New explosive charges are coming to light regarding the Sandusky Penn State scandal. The FBI, along with the U.S. Postal Service, is looking into the possible existence of a pedophile ring, which involves Sandusky sharing the boys he abused with other men connected to Penn State.

Sources familiar with the situation said, “Investigators have interviewed at least one man who claims to have knowledge of Sandusky and a very prominent man, with strong ties to Penn State, both sexually abusing a boy.”

Yet, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Graham Spanier, who resigned from his position as president of Penn State last fall in the midst of the sex-abuse scandal, now has been placed in a job working for a “top secret” federal agency.

This activity exposes the fox in the chicken coop. Former FBI Director Louis Freeh was appointed to oversee the investigation of the Penn State scandal. If you recall, Freeh was the FBI director during the Oklahoma City bombing. He was also involved in Waco and Ruby Ridge in the 1990s. In the Ruby Ridge case, the federal government was sued for unlawful encroachment on the Weaver family and paid Mr. Randall Weaver and his surviving children $3.1 million in the killing of his wife, Vicki, and 14-year-old son, Samuel. The FBI sniper who killed Vicki, Lon Horiuchi, was defended by the government (the fox in the chicken coop) and let go for murdering the innocent.

During the Penn State investigation by Louis Freeh, evidence turned up showing that Spanier helped cover for Sandusky’s crimes. Incredibly, the federal government conducted a “re-review” of his security clearance in light of his part in covering up Sandusky’s crimes, and decided he should be rewarded with a “top secret” government job related to our national security – using the American people’s tax dollars to pay for his salary. It begs the question, is Spanier’s new job at the Pentagon?

This is not the first time the government would allow a child sex-abuse cover-up. Do not forget the ICE investigation at the Pentagon, which exposed over 5,000 employees for downloading child pornography. Instead of the guilty being prosecuted for their felony offenses, the DOJ conveniently stated they didn’t have enough manpower to bring prosecutions.

It would be best for these people who commit crimes against fatherless children to understand that it is better for them to take a millstone, wrap it around their necks, and cast themselves into the sea than to offend these little ones (Luke 17:2). But amazingly, there are those who want to dare God’s justice.

George Washington, the first president of the United States, said, “We should avoid ungenerously throwing upon posterity … the burden we ourselves ought to bear.” Our burden, America, is to protect our fatherless children from criminals who prey on them by bringing forth justice, regardless if they are in our communities or behind the face of government. We will know how good a job we did by what we leave to our posterity, not what we subject them to.

Remember Boys Town?

Sandusky’s Second Mile charity being used to violate vulnerable fatherless boys through pedophile rings sounds all too familiar. Remember Boys Town in the 1990s? Boys Town was a home for fatherless boys who were being sold into pedophile rings, which could be linked all the way up to prominent government officials in Washington, D.C.

Back in the 1990s, George H.W. Bush hailed Sandusky’s Second Mile as a “Point of Light.”

Today’s state-run media gives us knowledge of what is going on in America and around the world. And, of course, with their socialist agendas behind their reporting, attempting to bully anyone who stands against it into submission.

Although the media have a damaging 21 percent approval rating (rightly so), according to a recent Gallup poll, it still seems as though the locomotive of socialism runs full steam ahead.

It has been said by Ralph Waldo Emerson, “Democracy becomes a government of bullies tempered by editors.” (America is a republic ruled by law, not through the media’s contrived mobocracy.)

Let’s pull the curtain back on the media so you can see who is doing the reporting.

In 1917, Rep. Oscar Callaway entered a disturbing statement into the congressional record:

J.P. Morgan, a banker and a steel tycoon, hired 12 high-ranking news managers and editors, and asked them to determine the most influential newspapers in America. He wanted to control the policy of the daily press of the United States (that policy being whatever they wanted it to be). The 12 found that it was only necessary to purchase 25 of the greatest newspapers. An agreement was reached, the policy of the papers was bought, and an editor of their choice was placed at each paper to ensure that all published information was in keeping of the new policy. (Again, keep in mind it was their policy.)

In a nutshell, what are they doing? The news media is being controlled by very few people throughout major networks in the United States and worldwide. There are those who are trying to rearrange reality to become the reality they want you to believe in.

Robert Lichter and Stanley Rothman, two media scholars, interviewed 240 news anchors, editors and news writers, and here’s what they found:

1)     47 percent of those who report the news in this country believe that adultery is OK.

2)     76 percent of those who report the news see nothing wrong with homosexuality.

3)     90 percent of those who write your papers in this country believe there is nothing wrong with aborting a baby.

4)     86 percent of those who write your paper in this country seldom or never attend church.

Richard Salant, former president of CBS news, said: “Our job is to give people not what they want, but what we decide they ought to have.” That’s pretty arrogant, isn’t it?

Walter Cronkite, former CBS news anchor said, “News reporters are certainly liberal and left of center.”

Herman Dismore, foreign editor of the New York Times, said, “The New York Times is deliberately pitched to the liberal point of view.”

Richard Cohen, senior producer for CBS, said, “We are going to impose our agenda on the coverage by dealing with issues and subjects that we choose to deal with.”

America, it is time to turn the television off (Psalm 101:3; 2 Corinthians 6:17). You have two options: Stand for truth and demand justice, or become the victims of your own undoing and be trodden under the foot of oppression by tolerating the ideology of those who report the news.

A story is told of a merciful captain of a ship:

When a passing ship shot at the captain’s ship, the captain showed mercy on the opposing crew and warned them not to shoot again. The passing ship shot at him again, but the kind captain did not retaliate. His “mercy” ended up bringing destruction not only upon himself, but all those on his ship, for by allowing the enemy to attack him twice, the passing ship shot a third time and killed them all.

As the deceptive battle continues on between Obama and Romney, one of the establishment fraternizers, Marco Rubio (whose background, like Obama’s, has been highly suspicious), stands up at the RNC and says, “Our problem with President Obama isn’t that he’s a bad person. By all accounts, he too is a good husband and a good father and, thanks to lots of practice, a good golfer. Our problem is that he’s a bad president.”

Why is it when the American people see foreign dictators destroy their countries and assault their people, we are outraged? We see dictators kill their own people by the thousands, assaulting their citizens’ livelihood by dictating from a law unto themselves, as they use their own military as the expendables for advancing their political agendas. They lie, they steal, and they kill.

This sounds all too familiar.

Knowing the unlawful deeds of the Obama administration, whose own campaign slogan is “Forward” (which originates from historical communism), why then are the American people not outraged when they hear the type of rhetoric Rubio gave about President Obama, as if to say he is not as guilty as other dictators who commit the same crimes?

By the looks of the best that the establishment has to offer, it seems only to encourage those who are out to destroy America.

Rubio then went on to say his opposition to Obama is not personal. If you are truly an American, it is totally personal.

