It never ceases to amaze me of the absolute criminal conduct of the state-controlled media that continuously puts the cameras and microphones up to the mouths of corrupt politicians who are doing everything in their power to protect the establishment that is attempting to destroy not only Judge Roy Moore, but this country as well.

Keep in mind that those who are accusing Moore have been busted time and time again in lie after lie and scandal after scandal.

Setting the CIA-controlled media aside, which 94% of Americans claim that they do not believe (Romans 1:18), let’s cut to the chase and address those who are personally accusing and attacking Roy Moore (Revelation 12:10).

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Monday that Republican candidate for US Senate Roy Moore should end his campaign for U.S. Senate in Alabama, following allegations.

“I think he should step aside,” said McConnell.

When asked by a reporter if he believed the allegations, McConnell responded: “I believe the women, yes.”

Well that’s interesting Mr. McConnell.

Let’s now take a look at McConnell himself.

We have all known for some time that many politicians have been engaged in drug trafficking while playing the hypocrite and advancing the “war on drugs.” It’s was reported (Not by the mainstream media) that the Ping May, a cargo vessel owned by the in-laws of Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell, was boarded by Colombian inspectors and they discovered roughly ninety pounds of cocaine in forty separate packages.

The Nation reports:

The seizure of the narcotics shipment in the Caribbean port occurred far away from Kentucky, the state in which Senator Mitch McConnell is now facing a career-defining election. But the Republican Senate minority leader has the closest of ties to the owner of the Ping May, the vessel containing the illicit materials: the Foremost Maritime Corporation, a firm founded and owned by McConnell’s in-laws, the Chao family.

Though Foremost has played a pivotal role in McConnell’s life, bestowing the senator with most of his personal wealth and generating thousands in donations to his campaign committees, the drug bust went unnoticed in Kentucky, where every bit of McConnell-related news has generated fodder for the campaign trail. That’s because, like many international shipping companies, Chao’s firm is shrouded from public view, concealing its identity and limiting its legal liability through an array of tax shelters and foreign registrations. Registered through a limited liability company in the Marshall Islands, the Ping May flies the Liberian flag.

McConnell’s ties to the Chaos go back to the late 1980s, when James Chao began donating to the senator. In 1993, McConnell married James’s daughter, Elaine Chao, a Republican activist and former Reagan administration official who would later serve as secretary of labor in the George W. Bush cabinet. James Chao immigrated to the United States from Taiwan, and founded the Foremost Maritime Corporation upon settling in New York. The company has grown significantly over the years, from acting as maritime agent during the Vietnam War to controlling a fleet of approximately sixteen dry-bulk cargo ships in operation today.

Or how about traitor Senator John “Songbird” McCain?

He said of Roy Moore, “The allegations against Roy Moore are deeply disturbing and disqualifying. He should immediately step aside and allow the people of Alabama to elect a candidate they can be proud of.”

Let me remind you of a piece of Songbird’s history.

The Keating Five were five United States Senators were accused of corruption in 1989, igniting a major political scandal as part of the larger Savings and Loan crisis of the late 1980s and early 1990s. The five senators – Alan Cranston, Dennis DeConcini, John Glenn, John McCain, and Donald W. Riegle, Jr. – were accused of improperly intervening in 1987 on behalf of Charles H. Keating, Jr., Chairman of the Lincoln Savings and Loan Association, which was the target of a regulatory investigation by the Federal Home Loan Bank Board (FHLBB). The FHLBB subsequently backed off taking action against Lincoln. Lincoln Savings and Loan collapsed in 1989, at a cost of over $3 billion to the federal government (taxpayers). Some 23,000 Lincoln bondholders were defrauded and many investors lost their life savings. The substantial political contributions Keating had made to each of the senators, totaling $1.3 million, attracted considerable public and media attention. After a lengthy investigation, the Senate Ethics Committee determined in 1991 that Cranston, DeConcini, and Riegle had substantially and improperly interfered with the FHLBB’s investigation of Lincoln Savings, with Cranston receiving a formal reprimand. Senators Glenn and McCain were cleared of having acted improperly, but were criticized for having exercised “poor judgment.”

Mitt Romney said, “Innocent until proven guilty is for criminal convictions, not elections. I believe Leigh Corfman. Her account is too serious to ignore. Moore is unfit for office and should step aside.”

This is the same guy that fooled enough of those who call themselves Republicans that he was their candidate.

WOW! What he told these Republicans is the very opposite of what he did (Matthew 7:16).

Just think, America, these are the ones who have been exposed and were caught.

Criminals mock society’s laws.

Your compassion for them for their crimes is a weakness that your enemies do not and will not share. Criminals thrive on the indulgences of society’s understandings. The corrupt depend upon you in your ignorance of the Constitution and the embodiment of its laws.

When you live in darkness, the only light you have is truth. It would do us all well, America, to stick to the light that not only exposes, but refuses and deals with the darkness (Ephesians 5:11).

Benjamin Franklin rightly said, “A nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the religion of ignorance that tyranny begins.”

Finally, to those who want to play folly with the children of the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and our Lord Jesus Christ, you may want to take a minute to ponder your next move before doing so (Psalm 2; Proverbs 26:27; Matthew 16:17-19; 2 Thessalonians 1:6).

When you look at the quote from above, you would think that we were talking of a different country and about a different people. We can see clearly what happens when the American people no longer take responsibility before God to take their rightful place, position and perform their obligations (1 John 2:4).

When looking at America, the 4 day nation, 4 days later Americans have been diverted to another issue forgetting the 4 days before.

One only has to ask themselves, how it is that 325.36 million people in this country tolerate the crimes of less than 1.7 % of the corrupt population?

Before God, who is the guilty party, those who commit the crimes or those who tolerate the crimes? From God’s perspective, both!

America is now bearing the corrupt fruit of a nation that has forgotten God and is now clearly under His judgments (Deuteronomy 28:45).

All of this is occurring on the watch of those who live in the greatest nation on this side of Heaven, who once understood its mandate. America was not called the light of the world for nothing (Deuteronomy 4).

In light of the recent attacks in Manhattan, New York, one might ask as to how this is happening in America after September 11th, 2001.

What do I mean? With all of the bureaucracies that have been created and sold to the American people as to help secure and safeguard them, you would think that we are safer now more than ever. Nothing could be further from the truth.

What is happening to America from within could have NEVER happened from a foreign enemy without (Leviticus 26:15).

Foreigners could only have dreamed of doing what corrupt politicians have been allowed to do to us in this country. It is all brought to you with the help of your local politicians who have sold you out! (Luke 22:48)

People seem to be led astray by asking the wrong questions, and how couldn’t they when they are given the wrong information?

For example, when terror attacks happen, people are looking for the culprit and rightly so. Yet, the lying media gets in there on cue and lays the blame on groups that, in many cases, do not even exist.

ISIS, ISIL, Al Qaeda etc. are groups that are created to divert you away from the responsible parties.

After all, whom does terror work for? Who gains the most and who is asking you to give up your rights? Is it a dictator with a turban on or America’s politicians? Who browbeats the American people more than the American politician when it comes to immigration laws? Who has defined the American people as terrorists, a foreign agency without or homeland security within? Who asks you to give up your guns after an alleged “Terror attack”?

Why, it’s the corrupt American politician! These created groups are simply being used to create domestic insurrection to bring about “Order out of chaos” and it is the chaos that the corrupt have created.

To explain further, we recently had Former F.B.I agent John Guandolo on the radio with us. The topic was on what allegedly took place in Las Vegas. John was laying the charge of the alleged shooting in Las Vegas to be Al Qaeda operatives as to the responsible party.

In response, I told John that I did not see the Muslim operatives changing the narrative 3 times like the law enforcement agencies in Las Vegas have.

I did not see the Sherriff taking orders from the Muslim operatives when he was told by the F.B. I. in the case “not to go there” on live television when asked by a reporter if there were bombs in the alleged shooters car.

I did not see Muslim operatives setting the narrative through the lying mainstream media with lie after lie and distraction after distraction, as well as ignoring eyewitness accounts of what they saw when it came to claims that there was more than one shooter.

Though John may be sincere, I believe that he is misled. He’s only giving information that he has been given.

Though I believe that there is a Muslim threat to any people, even unto themselves, I believe that like any other group being used in this country or any other country, that they are simply being used to upend this country’s sovereignty.

In New York City this week, an Islamic terrorist shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ mows down pedestrians with his truck near the world trade center. In response, the governor said, that there’s no “ongoing threat.”

Let me ask you America, what just happened? It has been ongoing and spreading ever since the foreign government, acting as the American government, sold you out on September 11th, 2001.

So without further ado, I lay out for you to observe an article that I wrote May 10th, 2017, as to who is alluring these Muslims into America illegally and who is legally responsible for the crimes committed against We the People.

Criminals Masquerading As Mayors In Sanctuary Cities

It was reported by Aamer Madhani, a White House reporter under Barack Hussein Obama’s criminal administration, that big city mayors have vowed to defy the law and President Donald Trump regarding sanctuary cities harboring illegal aliens.

Aamer reported, “As you may know, back in Jan 26, 2017 several big city mayors across the U.S. vowed to defy President Trump’s executive order that threatens to cut off federal funding to cities that offer some sort of protection to illegal immigrants in their communities.”

The question is, how did they approve the funding in the first place? Furthermore, the Law does not protect illegal aliens. It prosecutes them. Aamer continued, “The pushback came from these mayors came as Trump signed a long-anticipated executive order that directs the government to identify federal money it can withhold to punish so-called ‘sanctuary cities.’”

Since when did the federal government receive delegated authority from the American people to take their tax money and reallocate it to cities that are harboring illegal aliens? Aamer added, “If you remember, Trump had pledged to take action against sanctuary cities on the campaign trail.”

“But as Trump announced the order — as well as action to build a wall along the U.S-Mexico border and hire thousands of new border patrol agents and immigration officers — leaders of some of the nation’s biggest cities flatly stated they would not cooperate with the president,” Aamer wrote and you need to ask why.

This is not Trump against the mayors. This is the mayors working against American Law! And the law exposes the criminal (Romans 3:20). Aamer reported, “In New York, Mayor Bill de Blasio vowed that the action ‘won’t change how we enforce the law in New York City.”

“De Blasio said that the city has been able to dramatically reduce the crime rate in the nation’s largest city, in part, because relationships the police department has managed to build in immigrant communities,” the report continued. “He added that if Trump follows through with the plan it would mean he’s effectively cutting funding from the New York Police Department.”

In other words, through totalitarian methods, Mayor de Blasio is attempting to use the law against the law. Here, you have the criminal blaming the law for his crimes (1 John 3:12).

