (CS) decided to allow females, atheists, agnostics, homosexuals, bisexuals and transsexuals to join the CS. In 1999, they approved the establishment of an all-homosexual troop, which now marches in Canada’s “gay pride” parades. Within five years, scouting membership dropped over 50 percent. Many scouting camps and offices were closed, and staff was laid off.

As one would expect when the doors to sinful behavior are swung open, sex abuse by leaders in scouting is another tragic consequence.

Boys who become scouts to receive a healthy, moral upbringing are instead becoming lifetime victims of criminals who prey on children.

Even worse is the lack of justice these young boys receive. Canada’s epidemic of child sex abuse is largely swept under the rug to protect pederasts.

Brian Rushfeldt, president of Canada Family Action, stated, “The notion that we need to protect homosexuals more than we need to protect children … has been a disturbing trend.”

The Scouts is not the only area affected by the radical homosexual lobby’s bully pulpit.

The education system is targeted in a large degree.

After Canada passed homosexual marriage legislation in 2005, Phil Lees of Canada’s Public Education Advocates for Christian Equity (PEACE), who spent most of his career in public education, said the same-sex marriage law had an immediate effect on Canadian schools:

“Experience shows that whenever homosexual marriage becomes law, children will be exposed to an increasingly sexualized curriculum and school environment at an early age, as early as kindergarten.”

In Canada the radicals have sought to lower the age of consent to 14 years old for anal intercourse.

America’s school curriculum is not too far behind Canada’s.

It is time to wake up, America, and heed Canada’s warnings before it’s too late.

There has been great concern about how Tyrant Barack Hussein Obama has been out there attempting to win the hearts and minds of our young through his twisted and un-American ideologies.

Synonyms for a tyrant are oppressor, dictator, bully, despot, persecutor.

How fitting.

After performing constitutional lyceums in 341 high schools across America, I have seen firsthand the indoctrination being imposed on the future generations of this great country – which, for the most part, they are rejecting.

I recently returned from a tea-party speaking tour in Florida, and the No. 1 concern these patriots brought up to me was how to reach the next generation.

Finally, they were asking the right questions to bring our country back in the right direction.

The answer is all too simple: Show them the price of freedom.

When performing my high school assemblies, I will ask the students in the assembly how many know their Constitution.

Many begin to laugh in sheer ignorance.

I tell them that if they do not know their rights, they don’t have any rights.

I then ask them how many have grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, dads and moms – maybe even brothers and sisters – who have fought, bled, or died to ratify and magnify the Constitution they do not even know.

About 85 percent of them do, and it hits home with the students.

All of a sudden it is no longer funny.

After seeing the price of freedom, the entire room is immediately captivated with a new love and respect for America and the laws of our constitutional republic.

They will also no longer tolerate anyone – especially tyrants – who would attempt to desecrate those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Here we go again …

The so-called “right” has been capitulating to anti-American socialists/communists who attempt to force their agendas on the American people. Rand Paul voted in favor of confirming Chuck Hagel; Ron Paul filed complaints with the U.N. against his own supporters; 100 Republicans are petitioning to back homosexual marriage as the Supreme Court looks at the issue this month; and eight Republican governors have betrayed the people and have come out in support of Obamacare.

Nowadays, America’s “right” is as corrupt and destructive as the “left.”

Today’s conservatives are yesterday’s liberals, and as the un-American agenda goes forward, who loses?

The American people do.

No matter “what side of the aisle” a representative stands on, they all swear the same oath:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

Those who serve in our military swear a similar oath.

Why is it that the American soldier fights, bleeds and dies to uphold the Constitution, while the representatives in American government are allowed to desecrate their honor by undoing the freedoms (under the laws of our constitutional republic) for which the soldier sacrificed?

We have one Constitution, not two – but the American people have been dumbed-down to believe that when the left is in power, they can trample the Constitution; and when the right is in power, they can trample the Constitution. They both act as if they are a law unto themselves.

The first president of the United States, George Washington, prophetically warned:

“The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge natural to party dissention, which in different ages & countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism. The disorders & miseries, which result, gradually incline the minds of men to seek security & repose in the absolute power of an Individual: and sooner or later the chief of some prevailing faction more able or more fortunate than his competitors, turns this disposition to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of Public Liberty.”

Simply put, America would not have a “left” if the “right” had been doing the right thing all of the time.

It would do America well to go back and see the flags that were flying during the American Revolution. “No king but King Jesus” and “Appeal to Heaven” were their rallying cries. They must be ours as well if we wish to see America regain the ground that has been lost.

This morning I did a radio interview concerning our recent First Amendment victory at Boca Raton, Fla. (which happens to be our second one in a year), and the show host was mentioning that the Christian religion is under incessant attack in public schools. He complained that soon we would not have the “right” to say certain things in public schools.

Does that sound like the America you know?

I then said to him, “You never lost the right.”

Students HAVE THE RIGHT to pray on a public school campus.

Students HAVE THE RIGHT to read their Bible on a public school campus.

Students HAVE THE RIGHT to form religious clubs on campus.

Students HAVE THE RIGHT to hand out tracts, flyers, or other religious material on campus.

Students HAVE THE RIGHT to do research papers, speeches, etc. with religious themes.

Students HAVE THE RIGHT to be exempt from participating in assignments that are contrary to their religious beliefs.

Students HAVE THE RIGHT to discuss religious issues even though other students may overhear them.

Despite the fact that we HAVE RIGHTS, it amazes me how much time people will spend proclaiming defeat and giving power over to corruption when they still have the freedom to do the right things.