Three thousand seven hundred babies a day are aborted in America. Since President Obama’s time in office, over 4 million babies have been slaughtered in the womb.

Americans are outraged by Hitler’s holocaust that killed 6 million Jews, Polish and other innocent civilians, yet the past eight presidents are responsible for 55 million babies who have been killed on American soil (Proverbs 6:17).

It doesn’t stop there. The DNC, at its convention this week, is attempting to mandate through totalitarian means taxpayer-funded abortion. In essence, the American people will become forced accomplices to murder.

And the establishment minions have the audacity to say that Obama is just a “bad president”?

Where is the outrage, America? Is this not personal?

Day by day, we hear of another American soldier killed in Afghanistan. Bob Woodward, in his book “The Final Days,” quoted Henry Kissinger’s shameful statement, “Military men are dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns for foreign policy.” Kissinger is the man who sits next to Obama while telling us that he is pushing for a New World Order. Our soldiers died fighting against the ideology America is tolerating through the Obama administration.

As our military men swear an oath and lay down their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies (both foreign and domestic), the establishment uses them for their own political games.

Where is the outrage, America? Is this not personal?

How many shots does this administration need to take at you and your country before you realize his intention is to sink your ship?

If you thought the U.N. International Baccalaureate and federal No Child Left Behind educational schemes were bad enough, you might want to look a little deeper.

In light of the 9/11 attacks, you would think the current administration would use a little prudence if they were sincerely concerned about a radical Muslim threat. When Obama took his oath of office, he instead defied America in numerous ways. He has given $1.5 billion to Muslim-led Egypt in foreign aid, shortly after the Muslim Brotherhood declared war on the United States. This is the same man that said America is “no longer a Christian nation,” followed by a reference that America may be described as a Muslim nation.

Muslim indoctrination in public schools

Interestingly enough, in recent years American public schools have been indoctrinated with the Muslim religion. Studies have shown over 500 historical errors in public school textbooks, giving an Islamic slant to our youth.

As a result, our youth are subject to the following teachings and practices:

– Learning to become a Muslim

– Fasting for Ramadan

– Learning the five pillars of Islam

– Memorizing verses of the Quran

– Adopting a Muslim name

– Staging a Jihad (war against non-Muslims)

How did this happen? The ACLU, the American Muslim Council, Americans United for Separation of Church and State and the Clinton administration joined together to create an evironment that opened the door to Muslim teaching, while attacking anyone who speaks of the Christian religion in public schools.

Hence, you see the courts backing the Muslim agenda when, for example, a school in California is teaching their students a three-week course that essentially requires them to become a Muslim for that period of time!

This also very well explains why my ministry has been under incessant attack for bringing a moral and constitutional message to public schools.

To prove my point, a representative from the American Muslim Council, Abdul Rahman Al-Amoudi, today serves a 23-year prison sentence for being one of the top fundraisers of al-Qaida in the U.S.

In addition, there are over 225 Muslim schools in the U.S. and around 50,000 children who are being taught to, and I quote Brigitte Gabriel with ACT! For America, “foster an environment of hate, loathing and resentment toward Western culture, Christians, Jews, Shiites, secular Muslims and non-Muslims.”

America, why is this happening? In a nation that was founded on Christian principles, whose students were nurtured in a biblical worldview, could it be that the Christians became apathetic, went to sleep and allowed this radical agenda to creep in unnoticed by the public at large? (Read Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28.)

Muslim infiltration in universities

Saudis have taken advantage of the Title VI program that our government implemented after World War II for the education of young Americans about foreign cultures and languages.

How? They are using their riches from oil to pump millions of dollars into our universities to appoint Arab professors in departments such as political science, Middle East studies, etc. who are brainwashing our students with an anti-American point of view. They teach that we are the problem; that our foreign policy is the problem; that our wealth, enlightenment and success are oppressing the rest of the world.

This explains why Obama is apologizing to other nations. This is why he is targeting the youth vote after this anti-American curriculum has sneaked its way into our schools. This is also why the ACLU quickly represents Muslims while refusing to defend Christians who practice their faith … in public schools.

Since Obama took his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, he has not only battered the Constitution, but has assaulted America’s armed forces who love America and her laws so much that they lay down their lives to defend her freedoms.

How does Obama repay them? He cuts their funding, does nothing when hundreds of thousands of our veterans are still awaiting medical benefits, ignores the wishes of the military branches who desired to keep Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell in place, sues states such as Ohio to block military votes, complains about taking pictures with our soldiers and calls the killing of four Americans in Libya (two of them former Navy SEALs) a “bump in the road.”

Obama and his unlawful bureaucrats continue their bald-faced assaults, using less than 1.7 percent of the population to attack America’s blood-bought freedoms at every turn – and they are using taxpayer money to do so.

How does a country with a population of roughly 312,780,968 million correctly respond?

Look to our forefathers:

Love or hate him, Abraham Lincoln was spot on when he said, “We the people are the rightful masters … not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”

When doing high school assemblies all across the country I will ask the students in the assembly how many know their Constitution. Many begin to laugh in sheer ignorance. I tell them that if they do not know their rights, they don’t have any rights. I then begin to show them the price paid for our freedoms by our founders and veterans who fought, bled and died to magnify the Constitution they previously laughed at not knowing.

I then ask them how many have grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, brothers and sisters who have fought or are currently fighting for our freedom. About 85 percent of them do, and it hits home with the students. The entire room is immediately captivated with a new love and respect for America and the laws of our republic.

Through the knowledge of the Bible and our Constitution, they also begin to see through the destructive, disrespectful and illegal actions of the current administration.

The homosexual activist group Southern Poverty Law Center has attempted to infiltrate the public school system with its newly designed entry-level “diversity” program called “Mix It Up at Lunch Day.” The goal of “Mix It Up” is to force the acceptance of homosexuality into public schools – even at elementary and junior high levels.

The SPLC listed schools on its website that were “participants” of “Mix It Up.” However, the SPLC was reprimanded and exposed by administrators of public schools because it falsely listed its schools as participants without authorization or permission. How did the school systems respond? Get us off your list immediately!

If the SPLC cannot force schools through totalitarian means to accept its “Mix It Up at Lunch Day,” then it will defend Obama’s hand-picked, degenerate, radical homosexual Dan Savage, founder of the It Gets Better Project. A man who touts around under the guise of “anti-bullying,” and who earlier this year assailed high school students who take a biblical stance on homosexuality at a high school journalism conference.

The SPLC recently wrote a letter titled “FRC (Family Research Council) deserves ‘hate group’ label” in which they accused Tony Perkins of calling Dan Savage’s It Gets Better Project “all part of a ‘concerted effort’ to ‘recruit’ children into the gay ‘lifestyle.’”