“Here in New York City and in cities across the nation, this executive order could in fact undermine public safety and make our neighborhoods less safe,” de Blasio said.

What De Blasio said was that the enforcement of law could undermine public safety. He is the one personally responsible for the undermining of the public’s safety. Was America told that they were under an Islamic threat after September 11, 2001? How does his statement line up with the facts?

Take a look at Muslims from the east who are plundering countries that they are entering.

Denmark: 450% more crimes committed by Muslims then non-Muslims.
•Germany: Muslim migrants committed 142, 500 crimes in 6 months. This is 780 every day.
• Sweden: 480,000 sexual assaults in one year. 77% of all rapes by less than 2% Muslim.
• England and Wales: Over 56% of Syrian refugee’s committed severe crimes in less than 1 year etc.
• Belgium: 35% of Prison population is Muslim who make up only 6% of the population.
• UK: Muslims fill 44%of high security prisons, out of a 5% population.
• USA: 91.4 % Muslim refugees are on food stamps, 68.3 % on cash welfare.

Muslim migration has doubled in the decade since 9/11 and 60% migrants to America favor sharia law (Deuteronomy 28:15-68).

More illegals are coming across from the southern border.

There were 68.57 illegal aliens imprisoned for every 100,000 illegals in Arizona, compared to 54.06 citizens and legal noncitizens imprisoned for every 100,000 citizens and legal noncitizens.
•There were 97.2 illegals imprisoned for every 100,000 illegals in California, compared to 74.1 citizens and legal noncitizens imprisoned per 100,000 citizen and legal noncitizens.
• There were 54.85 illegals imprisoned for every 100,000 illegals in Florida, compared to 67.8 legal immigrants imprisoned for every 100,000 legal immigrants.
• There were 168.75 illegals imprisoned for every 100,000 illegals in New York, compared to 48.12 legal immigrants imprisoned for every 100,000 legal immigrants.
• There were 54.54 illegals imprisoned for every 100,000 illegals in Texas, compared to 65.43 legal immigrants.

“After President Donald Trump signed an executive order exploring cutting off funding to so-called sanctuary cities, mayors on both coasts of the U.S. say their cities will not be bullied,” Aamer reported.

These mayors are the ones that are bullying anyone who does not go along with their lawless objectives. These are Saul Alinsky tactics at their best. They play the victim while perpetuating the crime.

In Boston, Mayor Marty Walsh called the executive order an attack on “Boston’s people, Boston’s strength and Boston’s values.”

“If people want to live here, they’ll live here,” Walsh told reporters at a news conference. “They can use my office. They can use any office in this building.”

Americans should put these criminal actors that masquerade as mayors in jail where they belong, and remind each and every one of them that these buildings belong to “We the people.”

Furthermore no one has the right to desecrate the blood of those who fought, bled and died enforcing the very laws that they are violating.

Seattle Mayor Ed Murray, who has been accused and investigated for sexually molesting minors, said, “We believe we have the rule of law and the courts on our side.”

The opposite is true as I am about to show you (Numbers 32:23).

Mayor of Chicago Rham Emanuel said, “I want to be clear. We’re gonna stay a sanctuary city. There is no stranger among us. We welcome people, whether you’re from Poland or Pakistan, whether you’re from Ireland or India or Israel and whether you’re from Mexico or Moldova, where my grandfather came from, you are welcome in Chicago as you pursue the American Dream.”

San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee told reporters nothing has changed for his city following Trump’s executive order.

“I am here today to say we are still a sanctuary city,” Lee said. “We stand by our sanctuary city because we want everybody to feel safe and utilize the services they deserve, including education and health care.”

Ed wants you to do your best to forget about Kate Steinle and her family. Kate was shot randomly by Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez, who is an illegal immigrant and a repeat felon who was deported back to Mexico 5 times.

Have Americans been inundated by the media’s narrative that there are threats constantly against “We the people”? Who has attacked the rights of Americans more than those who call themselves representatives? No one has.

Here, we have mayors that are committing treason (Article 3, Section 3 of the US Constitution) by opening the doors to those who are sworn enemies to America (Jeremiah 11:9).

A top aide to Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan questioned whether the city even qualified as a sanctuary city.

The U.S. Conference of Mayors and the Major Cities Chiefs Association expressed concern that the executive order is overly vague.

“That order does not provide a clear definition of what constitutes a sanctuary jurisdiction,” the organizations said in a joint statement. “Instead, it gives undefined discretion to the Secretary of Homeland Security to designate sanctuary jurisdictions and the Attorney General to take action against them.” (Homeland security was found to be illegally transporting criminal aliens into the United States under the criminal Barack Hussein Obama’s administration.)

“We call upon the Secretary of Homeland Security to document and promulgate a lawful definition before further actions are taken, so the cities across the Nation may determine how to proceed,” the organization added.

You cannot make this stuff up.

What the law states concerning these criminals masquerading as “mayors” in “sanctuary cities” is very clear and simple to understand.

(a)Criminal penalties

(1)

(A) Any person who—

(i)

knowing that a person is an alien, brings to or attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever such person at a place other than a designated port of entry or place other than as designated by the Commissioner, regardless of whether such alien has received prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States and regardless of any future official action which may be taken with respect to such alien;

(ii)

knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law;

(iii)

knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;

(iv)

encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or

(v)

(I)

engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or

(II)

aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,
shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).

(B)A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs—

(i)

in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i) or (v)(I) or in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(ii), (iii), or (iv) in which the offense was done for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain, be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both;

(ii)

in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(ii), (iii), (iv), or (v)(II), be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both;

(iii)

in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) during and in relation to which the person causes serious bodily injury (as defined in section 1365 of title 18) to, or places in jeopardy the life of, any person, be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both; and

(iv)

in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) resulting in the death of any person, be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined under title 18,.

If you want justice America, you are personally responsible to bring it.

These Muslims are being allured into this country to commit the acts of terror so at the end of the day you cry out to corrupt government for more safety and security. And rest assured and right on cue you will find that they will be more than happy to accommodate your request by stripping you of more of your God given rights until they have absolute control. The above statement may sound over the top or extreme in many different ways, yet it is true.

History teaches us just that. Ask countries in the past who refused to bring corrupt politicians to justice and you will discover, without fail, that they were destroyed. If you leave corrupt politicians to do what they will, without suffering the consequences of breaking the laws (I John 3:4), you will simply add strength to tyranny.

To put it into perspective, look at what President Thomas Jefferson stated:

“The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.”

Taking it to the present, we recently heard Newt Gingrich say that the way to resolve the problem of corruption is to “Start putting a few people in jail, you’ll see the leaks dry up dramatically (Isaiah 56).”

Clearly, Scripture teaches us in Isaiah 26:9 that “…when Thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.” Also read Isaiah 51:4.

Yet, Americans fail to do so, and what they do is draw the seat of violence nigh unto themselves.

“Ye that put far away the evil day, and cause the seat of violence to come near.” -Amos 6:3

Furthermore, it is inscribed on government buildings throughout America in stone. On one, Moses holds the two tablets of the Law (Exodus 20) with the inscription:

“Justice the Guardian of Liberty”

The reason this is happening is because the American Church (78% claim to be Christians -1 John 2:4) has been taught by the hirelings (John 10:12), who occupy the pulpits in this country, that they have no business in judging right from wrong. How ridiculous!

Maybe they should try that next time they break speeding laws. Just rip up the ticket, throw it at the police officer’s feet, and tell him “Who are you to judge me?” See how far that gets them!

I say, “Twist not Scripture, lest you be like Satan.”

It amazes me how Americans give a pass to corruption as if to suggest that the politicians are above the law.

“…they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause…” (Jeremiah 5:28)

Didn’t the representatives of “We the People” put their hand on the Bible swearing to uphold the laws found in our Constitution? YES, THEY DID!

“They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause…” (Jeremiah 5:28)

This was Jeremiah preaching to a people that fell under the judgments of God.

America, 8 months ago a new president was sworn in. If you remember, for a long period of time on the campaign trail, you were promised that he was to bring forth a “special prosecutor” to deal with “Crooked Hilary.” Donald Trump at this point has done nothing, worse yet he told Americans that, “We owe her a major debt of gratitude.” That’s the opposite of what he promised to do (Matthew 23:3).

A Judge Forces the State Department to Open Up on Clinton Emails

This week United States District Judge James E. Boasberg ruled that the Department of State must make public a FBI declaration detailing its efforts to retrieve the former secretary of state’s government emails (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Rex Tillerson (No. 1:15-cv-00785).

Statement regarding the decision:

We’re happy with the ruling, but it is unbelievable we’re being opposed by Trump appointees in the State and Justice Departments on the Clinton email issue. President Trump ought to be outraged his appointees are protecting Hillary Clinton. The State Department should initiate action with the Justice Department – and both agencies should finally take the necessary steps to recover all the government emails Hillary Clinton unlawfully removed.

Here is the background.

On April 30, 2015, we sued former Secretary John Kerry after the State Department failed to take action on a letter we sent to Kerry “notifying him of the unlawful removal of the Clinton emails and requesting that he initiate enforcement action pursuant to the [Federal Records Act],” including working through the Attorney General to recover the emails.

After initially being dismissed by the district court, our lawsuit was revived on appeal by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on December 27, 2016. The Federal Records Act states that an agency head “shall” initiate an action through the Attorney General when he becomes aware of any unlawful removal of agency records.

While at the State Department, Clinton conducted official government business using an unsecure email server and email accounts. Her top aides and advisors also used non-“state.gov” email accounts to conduct official business.

The Trump administration defended the handling of the email matter by the Obama administration and filed two declarations from the FBI trying to justify the State Department’s refusal to follow the law and refer to the Clinton email issue to the Justice Department.

As the decision notes, the second FBI declaration is non-public and was filed in camera and ex parte with the court. Judge Boasburg rejected the State Department’s arguments that the FBI declaration be withheld to protect grand jury secrecy: “After reviewing the document in camera, the Court concludes it largely rehashes information already made public, thus obviating any need for secrecy.”

Meantime, transcripts reviewed by the Senate Judiciary Committee reveal that former FBI Director James Comey began drafting an exoneration statement in the Clinton email investigation before the FBI had interviewed key witnesses.

Chairman Chuck Grassley and Senator Lindsey Graham, chairman of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Terrorism, requested all records relating to the drafting of the statement as the committee continues to review the circumstances surrounding Comey’s removal from the Bureau.

There were no diversions, no media cover-ups. They were simple cases to solve, as it was reported through eyewitness accounts and easily solved.

Now, let me ask you who was John Wilkes Booth?

Most can speedily answer with “That’s easy, that was President Abraham Lincoln’s killer!”

