It was my understanding that MN Representative Keith Ellison has been making comments about me (The Daily Beast), saying to the American people that they “may not know quite how extreme this guy (Bradlee Dean) is.” Interesting. Can you say Keith is straining at a gnat while he swallows the BIG camel?   

America you need to get out of the political rhetoric and the games that are being played out in front of our faces by these politicians or else nothing is going to change. If you think the incumbent leadership both politically and religiously are going to bring you forward, you better think again. Though there is good leadership in both camps, there needs to be much more.   

If we had a coach for the NFL football team that lost game after game after game for the last 50 years the way that these politicians are, wouldn’t you agree that things need to change, namely the coach?   

Until you call things for what they are and bring the firm correction needed, things are going to remain the same. America needs to put their foot down. “Justice the Guardian of Liberty” was put as an inscription on the Supreme Court building for a reason.

According to Keith Ellison’s accusations, it is extreme to stand up for our posterity (future generations), to protect the family, and to enforce the laws of our land. If this is extreme then it is extreme. I rest my case. Keith Ellison is right. But let me reassure you it is the “extreme” that America is calling for – extreme in not tolerating any more corruption – and it is rightly called leadership.   

The right time to do the right thing is right now and America is waiting for the now. It is time for the re-establishing of who we are as a “Republic”, “one nation under God” (the Christian religion), “indivisible” (undividable, unbreakable) with “liberty” (freedom to do the things that we ought to do) and “justice” (according to the Mosaic Institution – who is on the top of our Supreme Court Building) for “all” (even people of other faiths such as Keith Ellison so long as they abide by the laws of OUR land).  

To make myself clear, the extremities that I have advocated (according to Keith Ellison) are not lawless but rather lawful; they are not unconstitutional but rather Constitutional; they are not un-American but rather American. Keith Ellison seems to forget in his folly that I am not the one trying to overthrow our Constitution or the laws of our land, he is. Again, I may be extreme, but I am extreme in preserving this country. Too many of our veterans have paid the ultimate price by giving the ultimate sacrifice and I am not going to roll over and let these politicians desecrate their memories in which they swore to uphold.  

The Radicals The problem with the radicals is that they don’t know how to deal with those who do not roll over every time they want another law overthrown. Those days are over. People are tired of being rolled over upon. America has been screaming from the housetops for 3 years now, enough is enough! Where has Keith Ellison been? Does he not hear the voice of his constituents? Or did he forget that he works for “We the People”?  

I would ask Keith Ellison, what is extreme about our laws? What is it that you do not like about who we are? Our laws say NO to Sharia law in this country! Is this your problem, Keith?  According to your mindset that is extreme. So be it! Extreme it is.  

The people all over the country are rising up against the homosexual agenda that you, Keith, are attempting to put forth. 31 of 50 states have voted gay marriage down. Is this your problem, Keith? According to your mindset that is extreme. Extreme it is! So be it! Apparently Keith Ellison does not know that sodomy is illegal in America’s foundational laws. That is pretty extreme Keith! But then again Keith Ellison is also the first politician that has blatantly disrespected everything about who we are as a CHRISTIAN nation. Keith Ellison broke tradition in our country by swearing in on the Koran (rather than the Holy Bible). That’s pretty extreme Keith.   

Keith reminds me of those who hate good cops. The good cop loves his country so much that he honors everything about his established government by enforcing the laws of the land towards anyone that would attempt to overthrow it.  America, who would call a good cop “extreme”? You fill in the blank ________.    

Keith, Do Your Homework Next Time

Keith might want to do his homework on those who he attacks, and maybe even give them a call before he tells the press things that he knows nothing of. It’s best for Keith to stick with the people that do not know the difference (as to who he is) like he has been, because they are the only ones foolish enough to ignore the writings on the wall.   

How Extreme Am I?

Martin Luther King Jr. said, “I must admit that I was initially disappointed in being so categorized (as an extremist). But as I continued to think about the matter, I gradually gained a bit of satisfaction from being considered an extremist… [Was not] Abraham Lincoln [an extremist]: “This nation cannot survive half slave half free.” [Was not] Thomas Jefferson [an extremist]: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.’ So the question is not whether we will be extremists, but what kind of extremists will we be… Will we be extremists for the preservation of injustice or [will we be extremists] for the extension of justice?”

What Rachel Maddow and MSNBC did not want you to know

On Aug. 9th, 2010, Rachel Maddow and MSNBC put me in front of the nation as being a recipient of money from Tom Emmer’s campaign, who was the gubernatorial candidate in MN at the time of the report.

What MSNBC failed to tell their viewers was that I did not know Tom Emmer on a personal basis in any sense of the word, I shook his hand twice in a pass by enviroment. Back in 2008, before Tom Emmer was even running for governor, he was to be a guest at one of our gala events with 500 other people in attendance. He bought a table for his children and others, and as I stated earlier, he wasn’t even running for governor at the time. They also failed to mention that Tom Emmer did not even show up himself because of his legislative campaign obligations.