Look at Canada’s fallout after homosexual marriage was implemented. Its next step was to lower the age of consent for anal sex to 14 years old.

This is all coming from an organization that uses a façade of legitimacy (a law firm that advocates un-law). Of course, it does this with misuse of language and subtly changing definitions of widely understood and accepted terms (reversing definitions). As you know, the socialist-communist agenda has always had a problem with how to defend and promote an indefensible agenda, dedicating themselves by covertly undermining and ultimately destroying American society as to implementing socialism/communism.

Could this be why Morris Dees, SPLC founder, did legal work for the KKK (an arm of the Democratic Party) in 1961, and why SPLC continuously aligns itself with communist organizations?

Dan Savage recently made a visit to Winona State University at the request of the administration, in which he spewed his lawless rants, accusing Christians and Tony Perkins of wanting homosexuals dead.

Savage told the students, “Every dead gay kid is a victory for the Family Research Council. … Tony Perkins sits on a pile of dead gay kids every day when he goes to work.”

Now, friends, are you starting to understand why homosexuality was considered a mental illness until 1973?

Savage also charged all Christians with hatred.

When did “hate” ever tell the truth? (Psalm 109:5)

Even after a shooting at the FRC by a communist homosexual, the SPLC went so far as to put an article on the front page of its website in an attempt to heighten the FRC’s label as a hate group.

Its method:

Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it … Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)

As we all know, Barack Hussein Obama parades around as a self-proclaimed champion of “women’s rights.” He accuses American patriots of waging a “war on women” while he himself advocates the most dangerous and destructive measures a woman can face through two fronts: promoting abortion and radical Islam, both of which are destructive to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Decades of medical evidence have revealed that abortion carries significant psychological risks; including increased risks of depression, anxiety and suicide. Abortion is proven to harm the soul of a woman while killing the life of an innocent child (Proverbs 6:17).

That, my friends, is a war on women!

Obama and his criminal syndicates have advocated for the murder of children in the womb 241 times since he took office. This “grown-up fetus” even went so far as to block the protection of a child born alive during an abortion to be sure the child is snuffed out. He has declared a “war on women” by attempting to force all Americans to fund Planned Parenthood. Obama also wants to force the church in America to supply birth control for women as well, because he wants to promote the church’s doctrine of a moral, healthy lifestyle for women … right?

Obama pretends to care about women and children, but the facts show the complete opposite. Over 4 million babies have been slaughtered in the womb during Obama’s presidency.

Now let’s go outside of the womb to radical Islam.

Another ironic twist is that while Obama and his minions claim to be concerned that women have equal rights, no other president has praised radical Islam (which is renown for persecuting women in horrible degrees) more than Barack Hussein Obama. From the moment he took office, he has used his bully pulpit to pander to the radical Islamic community.

Barack Hussein Obama gave $1.5 billion to Muslim-led Egypt in foreign aid, shortly after the Muslim Brotherhood declared war on the United States. The Muslim Brotherhood is dedicated to the governmental implementation of Shariah law, which wages the worst war on women known to the world.

Radical Islam is known for the dreadful practice of “honor killings,” in which girls who lose their virginity or become too “Westernized” are killed by their own families. A woman is continually subject to abuse, rape and violence. If they flee from a marriage arranged by the family, they will be tracked down and killed – stabbed, shot, drenched in petrol and set alight, drowned, run over or poisoned.

Coming from a president who pledges American taxpayers’ money to fund the murder of babies and to terrorist organizations whose goal is to implement Shariah law, who is really waging a war on women?

Imagine this:

“You are summoned to a tribunal where you cannot have a defense lawyer and you cannot record the proceedings nor have a witness present. The people judging and prosecuting you have no legal qualifications. The accusation is ambiguous, having to do with ideas the state does not like. The penalties could include fines equal to several thousands of dollars, public recanting and rehabilitation classes.”

Does this sound surreal or unthinkable to you? Unfortunately, it is all too real. These are the words of Archbishop Terrence Prendergast, from Ottawa, Canada.

On Oct. 8, Archbishop Prendergast spoke at St. Thomas University in Minneapolis, Minn., warning Americans of the consequences of forced homosexual marriage upon the Canadian populace.

He laid out numerous examples:

For simply writing a letter defining Catholic teaching on homosexual marriage, Bishop Frederick Henry of Calgary, Alberta, was called up before the Human Rights Commission in 2005. Bishop Henry’s complaint was subsequently dropped by the plaintiff who admitted that he only filed the complaint to get media attention.

Once again, the homosexual radical’s “complainant” feigned victim status only to find out that he was actually the assailant.

During his speech, Archbishop Prendergast quoted Henry as saying, “Human rights laws designed as a shield are now being used as a sword. The issue is rarely truth formation, but rather censorship, and applying a particular theology through threats, sanctions and punitive measures.”

The archbishop went on to note the consequences of homosexual marriage in Canada:

• restrictions on freedoms

• forced sex education

• sexually confused children

• sexual experimentation among children

• muzzling and debilitating the church

• more births out of wedlock

• more in vitro fertilizations

• more abortions

• more poverty

• more misery

• more disease

• more addictions

• higher health-care costs

Another speaker on the panel, Phil Lees of Public Education Advocates for Christian Equity (PEACE), who spent most of his career in public education, said the same-sex marriage law had an immediate effect on Canadian schools:

“Experience shows that whenever homosexual marriage becomes law, children will be exposed to an increasingly sexualized curriculum and school environment at an early age, as early as kindergarten.”

In Canada the radicals have sought to lower the age of consent to 14 years old for anal intercourse. What does this have to do with homosexual marriage?

Absolutely everything.

Pastor Steve Boissoin was dragged through a seven-year process by the Human Rights Commission and found guilty. What was his crime? He wrote a letter to an editor of a local newspaper over his concern about the homosexual agenda in schools.

In America

Thirty-two states have voted down homosexual marriage. America is clearly winning the battle. However, through the guise of “homosexual marriage,” criminals working behind the scenes mean to shut down the church, destroy the family and make your children a prey. This, my friends, is ungodly and un-American.

As the vote is up and coming in Minnesota, Maryland, Washington and Maine, it would be wise of Americans to heed Canada’s warnings.

Oftentimes when we see the headlines regarding Obama’s ever-growing list of abuses against the American people, we seem to be under the delusion that this is something that only happened in foreign countries in the 1920s, ’30s, and ’40s.

When we look back at the atrocities committed by Hitler, Mao Zedong, Stalin and Mussolini, we say, “That will never happen here.” We turn a blind eye and choose not to see the parallel between then and what is happening here through the “foreign to America’s Constitution” leader in the White House the American people tolerate.

For example, Mao, without regard to the laws, went to the young to have them uproot the capitalists, his “political opponents.”

Under Mussolini, you could not teach in school unless you carried the card of the Fascist Party.