The same with John F. Kennedy’s assassination, that Lee Harvey Oswald was responsible.

Year after year, new generations are raised up to believe, by the media and lies in textbooks, that John Wilkes Booth and Lee Harvey Oswald were solely responsible for the assassinations of these two presidents. A Gallup poll, for what it’s worth, taken in the U.S., reveals that 61% of the American people still believe that the JFK assassination was a conspiracy while the establishment media is hard at work doing their best to keep the up and coming generation deceived into believing their contrived theories and covering for those who are committing the act of conspiracies.

We learned in the past about the criminal acts of anti-gun mayors. We found that anti-gun mayors are criminals themselves, guilty as charged within their own ranks of such crimes as tax evasion, extortion, accepting bribes, child pornography, trademark counterfeiting, perjury, and one demigod mayor was even convicted of assaulting a police officer.

The crimes that these anti-gun mayors are convicted of suggests they are public enemies rather than public servants. No wonder they want to take guns from law-abiding citizens.

These politicians know that where the citizenry operates in the rights given to them without government interference, namely the right to bear arms, crime diminishes. With mud on their face, they know when they interfere with the right to bear arms, crime skyrockets.

What we see is that some of today’s politicians are magnifying the crimes they are placed in office to prevent.

They allow crime to be promoted through entertainment and when the crime is committed, they are there in hopes to grab the guns away.

This is exactly how criminals in government operate.

They demonize the gun, not the criminal.

Friends, this mentality is like blaming spoons for people being overweight, as if to say the act is apart from the actor.

Since criminal politicians refuse to look at history, which can be at the present our greatest teacher, it is very clear that gun banners know exactly what they are attempting to do -– put the Second Amendment in the crosshairs.

Looking back, who has committed murder in the largest degree? Dictators Adolf Hilter, Mao Tze Tung, Josef Stalin, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, etc.

Time and time again, it has been a corrupt government that has been responsible for the mass murder of their own people under the deceptive guise of “gun control,” all of which the said dictators implemented.

Keep in mind these people promised their citizens protection and freedom upon the forfeiture of their guns.

How many times does history need to repeat itself?

Paralleling History

Let’s parallel history with the present ideology and methodology that those in the past blueprinted to implement gun control.

Mass murderer Adolf Hitler at a dinner talk on April 11, 1942 said:

History shows that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing. German troops alone will bear the sole responsibility for the maintenance of law and order throughout the occupied Russian territories, and a system of military strong-points must be evolved to cover the entire occupied country.”

Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.

Josef Stalin, the sole leader of the Soviet Union from 1924 to 1953, said:

“If the opposition disarms, well and good. If it refuses to disarm, we shall disarm it ourselves.”

In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Mao Tze Tung, communist dictator of China said:

“War can only be abolished through war, and in order to get rid of the gun it is necessary to take up the gun.”

China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Idi Amin, president of Uganda from 1971 to 1979, said:

“I do not want to be controlled by any superpower. I myself consider myself the most powerful figure in the world, and that is why I do not let any superpower control me.”?

Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Pol Pot, who created in Cambodia one of the 20th century’s most brutal and radical regimes, was responsible for killing one million of his own ‘educated,’ yet unarmed citizens.

Conclusion:

Our forefathers did not arm the American people for the purpose of hunting, but rather to protect themselves from those who were doing the hunting, namely the tyrant King George.

The Second Amendment is only to vouchsafe our right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and to ensure all of the other rights given unto us by our Creator.

The wisdom of the framers of the Constitution is found consistent with the lessons of the Bible they used as their bedrock for civil law. The people’s individual protection should always be a primary concern of government “of the people.”

In a righteous country, self-government reigns by the constraint of Christian morals.

The civil government that desires such a monopoly of force (i.e. they are the only ones with guns) is a threat to the lives, liberty, and property of its citizens, for that government ceases to be “of and for the people.”

George Washington, our first president, said:

“From the hour the Pilgrims landed, to the present day, events, occurrences, and tendencies prove that to insure peace, security and happiness, the rifle and pistol are equally indispensable . . . the very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference – they deserve a place of honor with all that is good.” (Luke 11:21)

Over and over again, the American people are played by the dupes of ill designing men and they refuse to be ashamed of what they fail to address concerning those who are playing them (Jeremiah 8:5).

Case in point, this last week I posted a meme on my live stream that showed the tyrant Adolph Hitler taking pictures with children to win the people over, as well as a picture of him as Time Magazine’s 1938 “Man of the Year.”

A man responded, “I am tired of people equating Adolph Hitler with Donald Trump.”

“I never said anything about Donald Trump! You did!” I replied. “Did you see something that I may have overlooked?” (2 Corinthians 11:14)

We all have something to learn.

I have been posting these memes for years and now that Donald Trump is president, I am equating him to Adolph Hitler?

Look at what Louise Solmitz, a Hamburg school teacher in 1932, said of Adolph Hitler.

“How many look up to him with touching faith as their helper, their savior, their deliverer from unbearable stress.”

I went on and said that regardless of who serves “We the people” in this country, we are to, like the good advice given by Patrick Henry, “Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel.”

So, I lay to the feet of present day America that you look to the past that you might know, through the Scriptures, the future that lies in front of us.

On Nov. 20, 1945, the Nuremberg Trials began, bringing Hitler’s Nazi criminals to justice. By this time, several countries were destroyed, and 50 million people, 2.5 percent of the world’s population, lost their lives – including 12 million Jews, German dissidents, political opposition, intellectuals and others who were exterminated in Nazi concentration camps.

The world watched in horror as in the courtroom filled with Nazi criminals was played video footage of famished men, women and children who were mercilessly shot, starved and/or tortured, and then thrown carelessly into mass graves, all because they did not fall in line with the ideology of Adolf Hitler.

During the opening of the court proceedings, it is important to note that the prosecutor said, “The laws of God and man have been violated, and the guilty must not go unpunished.”

Just imagine if the Nuremberg Trials, per se, would have taken place at the first unconstitutional acts of Hitler’s wicked regime. Hitler could have easily been stopped in the 1920s with relative ease by the German people who still had the freedom to do the right thing, and did it not.

Instead, they acted as if Hitler had nothing to do with their personal lives.
Friends, as no one took Mussolini, Mao or Stalin seriously at first, many fellow Germans thought Hitler was an average run-of-the-mill wacko who posed no threat.

Horrifically, they were dead wrong.

One of Hitler’s first moves when he rose to power was to attack his own Reichstag, only to blame it on his political opposition. He then proceeded to eradicate the Constitution of Germany in only six years.

Hitler no longer abided by the law, but instead promulgated his agenda by force.

Where were the 80 million people in Germany to stand up against this monster?

As Karl Doenitz blurted out, it was the politicians (and the people) who were responsible for bringing the Nazis to power.

On a daily basis the crimes of Hitler and his regime were evident. So obvious were the atrocities that after church the Germans were wiping the ashes of the incinerated victims off their cars.

Their lack of action turned them from victims to accomplices.

What does this have to do with America today?

Everything.

It is clear to see that over the last four administrations, America’s government is emulating many similarities – likewise setting itself at war with God, abusing power and trampling on the Constitution.

Where are the 312 million (323.1 million in the present) Americans to stand up and magnify the laws of our republic?

Have Americans today forgotten the price of their blood-bought freedoms, paid for by hundreds of thousands of veterans who laid down their lives, fortunes and sacred honor?

In the 1800s, after much bloodshed through the Civil War, President Andrew Johnson made one wrong move, causing him to be tried for impeachment.

Johnson simply removed the secretary of war from office without the consent of Congress. Americans were so jealous over their liberties they would not tolerate the least offense.

It would do us well to follow in our forefathers’ footsteps, lest we, like
Germany, become accomplices to America’s overthrow through our apathy and lack of repentance – to our own demise.

As it says on the Supreme Court Building, “Justice (is) the guardian of liberty,” right under Moses holding the Ten Commandments. We must follow the preamble of our Constitution and “establish justice” (Isaiah 51) in order to “secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.”

America: Simply put, prevention is better than cure.

Time magazine merited the murderous dictator Adolf Hitler “Man of the Year” in 1938. Josef Stalin was also declared Time’s “Man of the Year” in 1939 and 1942, who, like Hitler, was responsible for committing heinous crimes against his own people. This brings one to ask what other criminals have been labeled “Man of the Year” by Time magazine. You may be surprised.

You would think that the way today’s conservatives (yesterday’s liberals) are propping up Donald Trump and what he is really doing that they are talking of someone else. Yet, they are not! This is why it is so important to pay attention to what our representatives do rather than what they say (Matthew 7:16). The man and the office are the same.

The political photo ops are taking place across the country with the new president helping with disaster relief, going into black communities and hugging and kissing folks, prayers at the administration’s table before session. All of these are available online. They’re everything good Americans want, and rightly so.

However, is this diversion to keep your eyes off of the ball and putting Americans back to sleep? (Matthew 24:5; Ephesians 5:14)

The Trump administration is asking Congress to renew a law giving intelligence agencies the authority to collect the communications of millions of Americans without a warrant — despite the fact that such surveillance led to charges that President Donald Trump is in cahoots with Russia.

The law in question is Title VII of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), Section 702, which authorizes the National Security Agency (NSA) to intercept the communications of foreigners located outside the United States without obtaining a search warrant. The law expires at the end of the year unless Congress passes legislation reauthorizing it.

“Reauthorizing this critical authority is the top legislative priority of the Department of Justice and the Intelligence Community,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats wrote in a September 7 letter to congressional leaders.

Sessions and Coats argued that the law’s privacy protections are sufficient to comply with the Fourth Amendment, which requires authorities to obtain a warrant based on probable cause before they conduct a search. However, as Nate Cardozo, senior staff attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, told Reason, the government is “using [the law] to spy on Americans.”

This should hardly come as a surprise. As Agence France-Presse reminds us, “Section 702 was passed in 2008 to replace a previously secret and illegal warrantless wiretap program instituted after the September 11, 2001 attacks.” In other words, Congress retroactively codified a blatantly unconstitutional policy that was known to vacuum up data on innocent Americans.

Pamella Geller posted this week that Trump was adhering to Sharia by not critizing Islam in his 9/11 speech.

This morning on “Breitbart News Daily,” Geller and guest host Raheem Kassam shared their disappointment with the lack of criticism of Islam in Trump’s speech at yesterday’s memorial service and lamented the idea that “globalist” forces inside the White House have shifted Trump away from his extreme anti-Islam rhetoric.

“We are now sure that it’s a pattern,” Kassam said. “So the positive will be that we can now move on this issue.”

Various media sources have reported that federal District Court Judge Reggie Walton has ordered the IRS to finally respond to various legal requests for information and documents made by the conservative tea party organizations that sued the agency.