If the American people would instead spend their time bringing about resolve by upholding the law, advocating judgment and thereby establishing righteousness and peace, we would have a different country in a week.

The American people have been led to believe that anti-American groups such as the ACLU have a right to violate our founding documents. They do not.

People have also been deceived into thinking that students in the public schools belong to the government, as if to say the federal government is free to violate the 10th Amendment at will.

Let me explain: As someone who has taken the time to read our founding documents – the Bible, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights – I can find nowhere where I have lost any of my rights unless I am willing to give them up. The purpose of government is to ensure our rights, not take them away.

When reading the above documents, I have to remember that men fought, bled and died to give me my blood-bought freedoms. This may sound over the top to some, but honoring their sacrifice is the reason I stand my ground and fight.

God is willing to give you what you are willing to fight for (Hebrews 11).

If I were to ask the professing church in America for permission to reach out to our posterity, they would say that you could not cross “lines between church and state.”

I know this from experience.

In their ignorance and apathy, they think their assumptions are correct, not knowing that they are falling in line with the ideology of the ACLU, whose founder Roger Baldwin stated, “Communism is the goal” of the ACLU. This may explain the communist infiltration into the public schools. This may also explain why the ACLU will defend Muslims while attacking Christians.

The professing church would be right if we were living in the communist Soviet Union, where Article 52 of their constitution states, “The church in the U.S.S.R. is separated from the state and the school from the church.”

However, this is America.

President Thomas Jefferson, who coined the phrase “separation of church and state,” was also president of the school board in Washington, D.C. Jefferson preferred the Bible and Watt’s hymnals above all other books for schoolchildren. Jefferson’s true meaning of “separation of church and state” was to bar the government from what they are attempting to do today.

Again, if I were to ask the professing church of today for the blessing to get the job done, I would still be sitting in one of their dead churches.

Listen to what President Harry Truman rightly stated:

“I wonder how far Moses would have gone if he’d taken a poll in Egypt? What would Jesus Christ have preached if he’d taken a poll in Israel? Where would the Reformation have gone if Martin Luther had taken a poll? It isn’t polls or public opinion of the moment that counts. It is right and wrong and leadership – men with fortitude, honesty and a belief in the right that makes epochs in the history of the world.”

If you love your posterity, then fight for them. You have the law on your side, and the victory is sure to those who have the courage to see things through.

In response to being called out on the carpet for his tyrannical methods, Obama stated publicly, “I am not a dictator.”

Whatever Obama says, you can rest assured he is doing the exact opposite, calling “evil good and good evil” and putting “darkness for light, and light for darkness” (Isaiah 5:20).

To add to Obama’s list of abuses, his administration attempted to justify drone strikes on his own people. The American people are now beginning to realize we are no longer speaking of what happens in Third World countries; it is happening in our own backyard.

What is it that defines a dictator?

Parallel the abuses of tyrant King George III in 1776 to what is happening to the American people under Obama’s administration, and you will see the same tyrannical measures stemming from the same tyrannical ideology.

Replacing King George with Obama, the Declaration of Independence states:

“The history of the present [president of the United States] is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted. …

“He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.”

Operation Fast and Furious: Obama, as an accessory to criminal activity, including murder, asserted executive privilege where law as well as court precedent clearly shows it unlawful.

Obama has used criminal measures to attack American immigration law and illegally usurped constitutional laws by unashamedly announcing he will issue work permits to illegal aliens.

As the chief law-enforcement agent, Obama has refused to enforce the Defense of Marriage and the Voting Rights Act against a domestic terrorist group, the New Black Panthers.

Obama has been held in contempt of court for refusing to lift the Gulf of Mexico oil-drilling ban.

“He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained;”

With no constitutional jurisdiction in the area of states laws regarding illegal immigration, Barack Hussein Obama sued states such as Arizona and Alabama for their laws preventing and prosecuting illegal immigration.

“He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.”

Czars anyone? He has sent his EPA, IRS, DOJ and other gangsters to sue private American businesses and citizens, steal private lands and assault churches as well as private groups that oppose him.

“He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.”

Obama set criminal precedents as he moved the United States military from the congressional chain of command and used them in Libya with no regard to the violation of the War Powers Act. Obama’s secretary of defense has advised Congress that the military will go to war upon the authorization of the U.N., NATO or other global entity, excluding any mention of congressional approval.

These are just a few examples of Obama’s “King George” abuses on the American people.

Now the question lies at the feet of America: How are we going to respond?

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is the their right, it is their DUTY, to throw off such Government. …”

It is time for the Declaration of Independence to be resurrected in the same spirit as our forefathers.

Sen. Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J., and Rep. Barbara Lee, D-Calif., have introduced sex-education legislation limiting funding for “ineffective” abstinent-only programs, while expanding the dangerous comprehensive sex-education program. At the same time, a student at Clear Lake Middle School in Florida was punished for wearing an abstinence T-shirt.

As shown in the example above, America has allowed themselves to be deceived by the mainstream media, so much so that they believe that young students across this country are accepting of all forms of immorality, when in fact they are rejecting it. Amidst a generation that suffers the highest suicide rates, drug and alcohol abuse, teen pregnancy, abortion and anti-depressant usage – this is hardly the case.

I have seen this firsthand.

This is a generation of survivors, and rightly so.

I have been in over 342 high schools across America, and the next generation is literally dying for someone to break into their indoctrinated worlds and give them the truth found in America’s biblical and constitutional foundations (Hosea 4:6).

During my all-school assembly programs (upon invitation from school administrators), I speak on over 26 topics such as drug and alcohol abuse, suicide, sexual morality, media bias, the Constitution, the separation of church and state myth, and the price paid by our veterans. When people find out about our assemblies, without fail they will ask, “How do you get into public schools? Do they really accept your message?”