In 2010 Tom Emmer became the republican gubernatorial candidate. As always, the radical media tries to create all kinds of news to slam on candidates they don’t like. As with Michele Bachmann, I became entangled into Emmer’s race for office. This is when the radical media began their attempt to create news out of thin air and say that Tom Emmer and I know each other very well, some of them even reporting that we went door-knocking together. Incredible!

She then played my radio piece, warning the homosexuals of a Muslim threat to their lives. What is interesting, folks, is MSNBC took my warning to the homosexuals and turned it on me by manipulating my meaning while omitting more than 1 whole minute of my statement.

This is what they omitted from the center:

And I continually reach out to the homosexual communities on this radio show, and I warn them, which one’s love? Here you have Obama condemning it behind the backs of the homosexuals but to their faces he’s promoting it. Because he’s the one that said that he would never, no matter which way the winds go, Obama said he is not going to condemn or go against the Muslim nation. He’s also the guy that said we are no longer a Christian nation, we’re a Muslim nation … The homosexuals, they need to listen… I say this to my gay friends out there, the ones that continuously nitpick everything I say in their defense and for their eternal destination, Hollywood is promoting immorality and God of the Heavens in Jesus’ name is warning you to flee from the wrath to come, yet you have Muslims calling for your execution.

What she conveniently neglected to mention was that I was telling the homosexual community how I continuously reach out to them to turn them from their sin, saying “which one is love?” while the Muslims were just calling for their execution. Since that wouldn’t jive with Rachel Maddow and MSNBC’s reporting, they had to omit that part in an attempt to say that I was making the threat in agreement with Muslim Shariah law, rather than giving a Biblical warning to flee from sin, as Christ and the apostles did continuously. I was also invoking the Christians to take the homosexual agenda more seriously, as many today are too afraid to speak the truth in love for their souls, and for the preservation of America’s godly heritage.

Rachel Maddow then quoted a disclaimer from my website, mockingly reading the affirmation of our true intents, which said that “we have never, and will never, call for the execution of homosexuals.” So not only did MSNBC omit a big portion of my original statement, but Rachel Maddow portrayed my disclaimer as insincere and disingenuous.

The big news in America recently is the Wall Street protests. As I have followed up on the stories, I can’t help but to be taken back by the behavior of this younger generation’s ideologies. The protesters have engaged in lewd and lawless behavior. It is a shame that society has allowed this type of behavior to breed through our broken family structure, education system, and justice system. Let me explain… Have you ever noticed that people today (especially the younger generations) think that the older generation is so out there? “They have such an old fashioned view on life,” some say, “after all, what do they know?” Well, let me show you why Grandma rocks!

With Friday being Veteran’s Day I thought it appropriate to tell you that most recently I had a radio station manager approach me because I was calling out Obama’s corruption on the air. He admitted that he knows President Obama is “un-American, reckless, ignorant and even corrupt.” And of course I agreed with him. 

But then he went on to say, “He is still the president of the United States and we need to honor him and his office as such.”  

I said, “Honor him as such? You’ve got to be out of your mind to think that I am going to honor any individual in any office that steps on the sacrifice of our veterans who ratified the Constitution of the United States with their blood.”  (Which, by the way, is the same Constitution those in office swear to uphold.) 

When we tolerate corruption in government then we dishonor the price that the veterans paid!  I am in fact honoring the office of the president when I point out that which corrupts the office he holds. I will never honor any man or woman in office that disrespects the sacrifice of those who put them there. Never. And neither will anyone that is a true American patriot. 

To leave it on a positive note, I will be the first one to stand behind those in office that do honor the veterans and the Constitution for which we all should magnify.

In light of the Penn State child sex abuse scandal, I have been invited on to media outlets across America to discuss the topic. Since 1998, I have been fighting for the preservation of America’s younger generation. Now more than ever they are under constant attack. The success of America depends upon her morality, and if we fail to pass down America’s godly heritage to our children, we will be lost. 

I have taken a bold, outspoken stance on behalf of our children. Therefore, I am either loved by the righteous or hated by the radical liberals who don’t like me exposing them, while the rest are too slothful to care.

One media source that has followed me is the Talking Points Memo. They sent me interview questions on the Penn State scandal, which I answered. However, after seeing my answers to their questions, they decided not to post the interview. Why? Could it be because it did not fit their agenda? Well, that’s the only conclusion there is! 

So, I decided to post it for you. Enjoy!

TPM: What prompted you to speak out on this issue?

Bradlee: We live in a society that shows more mercy and compassion on the guilty than it does the victims.

In particular, I was very offended that the Penn State college students were protesting coach Joe Paterno’s resignation. Instead, they should have been protesting coach Joe Paterno for not reporting the abuses taking place on college campus concerning young defenseless boys being violated by a former coach. I hope they did this inadvertently with misinformation. Which by the way, Joe Paterno now regrets that he did not do more.

TPM: What do you think makes you an authoritative voice on the issue?

Bradlee: I am simply taking responsibility for the millions of fatherless children that have gone unheard in these types of situations. I am standing for their defense, as all of us should. I was raised without a father in my household, and it seems in this type of family setting you are subjected to everything and protected from nothing. I am simply standing up for them on their behalf.