To ensure that youth fully supported Communism, Stalin’s major vehicle of political education was through the Communist League of Youth, without which he would have never succeeded.

Hitler said, “Give me the youth, and Germany will rule the world.” Hitler took control of the education system to indoctrinate the youth with his Nazi propaganda. He also established “Hitler Youth,” mainly comprised of church youth groups.

That was then, and this is now

As if Obama’s “Youth Brigade” wasn’t bad enough last election season, now a pro-Obama ad song has been released by advertising agency Goodby, Silverstein & Partners titled, “Future Children Project, Re-electing President Obama.”

Through the song’s lyrics, they are using children to promote Obama’s un-American, un-constitutional agenda items such as global warming, homosexuality, animal rights, welfare, green energy, government control of education and a disdain for parents.

Obama has not hidden his socialist, communist, totalitarian views. He has been outspoken in his ideology that the government should take over every aspect of every American citizens’ lives from the cradle to the grave – especially through the infiltration of education.

Johann Gottlieb Fichte, the head of philosophy and psychology at the Prussian University in Berlin, who influenced German socialist Georg Wilhem Friedrich Hegel (whose Marxist ideology Obama follows), was quoted as saying:

“Education should aim at destroying free will so that after pupils are thus schooled they will be incapable throughout the rest of their lives of thinking or acting otherwise than as their school masters would have wished. … The social psychologist of the future will have a number of classes of school children on whom they will try different methods of producing an unshakable conviction that snow is black. When the technique has been perfected, every government that has been in charge of education for more than one generation will be able to control its subjects securely without the need of armies or policemen.”

Yes, America, Obama’s criminal administration is alarmingly living out the dangerous doctrines of past dictators who destroyed millions of their own people. The sad part of all this is that in America, 86 percent of those who send their children to public schools are professed Christians, conservatives and patriots.

This is unthinkable and inexcusable.

America, this whole regime would collapse in a week if you pulled your kids from public schools (read Amendment 10 of the Bill of Rights). Parents, not the state, are responsible before God to train their children (Proverbs 22:6). America cannot complain about what it tolerates.

Case in point:

Hitler could have been stopped in the 1920s with relative ease, but the German people thought he just was an average run of the mill wacko who posed no threat. History teaches otherwise, and we would do well to heed history’s warnings.

After the president, with help from his fraternizers in the deceptive state-run media, somehow won his re-election campaign, I thought it was important to note the first thing Obama and his administration did was turn its attention to the United Nations gun treaty talks.

Hmm, I wonder … If he really had the support of the American people, why is he so busy trying to disarm those who supposedly love him so much? (Forget about the 50 states petitioning for secession.)

And all the while Obama and his administration are busy trying to disarm the American people by conjuring up criminals guilty of some sort of gun crimes as an excuse for new gun legislation.

Well, then, let me help: This administration need not look any further than within its own ranks.

And this, friends, is the very reason we are an armed people.

Fast and Furious

As you know, Attorney General Eric Holder is guilty of putting thousands of assault rifles (AK-47s) into the hands of Mexican drug lords in an attempt to blame the American people for the crimes administration officials are guilty of contriving and committing. As a result, hundreds of Mexican civilians were killed along with Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

The state-run media conveniently pulled a media blackout on Fast and Furious, and some Americans gave them a pass and “forgot” the atrocities committed upon them by their own government, therefore strengthening tyranny so it might assault the people again on a later date.

Fact: AK-47s are on the list of weapons this administration is attempting to ban.

Benghazi

Now that the “later date” is here, we have the murder of Ambassador Chris Stevens, who was killed Sept. 11, 2012.

The Blaze reported:

“The details of the September 11 attack that killed four Americans at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi are still murky, and there is certainly more to be known.

“Former CIA officer Clare Lopez argues that the key issue is the relationship of the U.S. government, Ambassador Christopher Stevens and the U.S. diplomatic mission in Libya with al-Qaida.

“‘That relationship, Lopez argues, could be connected to the rise of Islamic brigades in Syria, who recently created a “Front to Liberate Syria” to wage jihad against the Syrian regime and turn the country into an Islamic state.’”

The Business Insider stated:

“In 2011 the U.S. sold $33.4 billion worth of weapons to Saudi Arabia and $1.7 billion to Qatar as sales tripled to a record high and accounted for nearly 78 percent of all global arms sales.

“‘The opposition groups that are receiving most of the lethal aid are exactly the ones we don’t want to have it,’ one American official familiar with the situation told the New York Times.”

So, America, was Ambassador Stevens gun running to extreme jihadists? Was Eric Holder responsible for putting guns into the hands of Mexican gun cartels? You decide.

The Second Amendment:

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a FREE State, the Right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed (violated).” (emphasis added)

According to Federal Statute Title 10, Chapter 13, Section 311 (a), all males between the ages of 17 and 45 who are either citizens of the United States or have declared their intent to become citizens are members of the “unorganized” or reserve militia.

President George Washington, when arming the people of the United States of America, said:

“A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government.”

We would do well to heed President Washington’s warning, since over 56 million people in the 20th century were exterminated by their own governments under the guise of gun control.

On Tuesday, Barack Hussein Obama, who has the worst presidential record in history, won a second term. The day after the elections, CNN blurted out the truth in their confusion and came out with a telling report which revealed that the No. 1 reason Romney lost the election was his failure to capture the youth vote. CNN stated:

“Younger voters and minorities came to the polls at levels not far off from the historic coalition Obama assembled in 2008. The reality caught off-guard Republicans who banked on a more monolithic voting body sending them to the White House – and who had based their polling on that assumption. The outcome revealed a stark problem for Republicans: If they don’t broaden their tent, they won’t move forward.”

Obama took home 60 percent of the youth vote, while Romney only took 36 percent.

Obama would not have won without the youth vote, since 19 percent of all the votes came from ages 18 to 29.

In July, I wrote an article entitled, “Can conservatives win without youth vote?” I mentioned that if the conservative populace desires to be successful, they must sow into the next generation:

“I say to those who are willing to fight for our nation and put this incumbent administration out of business: You must understand this generation does not look like you, they do not talk like you, they do not act like you, and they don’t believe like you. This generation, as you know, has been subjected to everything and protected from nothing. The ball has been dropped, and it must be picked up again. It is time you reach out to the youth in a way they can understand, for to ignore them is to bring shame upon yourselves. You must get in the face of this generation and love them enough to tell them the truth. There is no other way.”

In August, I was at the Republican National Convention being interviewed on radio row. On station after station, I talked about the importance of capturing the youth vote.

Even last week I mentioned how dictators of the past used the youth to push their agendas. Out with the old and in with the new – capitalism to communism.

And now, here we are experiencing another failure because conservatives are not reaching the most important demographic. They thought that the economy and playing the political moderate was the answer. They were sadly mistaken. They do not discern the times (Jeremiah 6:16).