But the question that no one is asking is why that order was even necessary, and why the Justice Department, which is now supposedly under the control and authority of the new administration, hasn’t reversed its obstinate, inflexible, and stubborn defense of the IRS.

It was over four years ago that the inspector general for tax administration at the Treasury Department released a report detailing that the IRS had targeted conservative nonprofit organizations seeking tax-exempt status, and that then-IRS employee Lois Lerner admitted what had been happening at an American Bar Association meeting in Washington.

The inspector general report found that officials were delaying the processing of applications and requesting voluminous, unnecessary, and irrelevant information, due to the perceived opposition of the nonprofits to liberal policies being promulgated by President Barack Obama and their association with the tea party movement.

The Justice Department’s lawyer, Laura Conner, told Walton that the IRS should not be forced to “respond to far-reaching inquiries.” But Walton asked, “Why hide the ball? If there’s nothing there, there’s nothing there.”

Then, we have the Sons of Liberty Media reporting this week “Sebastian Gorka and Another Broken Trump Promise.”

Gorka himself has been known to equivocate on this issue, but he was one of the last, if not the last, member of the Trump administration who was upholding any part of Trump’s campaign promises: to speak honestly about the motivating ideology of the jihad threat; and to reverse the Obama administration’s policy of denial and willful ignorance regarding the motivating ideology behind the global jihad threat.

In 2011, the Obama administration initiated a massive purge of counterterror materials that spoke honestly about the ideological roots of the jihad threat.

The Obama administration instead mandated that the FBI and other law enforcement agencies not study Islam.

This was a direct result of Muslim groups — many of which had links to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood — demanding the removal of such material.

Those who are committed to protecting us were directed at the highest levels to downplay and deny that Islamic terrorism had anything to do with Islam.

Since this is false, that directive has deformed our counterterror response ever since.

But Donald Trump campaigned on the implied promise to change all that.

Parents of Public School Students, What Are You Supposed To Do?

Criminal and foreigner Barack Hussein Obama has, in the not too distant past, added to his long train of abuses against We the People in the education of American school children.

However, it didn’t begin with Obama. This has been going on incrementally through administration after administration. “No child left behind” is really “No child left un-indoctrinated” through George W. Bush, which is nothing short of Communism.

In an attempt to level the playing field, they teach America’s posterity to shoot for the floor rather than aim for the stars.

Then, there is also, GLOBE. GLOBE stands for Global Learning & Observation to Benefit the Environment. Mikhail Gorbachev is the head of an organization called Green Cross International, operating right here in the United States. Gorbachev is working to create world government and he is helping implement this education scheme. He has also joined partnership with UNESCO, which is the source of much of the anti-American education curriculum, as well as the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. This GLOBE program is funded and implemented through the Federal Department of Education, created under Goals 2000, and now carried over in “No Child Left Behind.”

And don’t forget about International Baccalaureate, which is a global scheme conceived in Geneva, Switzerland in 1968 and now making its way into American schools.

Among the things it promotes are:

1) Earth Worship.

2) Evolution.

3) Socialized Medicine.

4) World Government.

5) Animal Rights (animals seen as brothers and sisters).

6) Redistribution of American Wealth to other nations.

7) Contraception and “Reproductive Health” (legal abortions).

8) Debt Forgiveness to third world nations.

9) Adoption of the gay rights agenda.

10) Elimination of the right to bear arms.

11) Setting aside massive amounts of private land where no human presence is allowed.

Back to criminal Obama. Obama illegally implemented an extensive overhaul of public education from kindergarten through high school, bypassing Congress, the voice of the American people, and forcing states to agree to major changes that none of his predecessors attempted.

Apparently, Obama, the self-proclaimed “Constitutional Scholar,” hasn’t taken the time to read Article 10 of the Bill of Rights. The federal government has no business whatsoever in the education of American children.

Obama sought to implement something called the Common Core Standards, which has been implemented in 46 states and D.C., drowning students with mostly “informational text” and historical documents.

Some of the non-fiction texts that will be implemented into school curriculum are “FedViews,” by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (2009) and “Executive Order 13423: Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Management,” published by the General Services Administration.

In 2011 in the state of Arkansas, Middle School Teacher of the Year Jamie Highfill said, “I’m struggling with this, and my students are struggling. With informational text, there isn’t that human connection that you get with literature. And the kids are shutting down. They are getting bored. I’m seeing more behavior problems in my classroom than I’ve ever seen.”

The curriculum change in public schools has been a downward spiral for many years. America has been so dumbed down that 700,000 students per year graduate without the ability to read their own diplomas.

Add to students’ confusion the innumerable amount of errors in school textbooks ranging from misinformation to omission of facts or outright lies. These “errors” can be found in virtually every subject, especially in math, science and history.

Math:

In Texas, the State Board of Education found a total of 109,263 errors in math textbooks reviewed for use in 2008 alone. Yes, I said 109,263 errors. The board had to go so far as to place a possible fine of $5,000 per error found if they were not fixed by spring of the same year.

Science:

In textbooks all across America, science (the study of Creation) is well-known for being laced with the dangerous theory of evolution, which wars against Christianity, the Bible, God and His Law, which is the foundation of our Republic.

Andrew Jackson said, “The Bible is the rock upon which our republic rests.”

That is why evolution was illegal to teach in schools at the time of the 1925 Scopes Trial.

In complete contradiction to America’s foundational principles, the National Education Association agrees with humanism. Humanism is summed up in the following excerpt by John Dunphy in his article, “A Religion for a New Age”:

“The Bible is not merely another book … it has and remains an incredibly dangerous book. … I am convinced that the battle for humankind’s future must be waged and won in the public classroom by teachers who correctly perceive their role as the proselytizers of a new faith. … These teachers must embody the same dedication as the most rabid fundamentalist preachers, for they will be ministers of another sort, utilizing a classroom instead of a pulpit to convey humanist values in whatever subject they teach. … The classroom must and will become an arena of conflict between the old and the new – the rotting corpse of Christianity, together with all its adjacent evils and misery, and the new faith of humanism, resplendent in its promise of a world in which the never-realized Christian ideal of love thy neighbor will finally be achieved.”

How far are they willing to go?

History:

In Virginia, a state review committee found a slew of errors in many history textbooks. A committee of five historians caught errors ranging from the incorrect year John Rolfe married Pocahontas to quotes that do not even appear in historical records. One book illustrated Virginia soldiers in the Revolutionary War wearing red coats, when in fact they wore blue. Another textbook erroneously stated many colonial Americans were illiterate. In fact, literacy rates were extremely high.

Retired Library of Virginia historian Brent Tarter wrote in his review of one textbook, “Our Virginia,” “I also found some very significant omissions, some internal inconsistencies, and some erroneous or questionable descriptions and analyses of historical events. Some are so ludicrous and difficult to explain that I cannot understand where the misinformation came from.”

Muslim Indoctrination:

In recent years, American public schools have also been indoctrinated with the Muslim religion. Studies have shown over 500 historical errors in public school textbooks, giving an Islamic slant to our youth.

As a result, our youth are subject to the following teachings:

Learning to become a Muslim
Fasting for Ramadan
Learning the five pillars of Islam
Memorizing verses from the Quran
Adopting a Muslim name
Staging a Jihad (war against non-Muslims)

They are even subjecting elementary school students to the D.A.R.E. program, which has statistically proven to educate the students as to how to commit the crime of drug abuse rather than prevent it.

What of antidepressants prescriptions? They are simply attempting to set students up for the fall by prescribing dangerous psychotropic drugs.

Leon Eisenberg (Father of ADHD), in his last interview before his death, said, “ADHD is a prime example of a fictitious disease.”

There has been a dramatic rise in the sale of antidepressants in the past decade alone. According to IMS Health, sales of antidepressants in the United States surpassed $11 billion in 2010.

Antidepressants are one of the most commonly prescribed drug classes. Four out of five physicians prescribing antidepressants are not even psychiatrists, and the drugs are increasingly being given for non-psychiatric uses.

This dramatic increase in usage could possibly be in direct connection to the controversial TeenScreen survey given to children as young as 9 years old in public schools. TeenScreen has been responsible for policing the mental health of students over the past decade.

More and more public schools have brought in the manipulative survey for children, setting them up for a prescription. For example, one of the questions asked is: “Has there been a time when you felt you couldn’t do anything well or that you weren’t as good-looking or smart as other people?” Another question is: “In the last year, has there been any situation when you had less energy than usual?”

Nearly 20 percent of students who take the survey are then labeled mentally ill, which leads to a prescription. This process is being sold as suicide prevention; however, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force found “no evidence” that screening for suicide risk reduces suicide attempts.

In past generations, parents would train their children in the way they should go, using the rod of correction (Proverbs 22) to drive foolishness from the hearts of their children, while the pharmaceutical companies compete for the position contrary to that which God commanded.

In the meantime, pharmaceutical companies are raking in hundreds of millions of dollars a day while America’s students are used as political and medical guinea pigs.

Most Americans don’t even realize that Obama was attempting to deputize the medical industry to screen the mental health of every American.

Herein lies the “attention deficit.” The deficit lies within the responsibility of the parents, not the child.

To further add insult to injury with the help of the NEA, students are being made a prey to teachers.

The homosexual agenda is being forced onto the young.

The real question to ask here is “Why are there public schools?”

Only you can answer that!

Resolve:

As I said, the federal government of the United States of America has no lawful authority over the education of the young.

The Tenth Amendment to the Constitution states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

For as much as I know that the American people would like to blame Barack Hussein Obama for all of his illegal acts and things he implemented, and rightly so, I have to divert from this criminal to the people that are responsible for sending their children off to the cesspool of Un-American, Un-Constitutional and therefore, illegal indoctrination of indoctrination centers known as public schools.

The reason this is happening: 86 percent of the American people who call themselves Christian conservatives are the ones sending their kids into public schools to be indoctrinated in a worldview they claim they despise.

Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”

Southern Poverty Law Center’s Revolt Against American Law – Full Frontal Attack on Law-abiding Americans!

“The Southern Poverty Law Center is attempting to change your reality into the reality that they want you to believe in.” (Isaiah 5:20)

Finally. The Washington Times reports a conservative Christian media group has slapped the Southern Poverty Law Center with a defamation lawsuit after being listed alongside neo-Nazis and white supremacists on its “hate map.”

James Kennedy Ministries filed a lawsuit this week in federal court in Alabama alleging that the SPLC “illegally trafficked in false and misleading descriptions of the services” offered by the ministry, subjecting it to “disgrace, ridicule, odium, and contempt in the estimation of the public.”

“These false and illegal characterizations have a chilling effect on the free exercise of religion and on religious free speech for all people of faith,” said president and CEO Frank Wright in a Wednesday statement.