TPM: You’ve been an outspoken critic of homosexuality, in what way — if any — do the allegations that Jerry Sandusky sexually abused young boys affect your reaction to the incident, or your motivation to speak?

Bradlee: David, as I have always said, it is not about me attacking any particular people, this has always been about protecting a particular people, namely our young that are under attack. I talk on a number of issues and this just happens to be one of them.

TPM: How did you respond to the Penn State students rioting in support of fired coach Joe Paterno?

Bradlee: Either they do not know of the horrific abuses that have been done to these boys or they simply do not care. I want to believe that they did not know of the abuses.  I am offended if they are disregarding the crimes against the kids and offended if they do not care.

Information is still coming out as are there more victims coming forward.  Hopefully those who are rioting will get the right information.

Blagojevich gets 14 years. America, can you say Amen!? What a precedent this sets when corruption in government is dealt with. What kind of a message do you think this sends to those who think they are above the law, when they are dealt with by that very law which exposes their corruptions? Now lets deal with the rest of them. America, this says you’ve had it with corruption! This is how you win your country back.

The people of this great and blessed country know that when someone takes to office (whether it be the president, senate, congress, or any other office that they have been entrusted to serve in) they have no authority to tear down the Constitution and rebuild it in their own image.

What? Now that, for example, the president of the United States takes to the Oval Office, he can for 4 years break the laws that he is called to enforce, and rebuild the country to his liking? This is illegal and unconstitutional, and therefore criminal activity. 

Criminals in government (or otherwise) mock society’s laws. America, your compassion is a weakness the enemies of the U.S. Constitution do not and will not share. Criminals thrive on the indulgences of society’s understandings. The corrupt depend upon you and your ignorance of the Constitution.  

Our forefathers left their posterity an example that exemplifies the opposite of what some are tolerating in America’s government today. They threw off tyranny; they didn’t tolerate it.  And that is obedience to God and country.

Thomas Jefferson rightly said, “The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.”

Over the last couple weeks we have been hearing about how the OWS protests have grown to over 300 protests nationwide. Wow! This has got to be a big deal, or so the media would have me believe…

Most recently, while on vacation in Florida, I had the opportunity to see one for myself. We drove by a bank where there were 2 people and a dog outside in protest. This is one of the 300 protests? It came to me that the media is doing its best to hang on to something that barely exists; this was one of their protests. I said to myself, “If America could only see this.” I talked to a high-profile reporter from New York who recently blurted out the truth in his confusion when he said to me, “If you want to see the OWS in NY, you will have to look for it.”

Mark Twain rightly stated, “If you don’t read the newspaper, you ‘re uninformed. If you read the newspaper, you’re misinformed.”

How right is this statement for the present time, and a bit disturbing that you cannot trust those who report the news. Is it not interesting that the agendas pushed on the American people can hardly be justified in person? It seems to work only in presentation on the papers or the television screen. For example: It has been said from those behind the puppetry reporting on the news, “You take the pictures and I’ll create the war.”

I believe it is time to pull back the curtain on those who report the news, and do an expose’ on who they are, what they believe, and what they promulgate. America is wising up to the fact that there are only a few outlets worthy of their trust, and rightly so.

First there was Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank who celebrated the repeal of the military’s Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell by saying, “For those who are worried about the radical homosexual agenda, let me put them on notice. Two down, two to go.” Barney Frank is a radical homosexual who hired a male prostitute – Steve Gobie – for sex, and let him live with him while he ran a prostitution ring out of his Washington, D.C. apartment. He even used his congressional office to clear minor charges for Gobie. Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank’s name was also brought up in a court testimony as being involved in a pedophile ring operation, and accused of having sexual relations with a boy who was brought to Frank’s home in MA. 

Secondly, we have Kevin Jennings, Obama’s former “safe school czar,” who wrote the forward to a book called “Queering Elementary Education.” Kevin Jennings has made clear that Harry Hay is one of his heroes. Harry Hay is an icon for the organization NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Association – a known pedophile group) whose motto was “sex before eight before it’s too late” when marching in gay pride parades.

Thirdly, Jon Berry, who is an open homosexual in the Obama administration, was quoted as saying, “If we can get ENDA (Employment Non-Discrimination Act) enacted and signed into law, it is only a matter of time before all the rest (overturning the Defense Of Marriage Act) happens,” he continued, “It is the keystone that holds up the whole bunch, and so we need to focus our energies and attention there.”

Fourthly, Frank Kameny, another radical homosexual activist that surrounded the Obama administration, and who died this year on National Coming Out Day, said, “Bestiality is not my thing … But it seems to be a harmless foible or idiosyncrasy of some people. So, as long as the animal doesn’t mind (and the animal rarely does), I don’t mind, and I don’t see why anyone else should.” He also stated, “Your God of Leviticus (and of the whole Bible) is clearly a sinful homophobic bigot.  He should repent of his sinful homophobia…” I wonder if Frank standing by what he said on that fearful day when he met his Maker.

And now we go to him who appoints these individuals in governmental positions, Barack Hussein Obama. Barry has now placed 225 homosexuals into key positions in our government, as well as a transvestite (https://www.glli.org/presidential). 