The state-run media would have you believe the youth do not want to hear absolutes. I can tell you from experience, having done over 338 high school and college assemblies, the next generation is all ears to the truth. I have seen firsthand that when anyone tries to squander their God-given conscience, they rebel against it in a righteous manner. I have seen numerous students who have been converted instantly on social issues such as abortion and homosexuality, simply because no one had ever told them anything other than what they are inundated with through the state-run media.

Simply put, they are not following the Constitution because they are not told about the Constitution (Exodus 18:21). Many of them do not even know that we are a republic, and then America wonders why they are ruled by opinion (democracy) rather than law.

To the moderate conservative, your political games and your methodology are over with. You failed the test. Game over.

While many professed conservatives are stuck in the same old worthless ideology, they have an entire generation that is ready and willing to sacrifice their all for the truth’s sake. They are not politically correct. They do not want to hear about methods that don’t work. They want to live for something; they want to know who they are so they can know where they are going.

America, men follow courage, not titles. Now is not the time to sit down; now is the time to stand up and lead. Now is the time to take our country back. God is proving His people.

How ironic that those who are calling for gun control are those who want the guns so they can have the control.

It is of interest to the American people to take note of those they entrust to serve them. We are a government of the people, by the people and for the people, yet time and time again in this country we have leaders in government who put on the guise of “patriot” and then turn out to be the criminal in garb.

We learned last week about the criminal acts of anti-gun mayors. We found that anti-gun mayors are criminals themselves, guilty as charged within their own ranks of such crimes as tax evasion, extortion, accepting bribes, child pornography, trademark counterfeiting, perjury – and one demigod mayor was even convicted of assaulting a police officer.

The crimes these anti-gunner mayors are convicted of suggest they are public enemies rather than public servants. No wonder they want to take guns from law-abiding citizens.

These politicians know full well that where the citizenry operates in the rights given to them without government interference, namely the right to bear arms, crime diminishes. And with mud on their face, they know when they interfere with the right to bear arms, crime skyrockets.

What we see is that some of today’s politicians are magnifying the crimes they are placed in office to prevent.

They allow crime to be promoted through entertainment; and when the crime is committed, they are there hoping to grab the guns away.

This is exactly how they operate. They demonize the gun, not the criminal.

Friends, this mentality is like blaming spoons for people being overweight, as if to say the act is apart from the actor.

Since criminal politicians refuse to look at history, which can be at the present our greatest teacher, it is very clear that gun banners know exactly what they are attempting to do – put the Second Amendment in the crosshairs.

Looking back, who has committed murder in the largest degree? Dictators Adolf Hitler, Mao Zedong, Josef Stalin, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, etc.

Time and time again it has been a corrupt government that is responsible for the mass murder of its own people under the deceptive guise of “gun control,” all of which the said dictators implemented.

Keep in mind these people promised their citizens protection and freedom upon the forfeiture of their guns.

How many times, I ask, does history need to repeat itself?

Paralleling History

Let’s parallel history with the present ideology and methodology those in the past blueprinted to implement gun control.

Mass murderer Adolf Hitler at a dinner talk on April 11, 1942, said:

“The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to allow the subject races to possess arms. History shows that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing. Indeed, I would go so far as to say that the supply of arms to the underdogs is a sine qua non for the overthrow of any sovereignty. So let’s not have any native militia or native police. German troops alone will bear the sole responsibility for the maintenance of law and order throughout the occupied Russian territories, and a system of military strong-points must be evolved to cover the entire occupied country.”

Germany established gun control in 1938, and from 1939 to 1945, 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.

Josef Stalin, the sole leader of the Soviet Union from 1924 to 1953, said:

“If the opposition disarms, well and good. If it refuses to disarm, we shall disarm it ourselves.”

In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Mao Zedong, communist dictator of China, said:

“War can only be abolished through war, and in order to get rid of the gun it is necessary to take up the gun.”

China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Idi Amin, president of Uganda from 1971 to 1979, said:

“I do not want to be controlled by any superpower. I myself consider myself the most powerful figure in the world, and that is why I do not let any superpower control me.”

Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Pol Pot, who created in Cambodia one of the 20th century’s most brutal and radical regimes, was responsible for killing 1 million of his own “educated” yet unarmed citizens.

 

 

Our forefathers did not arm the American people for the purpose of hunting, but rather to protect themselves from those who were doing the hunting, namely the tyrant King George. The Second Amendment is only to vouchsafe our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and to ensure all of the other rights given unto us by our Creator.

The wisdom of the framers of the Constitution once again is found consistent with the lessons of the Bible they used as their bedrock for civil law. The people’s individual protection should always be a primary concern of government “of the people.” In a righteous country, self-government reigns by the constraint of Christian morals. The civil government that desires such a monopoly of force (i.e. they are the only ones with guns) is a threat to the lives, liberty and property of its citizens, for that government ceases to be “of and for the people.”

George Washington, our first president, said:

“From the hour the Pilgrims landed, to the present day, events, occurrences and tendencies prove that to insure peace, security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable … the very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference – they deserve a place of honor with all that is good.”

The U.S. Supreme Court claims it is currently deciding whether to get involved in the issue of homosexual marriage.

The specific issue at hand is the Defense of Marriage Act, passed in 1996 to protect marriage as between a man and a woman. Radical homosexuals are attempting to create an unlawful stir because part of the law bars them from receiving federal benefits heterosexual married couples receive, even in states where same sex marriage is considered “legal.”

Thirty-one of the 50 states have passed constitutional amendments banning homosexual marriage (which has never existed in the history of mankind), while nine states and Washington, D.C., have deceived themselves into thinking that they have defied God and the people by unlawfully passing homosexual marriage.

In every case, states that have implemented homosexual marriage have done so through unlawful measures.

For example, in New York, after Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed the Marriage Equality Act, the New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms (NYCF) filed a lawsuit against the state due to the “out of control political process that was willing to pass a bill regardless of how many laws and rules it violates.”

In Iowa, we saw judicial activism at its worst. The Iowa Supreme Court bypassed the voice of the people and forced homosexual marriage upon its citizens. The people of Iowa made their wishes known when in 2010, three of the activist justices were voted out of office.

Massachusetts, home of radical homosexual Barney Frank, was the first state to “pass” homosexual marriage. It was manipulated through the un-Judicial Court of Massachusetts (again bypassing the people), and immediately thereafter efforts began to overturn this decision by amending the state’s constitution.

Washington, D.C., was also sued after Mayor Adrian Fenty signed a bill passed by the Council of the District of Columbia. The suit came about after the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics refused to approve a ballot initiative on same-sex marriage.