For the record, The Southern Poverty Law Center has The Sons of Liberty on their site listed in “General Hate.” We are consulting with our attorneys at this time to consider taking the same action or adjoining ourselves to this lawsuit.

First and foremost America, I am not here in anyway attempting to change the Laws (The Mosiac Institution-Common Law -Constitutional Republic, Article 4, Section 4 of the United States Constitution) nor am I attempting to change your values. I am here to enforce and to reaffirm your laws and your values. In doing so, this requires an expose on un-American groups such as the Southern Poverty Law Center who are attempting to use the law against the law (Psalm 94:20) while aiding and abetting enemies both without and within which is defined as treason.

Second, the Southern Poverty Law Center is simply pointing at the groups and ministries that are effective in pulling off the mask of the SPLC (Revelation 12:17; John 15:22).

They are even going so far as to push a hate agenda against the police which only exhibits their hatred for American Law (2 Thessalonians 2:8-10).

International criminal and financier of Southern Poverty Law Center George Soros also financially backs over 200 other anti-American groups

Soros is responsible for stating:

“Destroying America will be the culmination of my life’s work.”

The SPLC has already incriminated themselves, like that of George Soros, time and time again with statements such as this.

“Sometimes the press will describe us as monitoring hate crimes and so on…I want to say plainly that our aim in life is to destroy these groups, to completely destroy them.” —Mark Potok, director of intelligence at Southern Poverty Law Center.

Yet, for some reason or another, the media keeps pushing the narrative that these are the people to listen to when it comes to pointing out the haters while a new poll recently came out that 94% of Americans do not believe the media.

The lying media, along with anti-American groups such as Southern Poverty Law Center (Founder Morris Dees defended the KKK concerning their crimes against people of color), are simply attempting to indoctrinate Americans to believe that the law-abiding citizen is the hater when in fact the opposite is true!

Remember that all crime is motivated by hate, which means those who are hating are the ones that are violating laws (1 John 3:4). And how does one know if someone is hating? Look to the Laws of our Republic.

“For by the law is the knowledge of sin” (Crime against God’s moral Law Exodus 20) (Romans 3:20).

Also remember, that law is there to liberate those who obey the law (John 8:36; 2 Corinthians 3:17).

And what you will see here is that the Southern Poverty Law Center is promoting and attempting to advance crime by labeling those who speak out against their crimes to be labeled as the haters (Revelation 12:10).

For example, on The Southern Poverty Law Center’s website they have on their hate list those who are “Anti-LGBT.”

Yet, in all 50 States of our union, our laws condemn sodomy. Which, of course, is found in Scripture with over 30 different references.

The SPLC is attempting to advocate what American law clearly condemns.

Furthermore, SPLC’s site is set as a “hit list” for those who believe their propaganda.

Remember twenty-eight year old Floyd Lee Corkins II, the man who attempted to murder members of the Family Research Council in Washington, D. C. back in August of 2012? He pleaded guilty to three out of ten charges, including committing an act of terrorism. He didn’t plead guilty to a “hate crime.”

However, according to an interview with the Federal Bureau of Investigation following the shooting, Corkins wanted to kill as many people as possible, then smear their faces with Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, and kill the guard. He had also taken substantial steps in the preceding week to carry out other crimes. His use of the sandwiches was to “make a statement against the people who work in that building … and with their stance against gay rights and Chick-fil-A.”

His Statement of Offense also read, “He committed the shooting for political reasons. He had identified the FRC as an anti-gay organization on the Southern Poverty Law Center Website.”

“Consistent with his statement to the FBI,” the Statement of Offense continued, “a subsequent search of Corkins’ family computer revealed that on the afternoon of Sunday, August 12, Corkins used the computer to visit the Southern Poverty Law Center’s website, as well as the websites for the FRC and the second organization on his handwritten list.”

CBS reported:

Corkins acknowledged as part of his plea agreement that he had taken a number of steps to plan the shooting. He bought the pistol the week before and practiced firing it. He also visited the headquarters of the Family Research Council, and he purchased the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches the day before the shooting. The plea agreement said Corkins was filmed picking out the gun by a French television crew doing a piece on the ease with which firearms can be purchased in the United States.

Corkins also acknowledged that he considered making a bomb but didn’t have the patience to do it. In his pants pocket, police found a handwritten list of groups that also oppose gay marriage. Lawyers did not include the list of organizations in the plea agreement.

Corkins pleaded guilty to three charges: interstate transportation of a firearm and ammunition, assault with intent to kill while armed and act of terrorism while armed, a charge based on the shooting being intended to intimidate anyone who is associated with or supports the Family Research Council and other organizations that oppose gay marriage. (This has never been in the history of the world).

SPLC’s hate list map also calls out “Anti-Muslim”!

Apparently, they forgot what the media has been pushing on the American people for the last 16 years now concerning September 11, 2001. Who was flying those planes?

Wow, the former plant and foreign criminal Barack Hussein Obama is being pointed to as the responsible party for the present turmoil while the current president acts as if he is not the Commander and Chief.

All the while, the media is keeping you diverted from the statue of KKK member Robert Byrd and friend of Hillary Clinton which stands in the halls of Congress, and Vladimir Lenin’s statute in Seattle, Washington.

Let me tell you from firsthand experience as to how this works from engaging in thousands of speaking events: High school assemblies, colleges, tea parties, radio, television etc.

They are attempting to demonize (Luke 23:1) anyone that tells the truth, which exposes them for who they are (John 15:22).

What Americans are not paying attention to is that the fact that they are now dealing with what the school system in this country has raised up! (Luke 7:35)

In speaking to high school assemblies across the country, I would take the time to show them their history while teaching them the Constitution of the United States.

I was kicked out of a high school for exposing the murder of the innocent (Proverbs 6:17), namely, the abortion industries trail of blood money.

I was kicked out of a high school for simply bringing the message to Florida’s immoral and indoctrinated school system.

All the while, they were rewarding me “evil for good, and hatred for my love” (Psalm 109:5).

Jesus said, “These things I command you, that ye love one another. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you” (John 15:12-13).

And boy, oh boy, do they hate! Since when did hate ever tell the truth? Love does that.

Remember Cain and Abel?

“Therefore we are not to be as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous. Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.” -1 John 3:12-13

We have been commanded to love our brethren…

“Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.” -Leviticus 19:7

Remember what 2 Chronicles 19:10 says?

“And what cause soever shall come to you of your brethren that dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and judgments, ye shall even warn them that they trespass not against the LORD, and so wrath come upon you, and upon your brethren: this do, and ye shall not trespass.”

Why do they hate the Christians?

Jesus said, “The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.” (John 7:7)

We know that God is love (1 John 4:8).

And we know that love rejoiceth not in iniquity, which is lawlessness (1 John 3:4; 1 Corinthians 13:6).

In Romans 12:9, it tells us to,

“Let love be without dissimulation (a hiding under a false appearance). Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.”

And why?

Because love works no ill (Romans 13:10), and it owes our brothers and sisters the truth which makes men free (John 8:32).

You see, “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” (Matthew 22:37-40)

Nor are we to,

“Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.” (Romans 13:8-10)

So, when they speak out against God’s truth, know then and there that you are dealing with those who do not understand love.

“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” -Revelation 12:17

Ending on a positive, while the media is doing its best to demonize American Christian patriots, what is it the students in the high schools got out of my message?

This is why the enemy within is attacking. Because the truth, like a lion, will not only defend itself (Matthew 16:17-19), but it will also take to the enemy’s territory to dispossess (Exodus 23).

Then again, who is asking for permission from the devil to obey The Lord? (Isaiah 56)

Who Does the President Work For?

“We recognize no sovereign but God, and no king but Jesus!” -John Hancock, April 18, 1775

First, think of this, the greatest man in History is Jesus!

He had no servants. Yet, they called Him master. He had no degree. Yet, they called Him Teacher. He had no medicines. Yet, they called Him Healer. He had no army. Yet, earthly Kings feared Him. He won no military battles. Yet, He conquered the world. He committed no crime. Yet, they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb. Yet, He lives today.

When you look to Scripture to identify what the King of kings looks and acts like (Matthew 7:16), it is of note that He was not surrounded by armed secret service, nor did He have 20-30 others on donkeys protecting the people to which he came to serve (John 1:11).

His trip didn’t cost taxpayers approximately $156,820, or $2,614 per minute to move from place to place. He simply trusted God to show the world who He was and what He came into the world to accomplish (John 10:38; Luke 19:10; Matthew 1:21).

Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.

And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,

And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.

And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.

And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest. –Matthew 21:5-9

And this is what “We the people” in this country are to emulate. Christ the King! (John 14:6; Matthew 21:5-9)

Second, the first president of the United States, George Washington, was hailed as “first in war, first in peace and first in the hearts of his countrymen.” He led by example as he followed the Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1).

If you know your history you know that during the Revolutionary War, George Washington didn’t send someone else to go in his stead; he took responsibility and went himself to lead the call for independence on the behalf of the country and the people he loved.

During this time, he had little to no money to fight the war, but he fought on with what he had and beat back the tyrant King George.

George Washington was also known as the man who could not die in battle. He was shot at several times with bullet holes in his jacket, yet he survived unscathed. He told his family, “By the all-powerful dispensations of providence, I have been protected beyond all human probability or expectation.”

Like King David, God protected Washington from his enemies (Psalm 71:3).

Third, in the past half-century, we have seen the corrupt in government slowly usurp their authority and declare war on the American people. The proof is found in the over the top methods of “protecting” the president and how they have risen to ridiculous measures. One has to ask the obvious question, who does the President work for?

Anyone who travels to Washington, DC will know what I am talking about. When the president’s motorcade goes through town, armed militant officers block off every road and any building the president enters is searched over with a fine-toothed comb.

Why would they need to do this if they have the support of American people?

The Secret Service

The Secret Service was originally created in 1865 to suppress counterfeit currency. It had nothing to do with the president’s safety until 1907, when Congress passed the Sundry Civil Expenses Act, which now meant that two men would be in full-time charge of the president’s safety.

The Secret Service now has 3,200 employees, and whenever the president leaves the White House, the Secret Service calls on other federal, state, and local agencies to heighten security measures.

Until Harry Truman’s presidency, former presidents were dropped off at their homes and were provided no special pension, security, or other benefits. They were simply told “Thank you for your service and have a good day.” They would become an average American citizen, just like those they served.

As a matter of fact, President Truman would take daily walks around Washington, DC with a bodyguard or two in tow shaking the hands of his constituents.

What has happened since then? When presidents work for the people, they feel safe enough to walk up converse with them; if at this point you are saying that things have gotten much worse in this country, you simply prove my point. Corruption in America is an exhibition and an expose of what the government is and is not doing.