And then there is Elena Kagan, Obama’s appointed Supreme Court Justice. If Elena is not being forced to recuse herself from Arizona’s immigration laws, America is shouting her down to recuse herself from Obamacare on possible counts of perjury. 

Kagan attended Princeton, Oxford, and Harvard Law schools. She began her career as a professor at the University of Chicago Law School, leaving as Associate White House Counsel, and later as policy adviser, under President Clinton. She then became a professor at Harvard Law School and was later named its first female dean.  

Here are the original mottos and student directives for Harvard, Princeton and Oxford, which Kagan attended:

Harvard’s original mottos are: “Truth For Christ and the Church” and “For the Glory of Christ.”

Harvard’s directives to students were:

Let every student be plainly instructed and consider well (that) the main end of his life and studies is to know God and Jesus, which is eternal life (John 17:3), and therefore to lay Christ in the bottom as the only foundation of all sound knowledge and learning… Everyone shall so exercise himself in reading the Scriptures twice a day that he shall be ready to give such an account of his proficiency therein.

John Witherspoon, founder and president of Princeton, required the following of his students:

Every student shall attend worship in the college hall morning and evening… (and) shall attend public worship on the Sabbath… (T)here shall be assigned to each class certain exercises for their religious instruction…and no student belonging to any class shall neglect them.

Witherspoon taught:

(H)e is the best friend to American liberty who is most sincere and active in promoting true and undefiled religion and who sets himself with the greatest firmness to bear down on profanity and immorality of every kind. Whosoever is an avowed enemy of God, I (hesitate not) to call him an enemy to his country.

Oxford’s original motto is taken from Psalm 27: “The Lord is my Light.”

Kagan, and the others above, are a disgrace to the founders of this God-blessed Christian nation. Our founders laid down their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to ensure that America could remain a free and blessed nation. And it is our duty to magnify what they sacrificed for by holding our representatives’ accountable to the Constitution with a jealous love for freedom.

Public schools are teaching what???

The Center on Education Policy recently reported that half of the schools in the U.S. are failing, blaming the defective No Child Left Behind Act passed into law by George W. Bush, and which Congress has failed to address.

Here’s a question for America: since when does the Federal government have any Constitutional authority over the education of your children? They don’t! The 10th Amendment states, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

America, if you have your young people in a public school, you are allowing the next generation to feed upon everything that destroys who we really are as a People. If it’s not through No Child Left Behind (NCLB), which aims for the floor, then it’s through International Baccalaureate (IB), an unconstitutional, United Nations, global agenda.

Abraham Lincoln stated the truth when he said, “The philosophy of the school room in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next.” What is the government attempting to promulgate on this current generation? Point made.

I say so often that if we don’t sow righteousness into the up and coming generations today, they will be there to curse us tomorrow.

After performing lyceums in several hundred public schools across America, I noticed that three to five churches would compass each community. Day after day, week after week, the young are attending school 5 days a week and then church two days. I have often wondered what these young people were thinking when they were told by their parents and pastors how much they were loved, yet wondered why they were subject to indoctrination in public schools.

They teach humanism and evolution while they attempt to set the student at war with their Creator. They spew forth re-written history, the opposite of what our forefathers established by omitting the facts in textbooks. They also push sex education, which at length attempts to promote homosexuality and abortion. To make matters worse, the NEA refused to pass an amendment (I-24) that protects students from sexual misconduct by teachers. The list goes on and on…

America, we can teach what we know, but we can only reproduce who we are. Jesus rightly said that wisdom is justified by her children. This is not the wisdom our forefathers left us. God forbid that we complain about what we have raised up through OUR children. It’s time to show them love by demonstration and get them out of these unconstitutional indoctrination centers.

Outside of the fact that there has never been such a thing as gay marriage in the history of mankind, the radical gay agenda attempts to push their “government backed” (Chai Feldblum, see video) illegal agenda regardless of what this God blessed Republic and it’s people have established through our Mosaic Institution called Common Law. In every state gay marriage has been voted on, it is voted down. What is it that these radical homosexuals don’t understand about the Law?

On January 1st, 2012, Hawaii became the seventh state to acknowledge same sex marriages with no legal premise to substantiate their unions. (Note: 3 of the 7 states are in some form of litigation to reverse the decisions.) And the perversion of it all is that the radical homosexuals want to be married in Christian churches. They are asking God to bless what He calls an abomination. I wonder what Bible these people are reading? God condemns homosexuality both in the Old and New Testaments (read Leviticus 18:22, Leviticus 20:13, Romans 1:24, 1 Corinthians 6:9, 1 Timothy 1:10, Jude 1:7).

Two pastors in Hawaii filed a lawsuit against the state, Governor Neil Abercrombie, and Dept. of Health director Loretta Fuddy. Why? 

The pastors claimed that they needed a restraining order and injunction “to maintain their 1st, 5th and 14th Amendment rights, without being subjected to injunctions, fines and other penalties for refusing to rent their church grounds for same-sex ceremonies and receptions.” 