Yes, they do.

As a matter of fact, I have received over 80 letters of recommendation from school administrators. I have been invited back to schools repeatedly. Over 95 percent of the student body, as well as the staff, are thankful we came.

There are, however, a small bunch of socialist-minded teachers who can’t handle the fact that the students are glued to the message. In a few instances, they have even made the mistake of attempting to stop the next generation from hearing an American, constitutional and moral message.

And it backfires … every time.

I will give you two examples:

I was speaking at a high school in Missouri, a town that claimed the highest crystal methamphetamine use in the state. While advocating life, I had just shown the students the famous picture of Samuel Armas in the womb, reaching out and holding the doctor’s finger after surgery to prevent the worst effects of spina bifida.

The principal stopped the assembly and told the students that if they were offended, they could leave.

Only two people left the room. The rest of the students and staff were glued.

The principal came in and forced everyone to leave. His actions erupted an entire school giving me a standing ovation.

Then comes another school in Arkansas. About 10 minutes into my program, the superintendent walked up and asked everyone to remain seated while he talked with me outside to decide whether or not they should complete the program.

The entire student body grumbled and complained about their superintendent’s actions. As the minutes went by, the student body began stomping their feet on the floor and chanting, “LET HIM SPEAK! LET HIM SPEAK!”

This school administration was so intolerant of the truth that they sent the police to drive us out of town!

In light of the Supreme Court hand-picking the issue of homosexual marriage this week – an issue that has been settled by our Creator, the laws of our republic and the righteous compliance of the American people – I thought it was important to ask where the American people are deriving the belief that radical homosexual marriage is accepted by a majority of our citizens.

Fact: At least 33 states have voted down homosexual marriage.

During the state’s Proposition 8 battle, 7 million Californians voted against homosexual marriage (the majority were black voters.) Not once but twice was their voice heard. Yet, the corrupt judicial system got involved and stripped it from the hands of the people, placing it in the courts – right where they wanted it. That way they could control the “debate,” and the state-run media were right there to help them along.

Another example dates back to May 1, 2004, in Seattle, Wash. Approximately 25,000 people protested homosexual marriage at the Mayday for Marriage rally. Approximately 1,500 radical homosexual sympathizers showed up to protest the rally, holding up signs stating, “Bigots go home!” The state-run media twisted the truth and told the public that the 1,500 homosexual supporters holding up signs stating, “Bigots go home!” were the majority and made the 25,000 protesters out to be the minority, totally turning the event to be against the “bigots” instead of homosexual marriage.

The media repeated the same twisted reporting in Washington, D.C., this week.

Hegelian Dialectic

The Hegelian Dialectic is the tool that the corrupt in government use in an attempt to manipulate the minds of the people to accept their “change” when they normally would reject it.

The Hegelian Dialectic is the process in which the usurping elitists create a crisis, knowing in advance how the population will react to that created crisis, thus conditioning the people that a change is needed. Once that is achieved, they will then bring the “answer” to the crisis.

They attempt to control both sides of the debate over how and why the “change” is needed, thus diverting anyone from asking the right questions, in order to avoid bringing the right answer.

With the help of the state-run media, this process is repeated over and over again to make it seem as though society is accepting of their “change.”

Rather than citing the Bible, the Constitution or the laws of our republic, they continue their manipulative debate until a perceived compromise is reached. The outcome of the “debate” – which purposely addressed the “concerns of the public” with the mandate to do something – is enacted as public policy (never law), and their radical agenda moves forward.

The Supreme Court, the media, and this administration are exemplifying the Hegelian Dialectic today. After placing radical lesbian Elena Kagan on the bench, they have attempted to take issues such as marriage out of the hands of the people so they can push their unconstitutional and, therefore, illegal agenda.

The same can be said with the Roe v. Wade decision in 1973. The American people accepted the lie that abortion is legal just because the Supreme Court said so.

As William Blackstone stated, “No enactment of man can be considered law unless it conforms to the law of God.”

After 57 million babies have been aborted, the American people are finally beginning to awaken to the fact that the Hegelian Dialectic has deceived them. If they would have shown their true intent by running on a slogan such as, “Support the murder of innocent children. Vote yes today!” the populace would have been appalled and those who would have the audacity to advocate such a crime would have been thrown in jail.

Simply put, America is dealing with less than 1.7 percent of the population that is being used as a political battering ram to upend your Constitution.

Friends, remember they will always do what you let them get away with.

When I ponder the history of the heroes of the faith – Moses confronting the Pharaoh, David confronting Goliath, Gideon and his small army of 300 standing against the oppressive Midianites and King Hezekiah confronted with Sennacherib (the king of Assyria) – I remember that the odds were set against them. When observing their circumstances, I see they had every reason in the world to think that defeat was on the horizon.

In America, we can look back to our forefathers, namely all 56 signers, and we know the odds were set against them as well. Our small colonial army was fighting against a tyrant who had the strongest military in the world – a tyrant who was opposing them at every turn, even willing to send foreign mercenaries to destroy their families as they were set to steal away everything that rightfully belonged to them.

In the present, similar circumstances surround the American people on a daily basis. We the People are confronted with assaults to our foundations – both biblically and constitutionally – not from an enemy without, but an enemy within.

With every true-life scenario before us, I have noticed the direction these courageous men and women took without fail. They always set their face toward heaven, and they called upon the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in Jesus’ name. Because they were willing to meet God on His terms (Isaiah 66:2) and were prepared to fight for their rights, God answered them mightily (1 Timothy 1:18-19).