However, when they work for special interests and are being treated as crowned kings (which they are not), they suddenly feel that they need to be protected from their constituents. Is the writing on the wall? Yes, indeed it is.

Look at the parallel between Washington and the current administrations:

In 1789, the federal government under President Washington had 350 federal civilian employees; today they number in the millions!
In 1832, the total federal budget was $11 million; in 2011 it was over $4 trillion!
Since 1900, the total number of government laws and regulations the average citizen is required to obey has increased an estimated 3,000 percent.

James Madison stated, “… every word of (the Constitution) decides a question between power and liberty. As the government increases control, this leads to a corresponding decrease of individual liberty and responsibility.”

“The real problem is when all this power becomes centralized and is left unchecked by the public, then comes the rationale that “they have the badge, they must be right.”

Thomas Jefferson, who lived through the era of the Revolutionary War, warned:

“The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.”

It has also been said that laws are most numerous when the commonwealth is most corrupt. Thousands of unconstitutional policies are being laid on the backs of American people on a yearly basis.

Cleary, America is corrupt! The politicians are corrupt because the people are corrupt. To say or act otherwise is most disingenuous, and ignorant to say the least (Hosea 4:6).

It further solidifies the point that our representative government does not serve the people they swore to serve. They are obviously serving special interest groups which need to protect their man/woman from the American people they purport to serve.

Somehow, the people in this country act as if the presidents were somehow above the law that they swore to uphold. Because of this, they then carry some unspoken title of nobility, a nobility that usurps the law, which our Constitution clearly forbids!

Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8:

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State.

Here’s something to think about before going to the next point.

The President is defended with guns.
Congress is defended with guns.
Governors are defended with guns.
Courts are defended with guns.
Celebrities are defended with guns.
Yet, our children are defended with a sign that reads “This is a gun free zone” as they continuously strip Americans from their God-given right to protect themselves.

Do your best to forget about American boys and girls that are sent to fight unconstitutional wars abroad, as well as the police that are subjected to all sorts of danger on the behalf of those that sent them to war both here and abroad.

Let’s get to the final points…

How is the President protected today?

Did you know that back in 2001 the Secret Service awarded a contract to General Motors to custom make the presidential car?

Although the car still has the look of a Cadillac DeVille, it is actually built on a chassis for a sports utility vehicle.

With all of the extras that are built into the car, there is substantial need for a heavier-duty chassis. The windows have five layers and can stop armor-piercing bullets. The doors are 8 inches thick and cannot only block projectiles but also keep out chemical attacks through a special extra-tight seal.

The chassis is reinforced to protect the passengers from bombs underneath the car. All of the car’s bodywork is armored with a combination of steel, aluminum, titanium, and ceramic. The gas tank has special armor and is surrounded by foam to prevent it from exploding if it is shot.

In addition to defensive capabilities, the car also has some offensive weapons. The car is fitted with tear gas cannons to disperse crowds. Of course, “The Beast” generally travels in a large motorcade surrounded by other Secret Service vehicles, so the situation would have to be dire for any weapons to be used.

There are two pints of blood of the president’s blood type in Cadillac One at all times.

The back compartment, where the president rides, can be sealed against not only chemical attacks but also against nuclear contamination. Even when the tires are punctured, the car can continue driving on them.

Between the motorcades, airplanes, helicopters and security entourage, travel for a U.S. president is an insanely complex and highly-orchestrated endeavor, as well as the costing the American taxpayers.

That quick travel and those high costs are a result of a very well-organized system of transportation. The motorcade, for example, includes a route car—along with about 20 to 30 motorcycles—that comes through before the rest of the motorcade to close off all the exits, intersecting streets, and to push cars to the outside of the street.

Then comes the local police, followed by the “secure package,” a group of cars that includes two identical (they even have the same plates) armored presidential limos.

The helicopters (which can cost around $2,000 per flight hour), Air Force One (which costs close to $206,337 per flight hour), the motorcade, and the C5 Galaxy planes used to transport the motorcade cost the American taxpayer $350 million per year, or one quarter of the yearly White House budget.

The question that I have for you is, who does the President work for? Read Deuteronomy 17:14-20.

Teaching Corrupt Politicians in Government to Fear the Consequence of Violating Law like Our Forefathers did!

This past week, I received an email from a radio show listener in response to what President Donald Trump promised that he would do and what it is that he has actually done.

This listener simply was telling me not to “bear false witness” with the President’s accomplishments, which in fact, have not been fulfilled.

I thought that Americans were raised to know that actions speak a lot louder than words (1 John 3:18).

Apparently not!

If you remember right, President Donald Trump promised on the campaign trail to bring forth the “rule of law,” as well as promised to ask his Attorney General to appoint a special prosecutor to look into Hillary Clinton’s long list of crimes.

Donald Trump did say that, did he not? Why, yes he did!

However, immediately after winning the White House, he tells the American people that they owe Hillary Clinton a major debt of gratitude for her service to this country. That is the opposite of what he promised to do if he were to win office.

We continue to watch the crimes of the Clinton crime family come to the surface (Luke 12:2).

Mr. “It is going to be soooo easy” acts as if he does not have the power to enforce the law?

Now, the neutered President is acting as if he did not have the power to prosecute corruption when it comes to the Clintons, or any other corrupt politician. He recently stated:

“Hillary Clinton can illegally get the questions to the debate and delete 33,000 emails, but my son is being scorned by the Fake News media?”

Really?

Here is the kicker. The second part of this email that was sent to me stated that secularist and radio show host Mark Levin said last week on his show that President Trump cannot force the DOJ to prosecute Hillary.

Isn’t it interesting that they want to believe that they can, at will, send your boys over to fight unconstitutional wars on their behalf, to clean out some “monstrous dictator” in some third world country who is filling the coffers of the military industrial complex, but the President cannot deal with corruption within?

These actors are simply protecting their own, period!

I’m humored at the willful ignorance of the American people that forsake their own mercies (Jonah 2:4) by straining at the gnat and swallowing the big camel.

It reminds me of Marcus Cicero who said,

“Do not blame Caesar, blame the people of Rome who have rejoiced in their loss of freedom who hail him when he speaks in the Forum of more security, more living fatly at the expense of the industrious.”

Our Forefathers countered this ignorance with statements like:

“If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains set lightly upon you; and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” – Samuel Adams

Maybe Mark Levin just happened to overlook The United States Constitution where it clearly states:

Article 2, Section 4

The President, Vice President and ALL civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Or maybe Mark Levin didn’t take the time to seek out the definition of the word treason?

TREASON is the highest crime of a civil nature of which a man can be guilty.

Its signification is different in different countries.

In general, it is the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power. –Webster’s 1828 Dictionary

When you look again to the founding documents, namely the Constitution, you will find that treason is a highlighted crime.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Some might say that the good thing is, we still have Trey Gowdy, Jason Chaffetz and Daryl Issa!

They are doing such a good job prosecuting corruption within their own ranks that we still have Harry Reid, Barrack Hussein Obama, Eric Holder, Diane Feinstein, Loretta Lynch, Maxine Waters, Susan Rice, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton and list goes on and on and on and on (Exodus 23:8).

The definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over again expecting to reap a different result (Galatians 6:7).

Don’t forget that the likes of Mark Levin, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, etc. feed the unconstitutional narrative of the liberals vs. conservatives, left vs. the right, the Democrats vs. Republicans.

The way they get away with this and hang on to their jobs is to simply omit reference to God, His moral Law and the Constitution of the United States (Mark 3:25).

Instead of taking responsibility and educating the American people, they simply play the self-elevated professors of Herod’s corrupt governmental indoctrination (Mark 8:15).

They are simply getting you to ask the wrong questions without giving you the right answers, making void the commandments of God through the tradition of carnal and reprobate men (Mark 7:13).

Maybe those who have not taken the time to look to history need to start looking and understanding that Republics (Rule of Law not of men or of the opinions of men) have been destroyed for the lack of impeachment and consequence within when it comes to representatives in their governments.

Do not separate text from historical background. If you do, you will have perverted and subverted the Constitution, which can only end in a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government. – James Madison

With that said, how did our Forefathers deal with corruption within?

Benedict Arnold was thought to be a patriot. Yet, when exposed, he was found to be a man that committed high treason against his own country.

In July 1780, Arnold sought and obtained command of the fort at West Point. He had already begun a year-long correspondence with General Henry Clinton (Of all the names) in New York through Major Andre and was closely involved with Beverley Robinson, a prominent loyalist (Loyal to the British crown) in command of a loyalist regiment.

Arnold offered to hand the fort over to the British for close to $3 million dollars in 2017 dollars and a brigadier’s commission.

He chose West Point for its strategic importance.

The Americans had been using its position to prevent British ships from moving Northward from New York City up the Hudson and connecting British forces in Canada-a move that would have split the north from the south.

His plans were thwarted when Andre was captured September 23, 1780 with a pass signed by Arnold. Andre was carrying documents that disclosed the plot and which incriminated Arnold.

Andre was later hanged as a spy.

America, do as The Lord commands!

Minneapolis Protesters to Mayor Betsy Hodges: “Stop Terrorizing Us!”

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

As you may have heard, on July 15^th, Justine Damond was shot and killed in her pajamas after calling 911 of a suspected crime in progress. Justine was speaking to a Somali Muslim police officer named Mohamed Noor, whom Mayor Betsy Hodges approved and praised and was somehow fast tracked to become a Minneapolis police officer with a badge and a gun.

To date, Noor refuses to be interrogated by city investigators about the killing.

After the blast in England, Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges gave a speech from a mosque (1 Timothy 4:1) and showed her unwavering support for the Muslim communities.

Hodges said, “We stand with our Muslim community.”

Not one word was shown in support of the victims, not one word.

You can also see that the apple does not fall too far from the tree (Matthew 7:16) when you see governor Mark Dayton, voted worst senator in US history, acting out in a similar fashion. He told Minnesotans who protested illegal immigration, “If you don’t like our Somali refugees, get out of Minnesota.”

To add insult to injury in an attempt to justify the killing of Justine Damond, all the while knowing that there is nothing that could justify the murderous acts of Somalian Mohamed Noor, Mayor Betsy Hodges encouraged the Muslim communities to file hate crimes against Americans who were outraged over the killing.

How did this all go over with the good people of Minneapolis?

As expected, and right on cue, treasonous Mayor Betsy Hodges, with script in hand and the corrupt media standing by to publish everything that she illegally advocates by attempting to set the narrative, got called out by the community for who she really is and what it is that she is doing (Luke 22:48).

Of course, after the people jammed her message in protest and shouted her down, demanding that she stop “terrorizing” the people in Minneapolis, they then called for her resignation!