Now the United States Supreme Court is considering whether to review a challenge to California’s ban on homosexual marriage. Seven million California voters made their voice heard that they were in agreement with “the laws of Nature and Nature’s God,” banning homosexual marriage. Radical homosexual activists got involved and circumvented the people, bringing the case before a radical homosexual judge, Vaughn Walker, who overturned Prop 8. Walker is no longer on the bench. In any case, the court was right where they wanted it.

The stage has been set – and just in time. Before the November elections, Obama came out in support of homosexual marriage. Of course, he first had to repeal the military’s DADT policy and place a few minions in key positions … such as the Supreme Court … before he made his announcement.

Such a one is Elena Kagan.

Elena Kagan is the former dean of students at Harvard. Contrary to Harvard’s founding mottos, “For Christ and the Church” and “For the Glory of Christ,” Kagan is known for “Queerifying Harvard.”

During her tenure, she did the following:

Kagan hired former ACLU lawyer William Rubenstein to teach “queer” legal theory, in which he taught courses on taking up new identities such as bisexuality, transgender f**k, and involving polygamy, sadomasochism and the sexuality of minors.

Kagan also hired other radicals (a lesbian and a transsexual) to teach transgender law courses, as well as Cass Sunstein who has written in support of polygamy and free-for-all marriage relationships.

Kagan viciously attacked our military in opposition to “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” even banning military recruiters from campus. Kagan’s attempt to ban the recruiters was unsuccessful, and even after losing her legal campaign, she encouraged students to continue protesting them.

Kagan’s radical activism on campus was so toxic that there was even a campaign to make the entire university trans-inclusive, using Harvard’s “gender identity” non-discrimination policy to spew gender confusion among students on campus.

Elena Kagan had never judged a case a day in her life, yet Obama, unqualified for office himself, has seen fit to “qualify” her on the Supreme Court bench – just in time for the Court to review homosexual marriage.

 

The push for sexual deviancy has been long in the making. The sexual revolution dates back to the late 1940s when homosexual icon Alfred Kinsey published what is known as the Kinsey Reports.

Obama has again added to his long train of abuses against We the People, this time in the education of American school children.

Obama has illegally implemented an extensive overhaul of public education from kindergarten through high school, bypassing Congress, the voice of the American people, and inducing states to agree to major changes that none of his predecessors attempted.

This is through something called the Common Core Standards, which has been implemented in 46 states and D.C., drowning students with mostly “informational text” and historical documents.

Some of the non-fiction texts that will be implemented into school curriculum are “FedViews,” by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (2009) and “Executive Order 13423: Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Management,” published by the General Services Administration.

Jamie Highfill, the Arkansas 2011 middle school teacher of the year, said, “I’m struggling with this, and my students are struggling. With informational text, there isn’t that human connection that you get with literature. And the kids are shutting down. They are getting bored. I’m seeing more behavior problems in my classroom than I’ve ever seen.”

The curriculum change in public schools has been a downward spiral for many years. America has been so dumbed down that 700,000 students per year graduate without the ability to read their own diplomas.

Add to students’ confusion the innumerable amount of errors in school textbooks ranging from misinformation to omission of facts or outright lies. These “errors” can be found in virtually every subject, especially in math, science and history.

Math:

In Texas, the State Board of Education found a total of 109,263 errors in math textbooks reviewed for use in 2008 alone. Yes, I said 109,263 errors. The board had to go so far as to place a possible fine of $5,000 per error found if they were not fixed by spring of the same year.

Science:

In textbooks all across America, science (the study of creation) is well-known for being laced with the dangerous theory of evolution, which wars against Christianity, the Bible, God and His Law, which is the foundation of our republic.

Andrew Jackson said, “The Bible is the rock upon which our republic rests.”

That is why evolution was illegal to teach in schools at the time of the 1925 Scopes Trial.

In complete contradiction to America’s foundational principles, the National Education Association agrees with humanism. Humanism is summed up in the following excerpt by John Dunphy in his article, “A Religion for a New Age”:

“The Bible is not merely another book … it has and remains an incredibly dangerous book. … I am convinced that the battle for humankind’s future must be waged and won in the public classroom by teachers who correctly perceive their role as the proselytizers of a new faith. … These teachers must embody the same dedication as the most rabid fundamentalist preachers, for they will be ministers of another sort, utilizing a classroom instead of a pulpit to convey humanist values in whatever subject they teach. … The classroom must and will become an arena of conflict between the old and the new – the rotting corpse of Christianity, together with all its adjacent evils and misery, and the new faith of humanism, resplendent in its promise of a world in which the never-realized Christian ideal of love thy neighbor will finally be achieved.”

How far are they willing to go?

 

History:

In Virginia, a state review committee found a slew of errors in many history textbooks. A committee of five historians caught errors ranging from the incorrect year John Rolfe married Pocahontas to quotes that do not even appear in historical records. One book illustrated Virginia soldiers in the Revolutionary War wearing red coats, when in fact they wore blue. Another textbook erroneously stated many colonial Americans were illiterate. In fact, literacy rates were extremely high.

Retired Library of Virginia historian Brent Tarter wrote in his review of one textbook, “Our Virginia,” “I also found some very significant omissions, some internal inconsistencies, and some erroneous or questionable descriptions and analyses of historical events. Some are so ludicrous and difficult to explain that I cannot understand where the misinformation came from.”

Muslim Indoctrination:

In recent years, American public schools have also been indoctrinated with the Muslim religion. Studies have shown over 500 historical errors in public school textbooks, giving an Islamic slant to our youth.

As a result, our youth are subject to the following teachings:

• Learning to become a Muslim

• Fasting for Ramadan

• Learning the five pillars of Islam

• Memorizing verses from the Quran

• Adopting a Muslim name

• Staging a Jihad (war against non-Muslims)

 

 

Resolve:

Firstly, the federal government of the United States of America has no lawful authority over the education of the young.

The Tenth Amendment to the Constitution states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Secondly, the reason this is happening: 86 percent of the American people who call themselves Christian conservatives are the ones sending their kids into public schools to be indoctrinated in a worldview they claim they despise.

Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”

The Lord commanded parents to train their children in the way they should go, not the federal government.

The good news is we still have the freedom to do the right thing. These are our kids, not the federal government’s.

On a daily basis, America’s biblical and constitutional foundation is under hostile attack by atheist and homosexual groups that are being used in an attempt to usher in communism.

For example, an atheist group claimed that the existing police chaplaincy program in McPherson, Kan., put in place to minister to those who are traumatically impacted by a crime or accident, violates the U.S. Constitution. Outrageous!

It has also recently been reported that a newly enacted California “law” bans any type of conversion therapy for teens who wish to overcome homosexual tendencies. The unlawful “law” states that therapists and counselors who do so will be subject to discipline by state licensing boards. Absurd!

The question is, who has been responsible for encouraging the onslaught of attacks against America’s Christian heritage and constitutional republic? You need not look any further than Obama and his vile minions for the answer.