Case in point: I came across the following statistics, which lay out my premise perfectly:

• During the Revolutionary War, only 3 percent of the people actually fought against Great Britain.

• Only 10 percent of the citizens actively supported that 3 percent.

• Approximately 20 percent considered themselves to be on the side of the Revolution, but they did not actively participate.

• Toward the climatic end of the war, approximately 30 percent actually fought on the side of the British.

• The rest of the citizens had no disposition either way. They didn’t care. They didn’t want anything to do with what they deemed to simply be a political issue.

Our founders and our biblical heroes are a great cloud of witnesses (Hebrews 12) that God is willing to answer us if we are willing to take Him at His word, “appeal to Heaven” and claim that there is “no king but King Jesus” in America. These were the mottos of the Revolution, and they must be our mottos today if we want to see the same victorious results.

As Martin Luther King Jr. rightly stated, “When people get caught up with that which is right and they are willing to sacrifice for it, there is no stopping point short of victory.”

America, you still have the freedom to do the right thing.

Attorney General Eric Holder has again shown his true colors – his disdain for America and her laws. Recently, he took action against the German Romeike family, which is seeking asylum in the United States after being forced to flee the country or risk losing their five children to the German government. Germany was attempting to force the Romeikes to put their children in public school against their religious beliefs in a terrifying repeat of history.

Holder said that asylum should not be granted to homeschoolers because, according to him (not the law), homeschooling is not protected under religious freedom.

Regarding education, let me set the record straight: The federal government does not have the right to break the law by implementing any type of educational curriculum. Parents are responsible for training their children in the way they should go (Proverbs 22:6), not the federal government (Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution).

The fallout of federal education is stupefying. More than 700,000 students who graduate high school each year cannot even read their own diplomas. Bill Bennett, the secretary of education under Reagan, said, “The longer you stay in school in America, the dumber you get.”

Eric Holder, whose position is as a public servant, doesn’t have a right to break the law; his job is to ensure the rights of the people, not to strip them away.

Holder, who is appointed to magnify the law against crime, has instead repeatedly magnified crime against the law.

Wall Street:

On Wednesday, March 6, 2013, Eric Holder testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee, implying that Wall Street tycoons are above the law, in essence giving them a license to plunder the American people. Holder’s head of the criminal division did not prosecute a single Wall Street executive for the fraud that destroyed the economy.

Defense of Marriage:

Eric Holder has directed the DOJ not to enforce the federal Defense of Marriage Act. In doing so, Holder has violated his oath of office and clearly shows his violation of the laws of Nature and Nature’s God.

Fast and Furious:

As we all know, Eric Holder is guilty of putting thousands of assault rifles into the hands of Mexican drug lords in an attempt to blame the American people for the crimes administration officials are guilty of contriving and committing. As a result, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed, along with hundreds of Mexican civilians, including teens at a birthday party and a Mexican beauty queen.

Black Panther Voter Scandal:

Soon after being sworn in as Obama’s attorney general, Holder ordered the voter intimidation case against the Black Panthers during the 2008 presidential election to be dropped.

Marc Rich Pardon:

During his tenure as Clinton’s deputy attorney general, Holder was involved in the controversial pardon of Marc Rich, a major Democratic contributor and fugitive for tax fraud. Holder advised Rich’s lawyer to bypass the normal pardon request procedures and take their plea directly to the White House. Holder also failed to inform prosecutors that a pardon was in process for Rich, denying them the opportunity to intervene.

Boricua Popular Army Clemency:

The Canada Free Press reported that against the express wishes of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the federal prosecutor and the victims of the Boricua Popular Army, at Holder’s recommendation, Clinton granted clemency to the 16 convicted terrorist group members.

Article II, Section 4, of the U.S. Constitution states the grounds for impeachment: “… all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Since 1797, the House of Representatives have impeached 16 federal officials.

It is time to bind criminals such as Eric Holder down with the chains of the Constitution. America is a government of the People, by the People,and for the People. Therefore, it is OUR responsibility to uphold the laws of our republic and hold our public servants to their oaths of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States.

If we fail to do so, our government will become “a source of terror to all its citizens” and create “a country where everyone lives in fear.”

As we look back at the atrocities that have devastated America over the past 12 years since 9/11, one has to reflect upon history and see how it is that past dictators have profited from the use of “terror.”

For example: Hitler was responsible for attacking his own Reichstag to start a world war. He perpetuated a war against the “enemies” he himself created. His propagandists had the Germans believing they were under attack, and all the while Hitler was the one doing the attacking.

Hitler was also responsible for sending his brownshirts to incite the people, so he could play the role of problem-solver. Eighty million Germans refused to believe Hitler was guilty of these crimes until 12 million of their fellow citizens were slaughtered.

Then it was too late.

This is, in fact, what history teaches us.

And now to the present.

It seems rather strange that when America is attacked, one does not question why it is that the government is right there asking the people to relinquish or forfeit their rights – rights hundreds and thousands of men and women have fought, bled and died to give us.

Listen to what Gen. Douglas MacArthur said of the United States government back in 1957:

“Our government has kept us in a perpetual state of fear – kept us in a continuous stampede of patriotic fervor – with the cry of grave national emergency. Always there has been some terrible evil at home or some monstrous foreign power that was going to gobble us up if we did not blindly rally behind it. …”

Yes, he said this in 1957.

You would think that this is what our government said on Sept. 11, 2001.

It was.

“Every nation in every region now has a decision to make. Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists.”

After this statement, the un-Patriot Act was signed into law, and now Americans’ Fourth Amendment rights are violated as they are searched at almost every airport in America through the TSA’s pretended authority, and the government, step-by-step, aggrandizes power to itself while consuming individual liberty.