A federal judge blocked their bid, claiming they lacked “legal standing,” when in fact, the judge, the state, and the governor are the ones who lack legal standing through their un-American policy. The pastors are not the ones who should be called into question; it is the state, the judge, and the governor that are usurping the Constitution of the United States and violating our Republican form of government (Read Exodus 18:21). 

What happens when people say enough is enough to those who help this illegal agenda along? They will do what they did in Iowa when 3 judges who were part of the unanimous decision to legalize same-sex marriage were voted out. Christians and conservatives in the state took matters into their own hands and ousted the judges who acted as “legislators in robes.”

Like anything else, the radical gay agenda has to circumvent their movement through deceptive measures on the American people, or get their minions in government to do it for them. So, to the minions in government, I am putting you on notice: remember Iowa.

School shootings and antidepressants: what’s the link?

The USAToday recently reported that the number of Americans taking antidepressants is soaring. This could possibly be in direct connection to the controversial TeenScreen survey given to children as young as 9 years old in public schools. TeenScreen has been responsible for policing the mental health of children over the past decade. It is of note that this mental screening process usurps parental rights over the care of their own children. 

There used to be a day in America when parents loved their children enough to chastise them, because they taught them to know the difference between right and wrong, which is love. They understood that “foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him” (Proverbs 22:15).

But today, the pharmaceutical companies and their minions in government are at work trying to convince you that spanking your child is abuse rather than love. And their resolve is to label your child mentally ill (ADHD, ADD, etc.) and put them on dangerous psychotropic drugs called antidepressants. Read the antidepressant black box warning for yourselves and read the side effects on the inserts of antidepressant boxes. Some of the side effects include:

• Confusion

• Depersonalization

• Hostility

• Hallucinations

• Manic reactions

• Suicidal ideation

• Loss of consciousness

• Delusions

• Feeling drunk

• Alcohol abuse

• Homicidal ideation

Despite these horrific side effects, the number of anti-depressants being prescribed to children has doubled in the last nine years. More and more public schools have brought in TeenScreen, a manipulative survey for children that sets them up for an antidepressant prescription. For example, one of the questions asked is: “Has there been a time when you felt you couldn’t do anything well or that you weren’t as good-looking or smart as other people?” Another question is: “In the last year, has there been any situation when you had less energy than usual?” Who hasn’t felt that way in their life at some time or another?

Nearly 20% of students who take the survey are labeled mentally ill, which leads to a prescription for antidepressants. They are selling this process as suicide prevention, however, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force found “no evidence” that screening for suicide risk reduces suicide attempts. In the meantime, pharmaceutical companies are raking in hundreds of millions of dollars a day while our children are used as political and medical guinea pigs. 

Another interesting fact is that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has never been proven. Dr. Edward C. Hamlyn, a founding member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 1998 stated, “ADHD is fraud intended to justify starting children on a life of drug addiction.”

Barking up the Wrong Tree… Separation of Church and State in Context

Ruff, Ruff! Well, folks, if it is not the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) trying to unlawfully shut you up and give your enemies their supposed rights (their founder, Roger Baldwin, said, “Communism is the goal”), then it is, get this, an organization called Freedom from Religion (their name, by the way, is contrary to the First Amendment). Both organizations base their premise upon the falsified “separation of church and state.”

The phrase “separation of church and state” is nowhere in any founding document. It is, however, found in Article 52 of the USSR Constitution. 

Article One of the Bill of Rights:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Last week, an Arizona chapter of Freedom from Religion attempted to sue Governor Jan Brewer in Maricopa County Court, objecting that Brewer “exhorted citizens to pray on January 17, 2010, when she proclaimed a Day of Prayer for the Arizona economy and state budget.” They can bark all they want, but they better find another country that will tolerate their hostilities, for in America, they are barking up the wrong tree.

Freedom from Religion happens to be the same group who came against the city of Athens, Texas (allegedly it was one of their own members) for the Nativity display on the lawn this Christmas. However, their ignorance and hostility only swelled the ranks of the righteous. In response to their hostilities, 5,000 Americans gathered around the Nativity to praise God for His Son, Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world.

Groups like these have not yet come to the understanding that our rights come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God. Therefore, if the state didn’t give us rights, they cannot take them away.

The two main architects of Article One are George Washington and Fisher Ames. 

Fisher Ames said, “Should not the Bible regain the place it once held as a schoolbook? Its morals are pure, its examples captivating and noble.”

George Washington predicted the exact outcome of departing from religious obligations in his Farewell Address: “Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious (Christian) principle.”

They knew that religious principles provided morality and self-control. That is the lifeblood for the survival of any self-governing community. Therefore, I say, “ruff, ruff.”

As the anniversary of Roe v. Wade approaches us this weekend, people need to understand that abortion was murder and illegal prior to, during, and after the 1973 decision. 

The law of Nature and Nature’s God is perpetually in force throughout the earth. He specifically forbids the execution of an innocent life (Proverbs 6:17). Furthermore, the Constitution does not give any court the authority to make law.  Judges can only render opinions that apply only to the parties that are before them.

However, in our culture today, there are some brilliantly moronic students of the “credentialed” elite, who don’t even need guns to force them to think a certain way; just tickle their ears, make some empty promises, and presto!, you have a community of the unashamed organized degenerates. But don’t forget – they have their “credentials.” 