Earlier in the week, Hodges forced the resignation from the first lesbian police chief of police Janee Harteau, who just happened to call out Mohamed Noor as to the responsible person for the killing by saying, “Justine did not have to die,” and criticized Noor’s decision to shoot as the “actions of one individual, “and that the death of Justine should have not happened.”

P.S. This is also the same Betsy Hodges that married a homosexual couple back in May of 2014 in defiance of South Dakota law (Psalm 94:20).

Let’s take a look at the fruit of the Muslims (Matthew 7:16) in which corrupt politicians on a global scale are helping to plunder.

Denmark: 450% more crimes committed by Muslims then non-Muslims.
•Germany: Muslim migrants committed 142,500 crimes in 6 months. This is 780 every day.
• Sweden: 480,000 sexual assaults in one year. 77% of all rapes by less than 2% Muslim.
• England and Wales: Over 56% of Syrian refugee’s committed severe crimes in less than 1 year etc.
• Belgium: 35% of Prison population is Muslim who make up only 6% of the population.
• UK: Muslims fill 44%of high security prisons, out of a 5% population.
• USA: 91.4 % Muslim refugees are on food stamps, 68.3 % on cash welfare.

Muslim migration has doubled in the decade since 9/11 and 60 percent of migrants to America favor sharia law (Deuteronomy 28:15-68).

It is not a foreign enemy that is doing the terrorizing here, America. It is the corrupt and treasonous politicians within (Leviticus 26:17). So, it is time to protest and indict the corrupt who are doing the terrorizing (Article 2, Section 4 of the United States Constitution).

On a daily basis, Americans are being inundated with oppression through a corrupt system of not only the media, but also corrupt politicians as well.

80 house members have been reported as communists.

Through it all, we see such unlawful and unconstitutional organizations like that of the American Civil Liberties Union, The Southern Poverty Law Center , Planned Parenthood, Homosexual organizations and bureaucracies such as the TSA, Homeland Security etc. surfacing throughout the country (Psalm 55:11; Amos 3:1-15) only to upend American sovereignty. While in the end, they are making war against God by advocating that which He clearly condemns (Micah 3:5).

It has been rightly said by William Booth, “If you want to change the future, then you are going to have to trouble the present.”

It is a tactic that enemies of this country within and without are facilitating.

“Accuse the other side of that which you are guilty.” –Joseph Goebbels, Nazi propaganda minister

The enemies of America are doing their best to tear down the United States Constitution while claiming victim status and perpetuating the crimes.

However, the good news is that it works both ways, if the American people are willing to enforce the law against them that commit the crimes (Psalm 40:8; 1 John 3:4).

“The strength of the Constitution (enumerated Laws) lies entirely in the determination of each citizen to defend it. Only if every single citizen feels duty bound to do his share in this defense are the constitutional rights secure.” -Albert Einstein

America, there is no other side to the issue when it comes to America’s oppressors. There is the law abider or the Lawbreaker. Furthermore, America is a Constitutional Republic, ruled by law (Article 4, Section 4), not by the opinions of the criminals.

When you go to Judges 3, you find:

Now these are the nations which the Lord left, to prove Israel by them, even as many of Israel as had not known all the wars of Canaan; Only that the generations of the children of Israel might know, to teach them war, at the least such as before knew nothing thereof; Namely, five lords of the Philistines, and all the Canaanites, and the Sidonians, and the Hivites that dwelt in mount Lebanon, from mount Baalhermon unto the entering in of Hamath.

And they were to prove Israel by them, to know whether they would hearken unto the commandments of the Lord, which he commanded their fathers by the hand of Moses. So the corrupt Kings were allowed to remain only to PROVE THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL TO KNOW WHETHER THEY WOULD LISTEN CAREFULLY UNTO THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE LORD! This they failed to do, and because they did evil in the sight of The Lord they were delivered into the hands of their enemies…. And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord, and forgat the Lord their God, and served Baalim and the groves. Therefore the anger of the Lord was hot against Israel, and he sold them into “their hand and were forced to serve them!”

When you look into the history of the patriarchs, you can see that the Lord is willing to give the church what it is willing to fight for! (1 Timothy 6:12) What an opportunity for us in this country to prove the God of Israel (Judges 2:22), who has not changed (Hebrews 13:8), that He might show Himself strong on our behalf once again (2 Chronicles 16:9).

Remember America, greater works will we do than Jesus did (John 14:12). The sooner you take Him at His word, the sooner we are going to see the God of Israel in Jesus Christ glorified. America has been a beacon of light to the world (Isaiah 51:4), and it is for us to keep it lit up. To those who understand “to bring the light you must endure the flame,” we have a job to do, and your enemy is scared to death of this revelation of truth in action (Matthew 16:17-19). Let’s set the record straight.

The hot topic again this week coming from today’s conservatives is an attempt to get you caught up into a debate about what is illegal. The GOP is attempting to appease the American voter with a change of name again to implement the illegal and unconstitutional “Obamacare” (Mark 8:15).

Look at this word play here America. First, it was the “RomneyCare.” Then, it became the “Affordable Care Act.” Now it is the “American Health Care Act.” No matter what it is called, or who the president is who pushes for it and signs it, it is illegal (Psalm 94:20).

Rather than getting caught up into the debate that they want you to get caught up into, the question that should be presented to them who call themselves representatives is, “Where are you deriving your authority from to implement these unconstitutional acts?” It is a question that they simply cannot answer.

In other words, “If they can get you asking the wrong questions, they do not have to worry about giving you the right answers.”

Considering that which you have been led to believe concerning Romney-Obama-care and that it is such a good deal (Premiums are skyrocketing) for Americans, why does it not apply to the Congress that approved these unlawful measures?

WorldNet Daily reported on how Obamacare threatens to shred the Constitution.

Here are the top six legal arguments cited in “Impeachable Offenses” challenging the legality of Obamacare.

Taxation without representation

The law appears to violate Article 1 Section 9 of the Constitution, which stipulates: “No capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken.”

The section is clarified in the 16th Amendment: “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.”

The Supreme Court ruled the law’s individual mandate requiring most Americans to obtain health insurance is a tax. However, according to experts cited in “Impeachable Offenses,” the mandate does not fit the description of any of the three types of valid constitutional taxes – income, excise or direct.

Write Klein and Elliott: “Because the penalty is not assessed on income, it is not a valid income tax. Because the penalty is not assessed uniformly or proportionately, and is triggered by economic inactivity, it is not a valid excise tax. Finally, because ObamaCare fails to apportion the tax among the states by population, it is not a valid direct tax.”

Despite Obama’s public statements that the individual mandate was not a tax, the Supreme Court ruled June 28, 2012, in a 5 to 4 vote, with conservative Chief Justice John Roberts siding with the majority, that the requirement that the majority of Americans obtain health insurance or pay a penalty was constitutional, authorized by Congress’s power to levy taxes.

“The Affordable Care Act’s requirement that certain individuals pay a financial penalty for not obtaining health insurance may reasonably be characterized as a tax,” Roberts wrote in the majority opinion. “Because the Constitution permits such a tax, it is not our role to forbid it, or to pass upon its wisdom or fairness.”

In a second 5 to 4 vote, again with Justice Roberts joining the majority, the court rejected the administration’s most vigorous argument in support of the law, that Congress held the power to regulate interstate commerce.

The Commerce Clause, the court ruled, did not apply.

However, Klein and Elliott document the White House has been changing the law without involving Congress since the Supreme Court ruling and that multiple sections of the implementation of Obamacare are unconstitutional.

Illegally bypassing Congress? Bribing states?

“Impeachable Offenses” cites Jonathan H. Adler of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Michael F. Cannon of the Cato Institute.

The duo found: “The law encourages states to create health-insurance exchanges, but it permits Washington to create them if states decline. … ObamaCare authorizes premium assistance in state-run exchanges (Section 1311) but not federal ones (Section 1321).

“In other words, states that refuse to create an exchange can block much of ObamaCare’s spending and practically force Congress to reopen the law for revisions.”

The Obama administration, however, was furiously at work in an attempt to avoid a legislative debacle. The administration proposed an IRS rule to “offer premium assistance in all exchanges ‘whether established under section 1311 or 1321,’” Adler and Cannon said.

The Treasury Department, they continued, was “confident” that the IRS had the authority to offer premium assistance where Congress had not authorized it and that this overreach was “consistent with the intent of the law and [its] ability to interpret and implement it.”

“Such confidence is misplaced,” Adler and Cannon asserted. “The text of the law is perfectly clear. And without congressional authorization, the IRS lacks the power to dispense tax credits or spend money.”

In May 2012, the IRS released its final regulations that would “provide guidance to individuals who enroll in qualified health plans through Affordable Insurance Exchanges and claim the premium tax credit, and to Exchanges that make qualified health plans available to individuals and employers.”

Free-market advocate Phil Kerpen, cited in “Impeachable Offenses,” called the regulations an “outrageous edict that attempts to up-end the ability of states to opt out of [Obama’s] health care law’s new entitlement.”

Kerpen called the Obama administration out for what he said was an obvious attempt to “bribe states to participate by manipulating language in the law that is meant to authorize start-up grants to instead fund years of operating expenses.”

Indeed, a July 2012 announcement from the Department of Health and Human Services offered states six full years of funding.

Was the maneuver constitutional? Article I, Section 1 states: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.”

Congress does not vest the power to write and rewrite laws in HHS and IRS; nor can unelected bureaucrats impose taxes on states that legitimately opted out of a federal program, Kerpen continued.

“Impeachable Offenses” further cites Adler and Cannon on how the IRS went ahead in May 2012 and finalized “a rule that will issue tax credits – and therefore will trigger cost-sharing subsidies and employer-mandate penalties – through federal Exchanges.”

They contended that the rule is not only illegal, but it also lacks any statutory authority.

‘State’s rights violated’

The 10th Amendment to the Constitution reads: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

The Tenth Amendment Center, which was among the plaintiffs that took Obamacare to the Supreme Court, clarifies that the amendment was “written to emphasize the limited nature of the powers delegated to the federal government.”

“In delegating just specific powers to the federal government, the states and the people, with some small exceptions, were free to continue exercising their sovereign powers.”

As of February 2013, only 17 states and the District of Columbia planned to run their own exchanges, while another seven opted for state-federal exchanges. The 26 states that have chosen to opt out entirely challenged the law in the Supreme Court

In January 2010, Ken Klukowski explained that the 10th Amendment does not apply here in the way many people have thought – although it does apply in a more serious manner, “Impeachable Offenses” relates. Klukowski co-authored with former Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell the 2010 book “The Blueprint: Obama’s Plan to Subvert the Constitution and Build an Imperial Presidency.”