After 9/11, America was told that we were under an extremist Islamic threat. And now this administration (which celebrates Ramadan in the White House, gives F-16s and tanks to the Muslim Brotherhood, continuously sympathizes with radical Islam, opens the borders for illegal immigration and runs guns to Mexican gun cartels to blame the American people) has now extended the definition of a terrorist to mean anyone who happens to be a patriot, a Christian, a gun owner, a pro-lifer, etc. – in essence, an American. (Isaiah 5:20)

Just this last week, the Equal Opportunity branch of the military put out a training manual labeling “evangelical Christians” as the No. 1 threat to America. Within a week the USA Today front page stated “Terror Returns” after the Boston marathon bombing, and officials are stating that the suspects are possibly “homegrown terrorists.”

This isn’t the first time our government has labeled Americans as terrorists. Let’s go to Waco, Oklahoma City and Ruby Ridge to see who was responsible for the terror enacted:

This last week I have been focusing on the Gosnell crimes against the innocent in the womb. This monster, and a monster he is, has the severed feet of babies in jars at his clinic; his associates stab babies in the neck 20 minutes after they are born alive; babies have been decapitated; their spinal cords have been cut; and to top it off is the account of a baby in a toilet, gasping for air, waiting for someone to stand up and magnify the laws of our republic against the criminal and to preserve the life of the innocent.

Through their inaction, the professed church in America today has been the greatest advocate for the abortion industry. Three hundred thousand pulpits have become accomplices to murder by their silence while 3,700 babies a day are aborted. In the meantime, America seems to have question marks as to why their government acts in the fashion they do.

We need look no further than to the criminal in the White House who has voted over 241 times advocating abortion, as if to say murdering children is lawful. If that’s not good enough, Barack Hussein Obama has even voted to make sure there is a second doctor in the room to “snuff out” the baby if it is born alive.

Obama, in an interview on NBC’s “Today” show on April 17, 2013, stated the following about Gosnell:

“If an individual carrying out an abortion, operating a clinic, or doing anything else is violating medical ethics, violating the law, then they should be prosecuted.”

Attempting to justify what he just tried to denounce, Obama also affirmed his defiant stance on abortion in Politico the same day:

“What I can say is this: … I think President Clinton said it pretty well when he said, ‘Abortion should be safe, legal and rare.’”

There is nothing safe, legal or rare about abortion.

“Rare,” Mr. President, like 57 million innocent babies who have been murdered since 1973? “Rare,” Mr. President, like 3,700 innocent babies who are slaughtered in the womb every day?

We also found last week that Attorney General Eric Holder’s wife went in for the kill as a financial profiteer from the abortion industry.

This administration’s attorney general polarizes or attempts to incriminate old ladies who stand up against the murder of children. And why? Well, now we know.

And now the abortion industry has become so emboldened that they even sent lobbyists to the Florida House floor to advocate killing babies after they are born.

The good news is that despite the criminal behavior of Obama and silence of the professed church in America, 650,000 real Christian patriots righteously and defiantly stood up against this criminal administration on the topic of abortion at the March for Life in Washington, D.C. Over 70 percent of abortion clinics have been shut down, and three states have declared abortion illegal. Why? Because the younger generations are rising with one voice, crying out, “You will not kill off my generation!”

And if the professing church won’t stand up, God will use a pro-choice prosecutor, such as the one in Gosnell’s trial, to expose and shut down the abortion industry.

The law is there to protect the innocent, and it is there to condemn the guilty. Now it is time for America to do her part and lawfully prosecute this criminal administration, and it’s time to for government to lawfully protect the innocent in the womb.

On the heels of the Benghazi exposé (on the crimes of this administration), I watched a press conference this morning by the families of three Navy SEAL Team 6 members who were killed along with 26 others when their helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan. The information that came forth was nothing less than surreal, obvious and very telling.

Telling, I say, that on a daily basis this administration adds insult to injury when the American people have already seen, in the light of day, that its officials are willing to defend radical Muslims (America’s sworn enemy) at every turn:

Here are some points from the families’ press release:

1. Obama and Biden disclosed that it was Navy SEAL Team 6 who carried out the successful raid on bin Laden’s compound, putting a target on the backs of our now fallen heroes.

2. High-level military officials sent the Navy SEAL Team 6 heroes into battle without special operations aviation and proper air support.

3. There was a denial of pre-assault fire, possibly contributing to the shoot down of the Navy SEAL Team 6 helicopter.

4. Military brass, while prohibiting any mention of the Judeo-Christian God, invited a Muslim cleric to the funeral for the fallen Navy SEAL Team 6 heroes who disparaged in Arabic the memory of these servicemen by damning them as infidels to Allah.

5. Obama went out of his way to ensure that Osama bin Laden had a proper Muslim burial.

America, you now have an administration that is clearly at war with our republic, our Mosaic institution and our Christian heritage.

They are even willing to go the extra mile and desecrate the sacrifice of those who gave them the privilege to be in a representative, governmental position.

As seen by today’s press conference, the American people are now in a position where they are having to do what the government was put in place to do. This administration is now committing the crimes it has been put into position to prevent.

One more point …

America needs to quit talking to these politicians as if they do not know what they are doing; they know exactly what they are doing.

The best the conservatives have – who are responsible for the corner the American people have been painted into – have even gone so far as to sit back and play the fool by reasoning with this unreasonable administration.

This administration is filled with lying, scheming, immoral, treasonous radicals.

America attempts to be rational with the irrational, and all the while these radicals attack America … and America loses.