The good news is, the majority of Americans are not in this camp of cultural degenerates. 

Speaking of degenerates, recently the “Captain of Criminal Degenerates” Eric Holder and his two-year political prosecution of Mary Susan Pine for holding a sign outside of an abortion clinic (preserving life) ended with the granting of summary judgment by an upright Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp.  Judge Ryskamp concluded that the government lacked evidence to prove “all three elements of its FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act) claim.” The ruling was a chastisement of Holder for seeking to apply federal law in a clearly unconstitutional manner!

The laws against abortion still exist and they still apply to criminals, they are just not being enforced, and why would they be enforced by a President and Attorney General who make it a habit to break laws and use the force of law against those who uphold the law on a daily basis?

So, on the 39th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade, abandon the media message that our nation is “divided” on the issue. Rev. Frank Pavone comes to my aid when he stated, “Our nation is awakening to the fact that Roe’s policy – imposed by a Court rather than voted on by the people’s representatives — has never represented what the majority of Americans think about abortion.”

I leave you with the fact that even if the people democratically agreed with the ruling it would not change the immutable law of “Thou shalt not kill.” We the People can no more change law than can the judges we decry.

You may have seen last week when Senator Rand Paul was detained by the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) for refusing to allow a pat down when the screener gave a false positive detection. 

The TSA was looking for another excuse to put their hands on another American citizen in violation of our Fourth Amendment right, which states: 

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall NOT be violated…”

The only thing their scanners did detect was that Rand Paul had spine enough to resist their unlawful policy.  Rand correctly made the distinction between rights and privileges. 

Benjamin Franklin was right when he stated: “Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney immediately responded: “When an irregularity is found in a TSA screening process, it must be resolved prior to allowing a passenger, any passenger, to proceed to the secure area of the airport.”

What is to be done when the “irregularity” is found within the TSA? And when that irregularity is found, then it becomes the responsibility of the American people to correct the crimes of the TSA when they will not correct themselves.

Take note: This is the same criminal administration that is at war with governors of states who are attempting to prevent illegals from entering this country, while allowing the TSA to violate American citizens. This government has labeled every single American citizen as a suspect in terrorism.

Again, the TSA has no lawful authority to put their hands on you. Why? Because it stands contrary to the United States Constitution.

The Supreme Court declared in 1803, “All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.”

I am all for safety and security, but not at the cost of giving up our rights that have been purchased at such a high price. The scanners are sufficient. Furthermore, airports are not required to have the TSA, which, by the way, have not successfully caught a single terrorist.

During an interview with Senator Paul, Megyn Kelly with Fox News stated it was only putting up red flags to the TSA when refusing an illegal pat down. 

However, Megyn had it backwards. Let me put into perspective what the red flags truly are, namely the crimes of TSA employees toward those who go through security lines at the airport.

Evolution is one of those topics that’s so absolutely ridiculous that I would even have to take the time to expose the theory/religion of evolution (and theory it is), but when it effects the outcome of future generations, it must take precedent. Take a look with me at the absurdities of people who blindly follow its teaching. 

It has been said, “The philosophy of the classroom in one generation will the be philosophy of government in the next.” When people fall in line with the theory of evolution, and with those like Adolph Hitler who kill millions and millions of people because they weren’t quite as evolved, this is not only terrible, but also very dangerous. 

As a matter of fact, until 1962, there were only 2-3,000 words mentioning the theory/religion of evolution in school textbooks. Conveniently, in 1962, the Supreme Court ruled to take prayer out of schools, thus removing God (the Giver of Law and the foundation of our Constitutional Republic) and ignoring 97 percent of the people who said to leave America’s Christian heritage alone. The outcome? America’s public schools exploded the mention of evolution in textbooks from 2-3,000 words to 33,000+ words.

The theory/religion of evolution teaches our kids a mindset that God does not exist (idolatry – the oldest sin in the Bible); that there are no moral absolutes; that some men are better than others; and that we evolved from monkeys. Then we wonder why, after teaching evolution in schools, America has an epidemic of school shootings, suicides, violence, rape, and crime.

If you can convince the people that God does not exist, then the government becomes god.  Now what you are seeing today is the modern American government falling in line with the same theory/religion: away with God and onward with tyranny. How contradictory to our founders!

Benjamin Rush, signer of the Declaration of Independence, stated, “In contemplating the political institutions of the United States, if we were to remove the Bible from schools, I lament that we could be wasting so much time and money in punishing crime and would be taking so little pains to prevent them.”

Besides this, Charles Darwin himself didn’t believe his theory would stand up to the light of truth. He said in his book, The Origin of Species, “If it could be demonstrated that an organ exists, which could not have been formed by numerous, successive, slight modifications, my theory would absolutely break down.” If that’s the case, Charlie, what is the basis for any of your theories? There isn’t one.

As Penn State’s Jerry Sandusky Laughs…

Last week in Los Angeles, a twisted teacher accused of spoon-feeding his semen to elementary school students is stuck in jail for the foreseeable future.  A Los Angeles County judge jacked his bail to $23 million from the initial $2.3 million at the request of prosecutors. Apparently, this judge understands that justice is the guardian of liberty. 