Citing two cases from the 1990s, Klukowski wrote that the Supreme Court “shocked the legal world” by striking the cases down for violating the 10th Amendment.

The first case was in 1992, New York v. United States, in which “the Court struck down a federal law requiring states to pass state laws for the disposal of radioactive waste, and to issue regulations for implementing those laws.”

In the second case, Printz v. United States in 1997, the court “struck down a provision of the Brady Act – a federal gun-control law – that required state and local law enforcement to run background checks on handgun purchasers.”

From these two cases, Klukowski explained, “emerged the anti-commandeering principle, holding that the 10th Amendment forbids the federal government from commandeering – or ordering – any branch of state government to do anything. The states are sovereign and answer only to their voters, not to Washington, D.C.”

The commandeering principle is the real problem for Obamacare, write Klein and Elliott, since the law requires each state to set up an insurance exchange.

“It then requires the states to pass regulations for implementing those laws. And it further requires the states to dedicate staff and spend state money to administer those programs,” said Klukowski.

In his opinion, Obamacare is a “straight-out repeat of those 1992 and 1997 cases.”

“The main difference is that Obamacare violates the anti-commandeering principle in a far more severe and egregious way than those previous laws ever did,” Klukowski concluded.

Originated in Senate?

“Impeachable Offenses” cites Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution, which states: “All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives.”

The Sacramento, Calif.-based Pacific Legal Foundation filed a challenge to Obamacare that contends it is unconstitutional, because the bill originated in the Senate, not the House.

The foundation claims that under the Origination Clause of the Constitution “all bills raising revenue must begin in the House.”

The tip to follow this course of action came from the Supreme Court itself. In his June 28, 2012, ruling, Chief Justice Roberts took pains in the majority opinion to define Obamacare as a federal tax, not a mandate.

The Justice Department claimed that the bill did not originate as a spending bill and therefore does not violate the Origination Clause.

The bill, which began life as House Resolution 3590, then called the Service Members Home Ownership Act, was stripped of its contents after it passed in the House in a process known as “gut and amend.” The legislation was replaced entirely with the thousands of pages of what eventually became Obamacare and given a new name.

The Obama government’s position is that while using the resolution as a “‘shell bill’ may be inelegant … it’s not unconstitutional.”

The foundation’s response, as documented in “Impeachable Offenses,” was that “it is undisputed that H.R. 3590 was not originally a bill for raising revenue. … Unlike in the prior cases [cited by the Justice Department], the Senate’s gut-and-amend procedure made H.R. 3590 for the first time into a bill for raising revenue. The precedents the government cites are therefore inapplicable.”

While the Justice Department contended that raising revenue was incidental to Obamacare’s “central purpose” – to improve the nation’s health care system – the foundation’s attorney, Timothy Sandefur, disagreed.

“What kinds of taxes are not for raising revenue?” he asked.

Creating commerce

The Commerce Clause, as stated in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution, grants Congress the right to regulate interstate commerce, not intrastate commerce, Klein and Elliott note.

Since the 1930s, Supreme Court decisions have interpreted the Commerce Clause broadly,” writes Ilya Somin, an associate professor of law at George Mason University School of Law and co-editor of the Supreme Court Economic Review.

“But every previous case expanding the commerce power involved some sort of ‘economic activity,’ such as operating a business or consuming a product. Failure to purchase health insurance is neither commerce nor an interstate activity. Indeed, it is the absence of commerce,” Somin added.

Georgetown University Law Center professor Randy Barnett, a former student of Harvard Law School professors Charles Fried and Laurence Tribe, “both of whom argued for the constitutionality of the [economic] mandate,” writes Klein and Elliott, has been referred to as “the ‘mastermind’ of the legal challenge” against ObamaCare.

Barnett opined in a March 2011 debate with his former teachers: “Though Congress can compel people to be drafted into the military or sit on a jury, those activities relate to, as the Supreme Court put it, the ‘supreme and noble duty’ of citizenship . . . There is no supreme and noble duty of citizens to enter into contracts with private companies.”

Barnett added that “the mandate would result in a ‘fundamental alteration in the status of American citizens.’”

Even the Congressional Budget Office weighed in, stating in January 2010: “A mandate requiring all individuals to purchase health insurance would be an unprecedented form of federal action. The government has never required people to buy any good or service as a condition of lawful residence in the United States.”

Illegal penalty?

Obamacare affixes a financial penalty on Americans who fail to purchase health insurance in order to regulate behavior – regulatory powers not granted in the Constitution, documents “Impeachable Offenses.”

Scott P. Richert commented after the Supreme Court ruling: “Congress has been given the green light to do something that even the most imaginative interpretation of the Commerce Clause would not allow: to compel the supposedly free citizens of the United States to purchase anything that Congress deems in those citizens’ best interest – or to compel them to purchase one thing rather than another.”

Richert, who is executive editor of Chronicles, the monthly magazine published by the conservative think tank the Rockford Institute, continued: “All Congress has to do is to pass legislation levying a tax on those who, say, fail to purchase smoke detectors for their homes, or who insist on purchasing a car that runs on gasoline over one that runs on electricity.”

A Politician is a Fellow Who Will Lay Down “Your” Life for His Country!

Did you ever notice that the politicians that talk much of war are those who have never been to war.

Or have you noticed that those who are to serve “We the People” in Congress are so apt to send your men and women to fight unconstitutional wars, but for some reason or another it does not apply to their own (Matthew 23:3)?

As a matter of fact, it has been said that the Vietnam War ended when the children of those who represented us were pulled up for the draft.

Furthermore, to add insult to injury, it seems that trees take precedent over human life. When you go to Washington D.C., you see trees with fences around them that state “Tree protection: KEEP OUT! Do Not Enter. The enclosed area is a tree root protection zone. Fence must remain closed at all times.” They are simply protecting trees from the people (Romans 1:28).

What you do not see is the Vietnam Wall (my cousin was killed in Vietnam) 20 yards behind this sign. Fifty-eight thousand, three hundred and eighteen were killed (Amos 4:10).

With the last 100 years of exposing the corruption of the American politician, you would think that Americans would understand that they CANNOT trust the Judases who they are led to believe actually work for the people of this country (Luke 22:48). Especially, when it comes to war.

In contrast, how was it that during the Revolutionary War, the Forefathers thought it their duty to fight the wars in which they believed were worth fighting, which established our Constitutional Republic.

It was said of George Washington, “First in war, first in peace and first in the hearts of his countrymen.”

Why first in the hearts of his countrymen? Because he led by example. He did not expect others to take his place for such a worthy cause.

Remember, there is the Lord’s Wars and that of man’s wars. One is righteous and the other is not (Numbers 21:14).

A post recently popped up that will make the next point,

You would not have to worry about other countries hating you if you stopped corrupt politicians from inciting America to attack their countries.

Another one read,

“In today’s distorted media landscape, when the U.S. Government calls another nation’s leader a dictator, what they really mean to say is that they’re not a complete pro-USA puppet.”

Just think of this, 94% of Americans do not believe the lying media, Congress has an 11% approval rating, and yet, when they are told what some drummed up foreign country is going to do to us, the people somehow latch onto the fact that they are now telling them the truth. This is the pinnacle of hypocrisy (Romans 1:18).

Gen. Douglas MacArthur said of the United States government back in 1957:

“Our government has kept us in a perpetual state of fear – kept us in a continuous stampede of patriotic fervor – with the cry of grave national emergency. Always there has been some terrible evil at home or some monstrous foreign power that was going to gobble us up if we did not blindly rally behind it. …”

You would think that this is what America was told by the president on Sept. 11, 2001. It was.

Of course, war is never sold to you in truth. Remember, the truth is always the first casualty of war (John 8:44).

What of the military–industrial complex (MIC), which is an informal alliance between a nation’s military and the arms industry which supplies it, seen together as a vested interest which influences public policy.

A driving factor behind this relationship between the government and defense-minded corporations is that both sides benefit—one side from obtaining war weapons, and the other from being paid to supply them. The term is most often used in reference to the system behind the military of the United States, where it is most prevalent and gained popularity after its use in the farewell address of President Dwight D. Eisenhower on January 17, 1961. In 2011, the United States spent more (in absolute numbers) on its military than the next 13 nations combined.

I suggest that next time a war is being sold to the American people that those who are calling for the war, like our Forefathers, are the first ones to lead the way.

The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country. –Herman Goering

And to think that 222 years out of 241 years since 1776, Americans have been at war.

And Americans still haven’t figured this out.

Henry Kissinger said of our veterans:

“Military men are just dumb, stupid animals, to be used as pawns in foreign policy.”

The fact is, the American military are not dumb and stupid. They just need to recognize who the enemies are, and that comes by knowing what the Law states (Hosea 4:6; 2 Timothy 2:15).

The Founding Fathers established documentation such as The Declaration of Independence, The Bill of Rights and US Constitution, etc., which are set in place to Unify in righteousness (Leviticus 19:17) under God and separation from the wicked, as well as Tyrants (Matthew 10:34).

We know that history teaches us the lessons that many want to learn so that history does not repeat itself. On the other hand, there are those who could care less about the lessons that need to be learned. I am now addressing those who do not want to see the evils of the past repeated in the present. After all, prevention is better than cure.

In this country, our forefathers, under God, have given to their posterity, the American people, the privilege of being the government. Remember what President Abraham Lincoln said:

“Government for the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”

Of course, he took from John Wycliffe who said:

“This Bible is for the government of the people, by the people and for the people.”

The Declaration of Independence, which our forefathers have handed to the past, present and future generations, reads:

“That to secure these (God given) Rights, Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever and Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government” (Exodus 20; Amos 3:3; 2 Corinthians 6:14-19; James 4:4).

Then, we look to the preamble of the US Constitution to find “We the People (Are the government) of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union (All 50 states), establish Justice (According to God’s moral Law), insure domestic Tranquility…”

The Framers had good reason to seek to “insure” domestic tranquility. Literally “domestic tranquility” means peace and quiet at home—at home in America, as opposed to in other nations. Tranquility for the Framers meant the absence of riots, rebellions, and similar symptoms of social disorder.

The Constitution continues, “…provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare (The concern of the government for the morality, peace and safety of its citizens. Providing for the welfare of the general public is a basic goal of government.), and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity (family lineage), do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

Suppose a nation in some distant region should take the Bible for their only law book, and every member should regulate his conduct by the precepts there exhibited! Every member would be obliged in conscience, to temperance, frugality, and industry; to justice, kindness, and charity towards his fellow men; and to piety, love and reverence toward Almighty God…What a Utopia, what a Paradise would this region be. –John Adams wrote in his diary entry dated February 22, 1756