No more.

This is nothing less than criminal, and criminals need to be lawfully dealt with. Simply put, it is time to get radical with criminal radicals in this most awesome God-given country of ours and bring forth justice.

The answer is found in Article II, Section 4, of the United States Constitution:

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Under Herbert Hoover’s presidency during the Great Depression, local governments ordered the deportation of illegal aliens to make jobs available to American 
citizens that desperately needed work.

Harry Truman introduced legislation in 1951 to reduce the illegal immigration problem.

And then in 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower deported approximately 1.3 million Mexican nationals due to the growing threat to national security and the American economy.

This current administration walks contrary to the presidents who actually served those they were responsible to represent! At a time when America is in an “economic crisis,” Obama and his minions (Psalm 12:8) have again displayed their disdain for America and her people by opening our borders and welcoming illegal immigration … and the crimes illegals commit along with it.

First, is it not this administration that attacks governors and even sues states on our southern border for enforcing the laws against illegal immigrants? Yes, it is.

Is it not this administration that also recently granted amnesty to 800,000 illegals so this president could round up some more young voters? Yes, it is.

Is it not the Department of Justice that has bullied states over voter-ID laws, and has even gone so far as to claim it is racial profiling, to ensure that illegal aliens have free reign in America? Yes, it is. Attorney General Eric Holder has now even called amnesty for illegals a “civil right,” as if to say the illegals have a right to break the law. This should come as no surprise. (Do not forget that this is the same attorney general who placed guns into the hands of violent criminals in Mexico to blame the American people for the crimes he contrived through “Fast and Furious.”)

On the other hand, is not this administration responsible for violating every American citizen (suspected terrorist) who desires to fly out of an airport when the TSA frisks him or her at the security checkpoint, which clearly violates the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution? Yes, it is.

What? We are required to show our IDs to get on an airplane, but we are not required to show IDs when we vote?

Case in point: This administration is not only overlooking the illegals, but encouraging illegal immigrants while harassing American citizens. This is not only illegal, but it is treasonous.

The borders are wide open without and within, and this administration is there to ensure they remain open. What people may not realize are the repeated crimes against the American people by illegal aliens who have been deported time and time again. The Department of Homeland Security has even gone so far as to release hundreds of illegals out of prisons, letting them loose on the American people. It is time that America begins to hear the cries of the victims and bring forth justice – and it starts with this administration.

The crimes committed in America by illegal aliens are horrendous, but because the American people allow this administration to remain in power, we have repeat offenders emboldened to commit crimes at will, killing our police, raping our women and even kidnapping our young.

America, not to speak is to speak, and not to act is to act. It is time to speak and to act. The American people cannot stand down. Silence is consent.

The front: homosexual marriage. The end: schoolchildren.

This week, Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton (labeled one of America’s worst U.S. senators by Time magazine) signed homosexual marriage legislation into un-law after the un-lawful state House and Senate approved it. In concert these branches of the Minnesota government have proven themselves to be in defiance of the laws of Nature and Nature’s God, as cited in the Declaration of Independence. In the Minnesota Supreme Court chambers, a huge mural of Moses awaiting the Divine Law of God testifies to their faces that theses elected officials are incompetent to serve “We the People.”

It is important to note the chronological history of what took place before this immoral, unconstitutional, unethical and unlawful bill was signed:

On May 20, 2011, I was invited to deliver the opening prayer at the Minnesota House session . Unbeknownst to me at the time, the House was planning to vote on a constitutional ban on homosexual marriage (decided by the people in the November elections), much like 32 states have already done. The Capitol was packed with supporters and protesters of the ban, and media coverage was heavy on the subject.

Even though my prayer made no mention of homosexuality, I was denounced by then- Speaker of the House Kurt Zellers, a corrupt Republican who has since lost his position. The media flocked around to interview me after my prayer. While I was preparing for a press conference, I was approached by diplomats such as Sen. Paul Gazelka who begged me not to talk to the media, afraid that if I did so the pro-traditional-marriage measure would not pass. The president of the Minnesota Family Council told me they would have to “distance themselves” from me due to the fact that they felt they had it all in hand, and that my prayer was such an offense.

These “diplomats” were more concerned about not hurting anyone’s feelings than they were about protecting our posterity. They thought the route of delicacy would win over radicals who were determined to silence religious freedom and implement a radical homosexual agenda.

Their diplomacy was their ruin.

In a state with massive voter fraud issues (please research Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie and his involvement with fraud), the ban on homosexual marriage was lost during the November elections (along with Voter ID). Minnesota Republicans voted for Rick Santorum (a strong conservative) for their GOP presidential candidate in the 2012 primary, while ultimately the House, Senate and governor’s office became controlled by Democrats. If Minnesota Republicans are this conservative, how did they allow Democrats to gain control?

Once in session – before they even implemented a budget – both the House and Senate passed homosexual marriage. Coinciding with this bill was the “Safe and Supportive Minnesota Schools Act.”

Can you guess what was included in a large portion of this bill? That’s right! Anti-bullying policies … including gender identity and sexual orientation. Wait a second. I thought this was about homosexual marriage. Bullying has nothing to do with marriage. I obtained a copy of this bill. Under this Act, there will be an attempt to revolutionize schools by normalizing homosexuality, and anyone who disagrees with sexually deviant behavior will be punished. This includes students’ behavior on or OFF campus, BEFORE, during and/or AFTER school hours. All staff and school volunteers will be forced to undergo annual training to ensure a “safe environment” for – let’s put it plainly – LGBT students. In other words, the state is attempting to take full control of the beliefs of the children of Minnesota, which is a U.N. global agenda.