But on the other hand, soft judges produce hardened criminals. How many pederasts (homosexual crimes) with 52 counts of child sex abuse are released on a minuscule bail? 

For example, Jerry Sandusky, former Penn State football coach and head of the prominent children’s charity, The Second Mile, is accused on 52 criminal counts (with eye-witnesses testifying) stemming from accusations he molested 10 boys between 1994 and 2008, using his position to seduce vulnerable boys into forced sexual acts with him. Allegations range from forced oral sex on an 11-year-old boy to an eye-witness account by graduate assistant Mike McQuery of anal sex on a boy about 10 years of age in the Penn State showers. One boy said he traveled with Sandusky to multiple bowl games where the coach forced oral sex in his hotel room. Sandusky once threatened to send the boy home early if he kept resisting, the victim testified.

Judge Leslie Dutchot was the first judge to preside over the case. She had to be replaced because she had been a volunteer at Sandusky’s charity, The Second Mile, and she raised many eyebrows by giving Sandusky a $100,000 unsecured bail, meaning he did not have to pay it unless he missed his next court date. Prosecutors had requested a $500,000 bail and an ankle monitor for Sandusky. They got neither.

This week Jerry Sandusky appeared in court laughing several times while trying to answer questions from the judge when he took the stand during a hearing to hash out pretrial issues between his attorney and prosecutors. And why wouldn’t he be laughing due to the fact that the judge concedes to every one of his requests? He can see his grandkids, drive to his attorney’s office, shovel snow on his driveway, and sit on his back porch watching elementary children play during recess, as his yard borders the school’s. The judge put a deaf ear no only to the 52 charges against him, but also to complaints of neighbors and school officials who saw him outside. Maybe Jerry should look at scripture before he chuckles next time (Matthew 18:6).

When this case first broke, I said on my radio program, The Sons of Liberty, the Sandusky scandal is just the tip of the iceberg to major pedophile rings in the United States.

Just when you didn’t think it could get any worse, former FBI director Louis Freeh has been hired to investigate the case. If you recall, Freeh was the FBI director during the Alfred P. Murrah building bombing. He was also involved in Waco and Ruby Ridge in the 1990’s. Is he the fox in the chicken coup or is he there to bring forth justice? You decide. 

This sure sounds familiar. Does Boys Town ring a bell?

It seems that every time someone such as myself attempts to encourage our Christian brothers and sisters to resist an unconstitutional or otherwise reprehensible government policy, we hear the retort, “What about Romans Chapter 13? We Christians must submit to government. Any government. Read your Bible, and leave me alone.” Or words to that effect.

No doubt, some who use this argument are sincere. They are only repeating what they have heard their pastor and other religious leaders say. On the other hand, let’s be honest enough to admit that some who use this argument are just plain lazy, apathetic, and indifferent. And Romans 13 is their escape from responsibility. I suspect this is the much larger group, by the way.

Nevertheless, for the benefit of those who are sincere (but obviously misinformed), let’s briefly examine Romans Chapter 13. I quote Romans Chapter 13, verses 1 through 7, from the Authorized King James text:

“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. For this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing. Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.”

Do our Christian friends who use these verses to teach that we should not oppose President Bush or any other political leader really believe that civil magistrates have unlimited authority to do anything they want without opposition? I doubt whether they truly believe that.

For example, what if our President decided to resurrect the old monarchal custom of Jus Primae Noctis (Law of First Night)? That was the old medieval custom when the king claimed the right to sleep with a subject’s bride on the first night of their marriage. Would our sincere Christian brethren sheepishly say, “Romans Chapter 13 says we must submit to the government”? I think not. And would any of us respect any man who would submit to such a law?

So, there are limits to authority. A father has authority in his home, but does this give him power to abuse his wife and children? Of course not. An employer has authority on the job, but does this give him power to control the private lives of his employees? No. A pastor has overseer authority in the church, but does this give him power to tell employers in his church how to run their businesses? Of course not. All human authority is limited in nature. No man has unlimited authority over the lives of other men. (Lordship and Sovereignty is the exclusive domain of Jesus Christ.)

By the same token, a civil magistrate has authority in civil matters, but his authority is limited and defined. Observe that Romans Chapter 13 clearly limits the authority of civil government by strictly defining its purpose: “For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil . . . For he is the minister of God to thee for good . . . for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.”

Notice that civil government must not be a “terror to good works.” It has no power or authority to terrorize good works or good people. God never gave it that authority. And any government that oversteps that divine boundary has no divine authority or protection.

Civil government is a “minister of God to thee for good.” It is a not a minister of God for evil. Civil magistrates have a divine duty to “execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.” They have no authority to execute wrath upon him that doeth good. None. Zilch. Zero. And anyone who says they do is lying. So, even in the midst of telling Christians to submit to civil authority, Romans Chapter 13 limits the power and reach of civil authority.