Scripture comes to my aid: “The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted” (Psalm 12:8).

Barack Hussein Obama, whom Time magazine has labeled the “Architect of a New America,” has been known as America’s most biblically hostile president. He has placed himself above We the People time and time again, as if to say we derive our rights from Obama instead of God.

Obama has personally attacked biblical values, the bedrock of our republic, over 50 times since he took office.

Day by day, Obama’s tyrannical measures are beginning to take shape. And what should America expect from one who is at war with God?

It is clear to see the narcissism of this president, but just as obvious is the hypocrisy and lack of duty from the professed church and the modern government (leaven of the Pharisees and of Herod, Mark 8:15). After all, leaders will only do what the people let them get away with.

Theologian John Calvin said, “And ye, O peoples, to whom God gave the liberty 
to choose your own magistrates, 
see to it that 
ye do not forfeit this favor 
by electing to the positions of highest honor, 
rascals and enemies of God.”

Study the Past

At the entrance of the National Archives in Washington, D.C., you will see a monument stating, “Study the Past.”

Why study the past? Our forefathers suggested this so we might learn from history, so it does not repeat itself.

History has shown time and time again that when a nation departs from God, there will be a tyrant in the midst attempting to move into His position. Then follows devastation and massive loss of life. This is what God warned would happen to nations that refuse keep His commandments (Leviticus 26:21).

God commands us to go back to the old paths “where is the good way” (Jeremiah 6:16), not to dare His justice by taking on the new paths.

Here are ten lessons men have learned from history:

Indeed, America is emulating those who have not learned from history. If you do not learn from the lessons history has to teach, then history will repeat itself.

History also teaches a lesson to tyrants who are at war with God and attempt to usurp His law (Isaiah 14:13-15). What man forgets, God will not.

What did Bonaparte say? Those who oppose God and His Word will be conquered – and that is exactly what history teaches us.

Around 100 B.C., Rome had no fire department, and army general/politician Marcus Lacinius Crassus established a personal firefighting force. The more the fire burned, the less he would bargain.

Crassus went on to be known as one of the richest men in Roman history through his extortive measures. This leads one to ask if he was responsible for starting the fires since he made such gain from them.

Shortly after the horrific shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., where Adam Lanza killed 26 people, Barack Obama, the “Architect of this new America,” put himself in front of the cameras to address the massacre and read a scripted plea, attempting to cry over “our children.” He then promised “meaningful action.”

According to Obama’s record, “meaningful action” has been to vote over 241 times in favor of murdering 3,700 of “our children” in the womb per day, going so far as to make sure babies are “snuffed” out if they happen to be born alive.

“Meaningful action” to Obama is gunrunning high-powered assault rifles to Mexican drug lords, leading to the deaths of 300 Mexicans, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and now a Mexican beauty queen. This was in an obvious attempt to pass gun-control legislation, only to blame the American people.

The Sandy Hook shooting occurred just days after Sen. Rand Paul sent out an alert that the U.N. was set to pass the final version of the Small Arms Treaty, supported by Obama the day after election.

Part of the treaty bans the trade, sale and ownership of all semi-automatic weapons … like the one Adam Lanza used to kill 20 children and 6 adults.

The “Batman shooting” in Aurora, Colo., also happened to coincide with the same time as negotiations of the U.N. Small Arms Treaty.

The timing is impeccable.

As we reflect upon massacres such as Sandy Hook, Aurora, the Sikh Temple in Wisconsin, Tuscon, Ariz., and Columbine, we cannot help but see the similarities: conflicting news reports on what happened, who did the killing and the number of shooters. Eyewitnesses in all of these massacres said there were more shooters than the media maintain, indicating the shootings were coordinated and planned. (See linked reports above.)

When the “fire” is started, these government gun banners are right there to strip away your rights in an attempt to gain control under the guise of “putting out the fire.”

Adolf Hitler was responsible for attacking his own Reichstag to start a world war. Hitler was also responsible for sending his brownshirts to incite the people so he could play the role of solving their problems. No one believed Hitler was guilty of these crimes until after the fact.

Then it was too late.

Today, these gun banners are doing the opposite of what our forefathers fought, bled and died to give us.

“A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall NOT be infringed.” (Second Amendment)

Our solution to preventing fires (massacres) is to secure the American populace the way Congress and the White House are secured – arm them!

The man in the Oval Office has brought in the New Year with an onslaught of abusive measures.

For example, he has signed NDAA 2013, a bill that makes a provision to unlawfully detain American citizens stand indefinitely (as he gives passes to illegal immigrants).

He also advocated emergencies through the engineered fiscal cliff. Senators received the 154-page bill at approximately 1:36 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2013 – a mere three minutes before they voted to approve it at 1:39 a.m. The House also passed it the following day.

After receiving news of these treacherous violations, I thought it appropriate to ask the American people, where are the politicians deriving their powers?

It is not from the United States Constitution.

The Constitution is a delegated, or expressed-powers, document. Case in point: The federal government can “only do” what the Constitution says it can, period! We have progressed from delegated, to suggested, to interpreted, to “if it doesn’t say we can’t … we can,” to “I don’t care what it says.”

Many of this administration’s actions have unlawfully and contemptuously defied the Constitution.

Barack Hussein Obama has attacked our military, attempted to force institutions to fund the murder of babies, sued states that passed laws to prevent illegal immigration, fired CEOs of private corporations and claimed “executive privilege” to cover for his attorney general in the deadly gun-running sting, “Fast and Furious.”

To further highlight Obama’s defiance, back in 2011 he was held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling offshore.

Listen carefully to what federal Judge Martin Feldmen said after he placed the injunction on Obama, as it well explains his overall disdain for America and her laws:

“Each step the government took following the court’s imposition of a preliminary injunction showcases its defiance. … Such dismissive conduct … provides this court with clear and convincing evidence of the government’s contempt.”

Friends, he is not speaking of a Third World dictator; he is speaking of the president of the United States.

The great wonder of this age is that the American people sit back and allow this administration to defy and to desecrate everything our veterans fought, bled and died to give us – the ratification of the Constitution (Hebrews 9:22).

America needs to come back to the place where no longer are they magnifying the crime or the criminals, but rather the law against their crimes unto judgment to establish righteousness, especially when it comes to those who work for “We the People.”

Then and only then will we know the peace that God and our forefathers intended to give unto us through our Mosaic Institution.

Thomas Jefferson rightly stated, “When the representative body have lost the confidence of their constituents, when they have notoriously made sale of their most valuable rights, when they have assumed to themselves powers which the people never put into their hands, then indeed their continuing in office becomes dangerous.”