During an interview on my radio broadcast this week, a former senator from Minnesota, Gretchen Hoffman, told us pedophile groups such as NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association) will be asking for permission to lower the age of consent for sexual intercourse, just like Canada.

This is criminal behavior from people who are put into position to uphold the laws of our republic and protect the well-being of its citizens. Instead they are targeting the young to be made prey by lawless criminals.

Before this time, state Sen. John Marty (a pastor’s son) had been deceptively trying to circumvent the people and implement homosexual marriage. In 2010, I wrote a letter to all school districts as well as all state representatives in Minnesota, warning of the destructive consequences of the radical homosexual agenda. Here are portions the letter:

We all agree that our posterity deserves the best education, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that our forefathers fought, bled and died for. In order to preserve these freedoms, we must take care to uphold the laws and values that make a nation free indeed. After all, freedom is not given to do what you want to do, but what you ought to do.

As public schools already face challenges in teaching reading, writing, and arithmetic, intense pressure from the radical homosexual agenda is forcing schools to deal with a number of issues never before presented. There have been major attempts to normalize the homosexual lifestyle through education curriculum such as Comprehensive Sex Education, Anti-Bullying Policies, and such [even going so far as to attempt to normalize bestiality]. While the mainstream media want to make this lifestyle out to be normal, healthy behavior, we want to make you aware of the actual statistics linked to this dangerous behavior:

• Capt. William Riddle of the Los Angeles Police says, “30,000 sexually abused children in Los Angeles were victims of homosexuals.”

• About one-third of all sexual abuse cases among children are committed by homosexuals, and about half of all such cases among foster children are committed by homosexual providers. Please consider that less than 2 percent of America is gay.

• Fifty percent of the calls to a hotline to report “queer bashing” involved domestic violence (i.e., homosexuals beating up other homosexuals).

• Thirty three percent of homosexuals ADMIT to minor/adult sex.

• There is a notable homosexual group, consisting of thousands of members, known as the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA). This is a child molesting homosexual group whose cry is “SEX BEFORE 8 BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE.” This group can be seen marching in most major homosexual parades across the United States.

• Homosexuals commit about 33 percent of all reported child molestations in the United States.

• Seventy three percent of all homosexuals have had sex with boys under 19 years of age.

• Many homosexuals admit that they are pedophiles: “The love between men and boys is at the foundation of homosexuality.” At least 20 percent of homosexuals approve of homosexual sex between children and adults.

• Because homosexuals can’t reproduce naturally, they resort to recruiting children. Homosexuals can be heard chanting “TEN PERCENT IS NOT ENOUGH, RECRUIT, RECRUIT, RECRUIT” in their homosexual parades. A group called the “Lesbian Avengers” prides itself on trying to recruit young girls. They print “WE RECRUIT” on their literature. Some other homosexuals aren’t as overt about this, but rather try to infiltrate society and get into positions where they will have access to the malleable minds of young children (e.g., the clergy, teachers, Boy Scout leaders, [Jerry Sandusky,] etc.). See the DC Lesbian Avengers web page, and DC Lesbian Avengers press release, where they threaten to recruit little boys and girls.

Sadly, we could list many, many more statistics regarding the homosexual lifestyle and their crimes.

As a ministry that is committed to upholding the morals and values [as well as the laws of our republic] that make us a great nation, we have been a faithful mouthpiece on our nationally syndicated radio program with multiple thousands of listeners. It is our job to educate America regarding who is upholding our Constitution, and who is not. We urge you to be aware of the statistics regarding this subject, in order to produce an environment for the healthy, quality education that our nation’s youth deserve.

Thank you for your time, and we trust you will do what is necessary for the security of our nation, our posterity and our freedom.

After seeing these violations, I hope you can understand why God calls homosexuality an abomination.

Minnesota has ignored these warnings to its own demise. If any of our students are punished for their beliefs or violated by perverted, sexually deviant criminals, Minnesota’s schools and state representatives should be and will be held legally accountable.

A preacher friend of mine just reminded me where the state of Minnesota just put themselves: “Throw rocks at God and you will learn how gravity works.”

“ADHD is a prime example of a fictitious disease.”

These were the words of Leon Eisenberg, the “scientific father of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder),” in his last interview before his death.

Leon Eisenberg made a luxurious living off of his “fictitious disease,” thanks to pharmaceutical sales. Coincidentally, he received the “Ruane Prize for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Research. He has been a leader in child psychiatry for more than 40 years through his work in pharmacological trials, research, teaching, and social policy and for his theories of autism and social medicine,” according to Psychiatric News.

Yes, it was even admitted that they are his THEORIES. The medical industry is using the guise of helping children to depersonalize and disconnect our children from a healthy, normal upbringing. Parents are placing their children on these drugs and subjecting them to what the world has to offer, when in fact all these children are looking for is their parents in hopes of being the blessing that God intended them to be.

In the United States, 1 out of 10 boys among 10-year-olds takes medication for ADHD on a daily basis … with increasing tendency. And with the help of Teen Screen surveys in public schools, they are attempting to set up the student for the fall.

American psychologist Lisa Cosgrove and others reveal the facts in their study “Financial Ties between DSM-IV Panel Members and the Pharmaceutical Industry.” They found that “Of the 170 DSM panel members 95 (56 percent) had one or more financial associations with companies in the pharmaceutical industry. One hundred percent of the members of the panels on ‘Mood Disorders’ and ‘Schizophrenia and Other Psychotic Disorders’ had financial ties to drug companies.”