We have clearly seen that the president, Senate, and House have disregarded the precedents of our forefathers and instead have taken Sen. John Glenn’s advice: “Why, if we had to do that (follow the rule of our Constitution) we could not pass most of the laws we enact around here.”

Obama’s proposed plan on the economy implemented an unprecedented 41:1 ratio of tax increases to spending cuts. The bill passed shortly after Obama prostituted out the government by ordering a pay raise for Congress and other federal officials.

So the question is, who is giving him a pass, and why?

This last week, an atheist and humanist group has attempted to breathe new deception into the so-called “Jefferson Bible” and force upon the people their purposely revised and distorted version of history.

The group delivered what they call “A Jefferson Bible for the Twenty-First Century” to the 113th Congress, while also adding edited versions of the Quran, the Bhagavad Gita, the Buddhist Sutras and the Book of Mormon.

Apparently, these atheists and secularists have forgotten that those who serve “We the People” place their hand on the Bible while they give their oath of office, ending with “So help me God.”

Setting the record straight

Many university professors purposely indoctrinate their students with the contrived myth that Thomas Jefferson cut the Bible into pieces, sewed together the portions he agreed with and got rid of the rest. However, it must be noted that:

• Thomas Jefferson worked extensively for religious liberty (under the umbrella of Christianity).

• At Jefferson’s request his headstone read, “Author … the Statute of Virginia for religious freedom.”

• Jefferson helped found the Virginia Bible Society and was a substantial financial contributor.

• He had a long history of working with missionaries, specifically those bringing Christianity to the Native Americans.

• To that end, Jefferson took two different Bibles from the White House and created a condensed version of the Gospels, not excluding miracles but taking out redundancies. This was a shortened work titled by Jefferson as “The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazareth,” not the “Jefferson Bible.”

• The work was then reprinted and given to members of Congress upon taking office, a 50-year tradition that carried into the 20th century.

• It is filled with accounts of miracles, raising the dead, healing lepers, multiplying food for thousands, heaven, hell, the resurrection and the Son of God!

Friends, distorting American history is a deliberate lie, and lying is not permissible by law.

Is the atheist of today under a different set of rules and laws than the American people, namely a law unto themselves?

No.

Case-in-point: A self-proclaimed atheist called in to my radio show and said America is not a Christian nation. I then asked him, “Is it against the law to kill, commit adultery, steal and lie?” He answered, “Yes.” I said, “Who told you that?” I answered, “My Father did” (Exodus 20).

These atheist, secularist communists – and communists they are – are willing to play the minions to help constitute foreign government (the Quran, etc.) over that of American government (the Bible).

Not only are they enemies to God, but to America as well.

John Witherspoon, signer of the Declaration of Independence and president of Princeton University, said:

“(H)e is the best friend to American liberty who is most sincere and active in promoting true and undefiled religion (Christianity). … Whosoever is an avowed enemy of God, I (hesitate not) to call him an enemy to his country.”

Why were our forefathers so adamant about placing God and His Laws in the forefront of American government? Because history teaches us that the atheist’s ideology is responsible for the death and destruction of millions of people.

Here are a few examples: 300,000 Italians were murdered under Mussolini’s reign; 20 million Chinese were murdered under Mao Zedong’s reign; and 20 million Russians were murdered under Stalin’s reign – all of whom were atheists.

William Penn’s words prove to be true: “Men must be governed by God or they will be ruled by tyrants.”

The American people, atheists and secularists included, would do well to remember that those who serve “We the People” also swear to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

In conclusion, America must take note that atheism was unknown in our nation during its foundation. Benjamin Franklin said: “… serious religion, under its various denominations, is not only tolerated, but respected and practiced. Atheism is unknown. …”

On Nov. 20, 1945, the Nuremberg Trials began, bringing Hitler’s Nazi criminals to justice. By this time, several countries were destroyed, and 50 million people, 2.5 percent of the world’s population, lost their lives – including 12 million Jews, German dissidents, political opposition, intellectuals and others who were exterminated in Nazi concentration camps.

The world watched in horror as in the courtroom filled with Nazi criminals was played video footage of famished men, women and children who were mercilessly shot, starved and/or tortured, and then thrown carelessly into mass graves, all because they did not fall in line with the ideology of Adolf Hitler.

During the opening of the court proceedings, it is important to note that the prosecutor said, “The laws of God and man have been violated, and the guilty must not go unpunished.”

Just imagine if the Nuremberg Trials, per se, would have taken place at the first unconstitutional acts of Hitler’s wicked regime. Hitler could have easily been stopped in the 1920s with relative ease by the German people who still had the freedom to do the right thing, and did it not.

Instead, they acted as if Hitler had nothing to do with their personal lives.

Friends, as no one took Mussolini, Mao or Stalin seriously at first, many fellow Germans thought Hitler was an average run-of-the-mill wacko who posed no threat.

Horrifically, they were dead wrong.

One of Hitler’s first moves when he rose to power was to attack his own Reichstag, only to blame it on his political opposition. He then proceeded to eradicate the Constitution of Germany in only six years.

Hitler no longer abided by the law, but instead promulgated his agenda by force.

Where were the 80 million people in Germany to stand up against this monster?

As Karl Doenitz blurted out, it was the politicians (and the people) who were responsible for bringing the Nazis to power.

On a daily basis the crimes of Hitler and his regime were evident. So obvious were the atrocities that after church the Germans were wiping the ashes of the incinerated victims off their cars.

Their lack of action turned them from victims to accomplices.

What does this have to do with America today?

Everything.

It is clear to see that over the last four administrations, America’s government is emulating many similarities – likewise setting itself at war with God, abusing power and trampling on the Constitution.

Where are the 312 million Americans to stand up and magnify the laws of our republic?

Have Americans today forgotten the price of their blood-bought freedoms, paid for by hundreds of thousands of veterans who laid down their lives, fortunes and sacred honor?

In the 1800s, after much bloodshed through the Civil War, President Andrew Johnson made one wrong move, causing him to be tried for impeachment.

Johnson simply removed the secretary of war from office without the consent of Congress. Americans were so jealous over their liberties they would not tolerate the least offense.

It would do us well to follow in our forefathers’ footsteps, lest we, like Germany, become accomplices to America’s overthrow through our apathy and lack of repentance – to our own demise.

As it says on the Supreme Court Building, “Justice (is) the guardian of liberty,” right under Moses holding the Ten Commandments. We must follow the preamble of our Constitution and “establish justice” (Isaiah 51) in order to “secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.”

America: Simply put, prevention is better than cure.

Interestingly, Time magazine merited the murderous dictator Adolf Hitler “Man of the Year” in 1938. Josef Stalin was also declared Time’s “Man of the Year” in 1939 and 1942, who, like Hitler, was responsible for committing heinous crimes against his own people. This brings one to ask what other criminals have been labeled “Man of the Year” by Time magazine. You may be surprised.