And they are reaping major benefits off of this “fictitious disease.” For example, the assistant director of the Pediatric Psychopharmacology Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital and associate professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School received “$1 million in earnings from drug companies between 2000 and 2007.”

Marc-André Gagnon and Joel Lexchin, a long-time researcher of pharmaceutical promotion, performed a study which shows that the U.S. pharmaceutical industry spent 24.4 percent of the sales dollar on promotion, versus 13.4 percent for research and development in 2004. That is almost twice as much money on pushing their drugs on the people than research to make sure it is safe!

This raises the following question: Are they safe?

Read the antidepressant black-box warning for yourselves, and you will be alarmed by the side effects listed on the inserts:

Why would any parent subject their children to drugs with such dangerous side effects?

Dr. Edward C. Hamlyn, a founding member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, in 1998 stated, “ADHD is fraud intended to justify starting children on a life of drug addiction.”

The “attention deficit” lies in the responsibility of the parents, not the child. Scripture tells us that the parent is to “train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6),” not the other way around.

There is a fable about a doe blind in one eye who was accustomed to grazing as near to the edge of the cliff as she possibly could, in the hope of securing her greater safety. She turned her sound eye toward the land that she might get the earliest tidings of the approach of hunter or hound and her injured eye towards the sea, from whence she entertained no anticipation of danger.

Some boatmen sailing by saw her and, taking a successful aim, mortally wounded her. Yielding up her last breath, she gasped forth this lament: “O wretched creature that I am! to take such precaution against the land, and after all to find this seashore, to which I had come for safety, so much more perilous.”

In America, our founders took many hardships and pains to ensure the American people would not be blind in one eye. Their sacrifice, their actions, their writings and our founding documents ensure that American citizens may have both eyes wide open to detect tyranny and bring proper justice upon it. At the present time, Obama’s administration is being perpetually exposed in scandal after scandal, leading to a snowball effect of denial by the administration and the anticipation of how the American people will respond to its criminal activity.

For example, no one in this administration seems to know what happened during the Benghazi attack last September, and during the Benghazi hearings Obama’s cohorts attempted to play off their irresponsible and criminal behavior.

Obama has admitted, while once again shifting the blame away from himself, that four American citizens have been killed in drone strikes.

In what is known as Extortion 17, Vice President Biden compromised Navy SEAL Team 6 by announcing that they took down bin Laden. Over 30 of them have been killed since his announcement. On Aug. 6, 2011, high-ranking military officials “neglected” to follow protocol, leading to the fatal crash of a helicopter carrying 15 members of Navy SEAL Team 6, along with 15 others, none of whom survived. This was the highest single-day loss in the war, and the largest SEAL loss ever.

Obama himself claims he did not know about the IRS targeting conservative and Christian groups seeking tax-exempt status until it broke in the news – despite the fact that the former head of the IRS visited the White House 147 times.

Both Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder refuse to be held accountable for the Department of Justice unlawfully seizing Associated Press emails or hacking into the emails of Fox News’ chief White House correspondent, James Rosen.

America, this is happening with both eyes open.

Instead of invoking impeachment and civil charges, however, the state-run media is forecasting what will be the next scandal by this administration.

How can it be that America’s history was established by those who threw off tyranny, yet citizens today instead throw off their duty (1 Chronicles 22:13)?

Then, I ask, who is the enemy? It is those who through apathy tolerate these crimes against “We the People.”

Albert Einstein rightly stated, “The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don’t do anything about it.”

For those who do take action – the American people are not the ones violating the republic by throwing off corrupt government; it is this administration that is defying the laws of our constitutional republic.

America needs only to follow the Declaration of Independence to once again secure the liberties she once possessed:

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

America just celebrated an extended weekend for Memorial Day, saying thank you to those who sacrificed their all for the freedoms Americans now walk in.

In the clutter of all the bad news that is reported on a daily basis – namely the things that are going wrong, that which is negative to and even counterproductive to the freedoms America now possesses – out of nowhere pops up a story of how blessed America truly is, by capturing the goodness of God, even when we forget all of His benefits (Psalm 103) and the grace that has been shed abroad upon this most blessed nation by His Son Jesus Christ.

What makes America strong is the fact that we are “one nation under God.” How can anyone overlook this when we see God by His Spirit, through man, unify us through unhappy and oftentimes painful circumstances?

Here is one such circumstance:

Twenty-nine year-old Phoenix Police Officer Daryl Raetz was a six-year police veteran who also served in the military in Iraq on two tours. On May 19, Officer Raetz stopped a drunk driver when a large SUV struck him and sped away. Raetz was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Raetz left his fellow officers, the community and his family heartbroken.

Phoenix Police Chief Daniel Garcia stated, “I honestly don’t have the words to describe the sorrow in my heart for Raetz and his family. He was one of Phoenix’s finest, one of our heroes. The men and women in our department are hurting, and we ask for our communities’ support and recognize our officers’ loss, this city’s loss and the loss for his family.”

The community responded to the call and rose to the level of expectation to define true love – not in words, but in deeds (1 John 3:18).

Over 3,000 members of the community showed up to say their goodbyes and exemplify their support for Officer Raetz and his family.

Police departments across the area found out that Officer Raetz’s daughter, Tatum, was to graduate kindergarten three days after his death. Over 300 officers showed up in her father’s place to attend her graduation, letting her know her family will always have their support.

In addition, Raetz’s best friend from elementary school, Detective Jeff Clement, said he promised Raetz to look after Tatum for the rest of her life (John 15:12-14).

This, America, is love. And this is Christ in the heart of man – a light in a dark place.

I salute our military, our police, our firefighters, etc. and those who serve “We the People” to the good of our people and to the glory of our God.