Did Moses violate God’s principle of submission to authority when he killed the Egyptian taskmaster in defense of his fellow Hebrew? Did Elijah violate God’s principle of submission to authority when he openly challenged Ahab and Jezebel? Did David violate God’s principle of submission to authority when he refused to surrender to Saul’s troops? Did Daniel violate God’s principle of submission to authority when he disobeyed the king’s law to not pray audibly to God? Did the three Hebrew children violate God’s principle of submission to authority when they refused to bow to the image of the state? Did John the Baptist violate God’s principle of submission to authority when he publicly scolded King Herod for his infidelity? Did Simon Peter and the other Apostles violate God’s principle of submission to authority when they refused to stop preaching on the streets of Jerusalem? Did Paul violate God’s principle of submission to authority when he refused to obey those authorities who demanded that he abandon his missionary work? In fact, Paul spent almost as much time in jail as he did out of jail.

Remember that every apostle of Christ (except John) was killed by hostile civil authorities opposed to their endeavors. Christians throughout church history were imprisoned, tortured, or killed by civil authorities of all stripes for refusing to submit to their various laws and prohibitions. Did all of these Christian martyrs violate God’s principle of submission to authority?

So, even the great prophets, apostles, and writers of the Bible (including the writer of Romans Chapter 13) understood that human authority–even civil authority–is limited.

Plus, Paul makes it clear that our submission to civil authority must be predicated on more than fear of governmental retaliation. Notice, he said, “Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.” Meaning, our obedience to civil authority is more than just “because they said so.” It is also a matter of conscience. This means we must think and reason for ourselves regarding the justness and rightness of our government’s laws. Obedience is not automatic or robotic. It is a result of both rational deliberation and moral approbation.

Therefore, there are times when civil authority may need to be resisted. Either governmental abuse of power or the violation of conscience (or both) could precipitate civil disobedience. Of course, how and when we decide to resist civil authority is an entirely separate issue. And I will reserve that discussion for another time.

Beyond that, we in the United States of America do not live under a monarchy. We have no king. There is no single governing official in this country. America’s “supreme Law” does not rest with any man or any group of men. America’s “supreme Law” does not rest with the President, the Congress, or even the Supreme Court. In America, the U.S. Constitution is the “supreme Law of the Land.” Under our laws, every governing official publicly promises to submit to the Constitution of the United States. Do readers understand the significance of this distinction? I hope so.

This means that in America the “higher powers” are not the men who occupy elected office, they are the tenets and principles set forth in the U.S. Constitution. Under our laws and form of government, it is the duty of every citizen, including our elected officials, to obey the U.S. Constitution. Therefore, this is how Romans Chapter 13 reads to Americans:

“Let every soul be subject unto the [U.S. Constitution.] For there is no [Constitution] but of God: the [Constitution] that be [is] ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the [Constitution], resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For [the Constitution is] not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the [Constitution]? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: For [the Constitution] is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for [the Constitution] beareth not the sword in vain: for [the Constitution] is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. For this cause pay ye tribute also: for [the Constitution is] God’s minister, attending continually upon this very thing. Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.”

Dear Christian friend, the above is exactly the proper understanding of our responsibility to civil authority in these United States, as per the teaching of Romans Chapter 13.

Furthermore, Christians, above all people, should desire that their elected representatives submit to the Constitution, because it is constitutional government that has done more to protect Christian liberty than any governing document ever devised by man. As I have noted before in this column (See: https://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/c2005/cbarchive_20050630.html ), Biblical principles form the foundation of all three of America’s founding documents: The Declaration of Independence, The U.S. Constitution, and The Bill of Rights.

As a result, Christians in America (for the most part) have not had to face the painful decision to “obey God rather than men” and defy their civil authorities.

The problem in America today is that we have allowed our political leaders to violate their oaths of office and to ignore, and blatantly disobey, the “supreme Law of the Land,” the U.S. Constitution. Therefore, if we truly believe Romans Chapter 13, we will insist and demand that our civil magistrates submit to the U.S. Constitution.

Now, how many of us Christians are going to truly obey Romans Chapter 13?

How is it, America, that the left knows how to lie better than the right knows how to tell the truth? Just think: There would be no left if the right would do the right thing at all times.

Recently, I was asked my what my beliefs were during a radio interview. I said, “What do you mean ‘my beliefs’? It is OK for us to have different opinions as long as we are rooted in the same principles.” And here lies America’s problems. This is how the corrupt in government divide and conquer through the media, public schools and colleges: just blind them to their history.

When saying the Pledge of Allegiance, you recite, “… one nation under God, indivisible (cannot be divided, separated or broken), with liberty and justice for all.”

Can’t you just hear the unlearned college professor or philosopher (using big words with common-sense meanings) decry, “We are not a Christian nation”? They then complain about the government that will not be ruled by Law (our Mosaic institution; God gave government through Moses). In their confusion they blurt out the truth: They would rather listen to man’s 10,000 commandments than to God’s Ten Commandments, which only produce liberty when you love God in Christ.

In essence, the left is at war with God and His Law, which states: thou shalt not kill, commit adultery, steal, lie or covet. They seem to forget that “Wherever law ends, tyranny begins.”

President Andrew Jackson said, “The Bible is the rock upon which our republic rests.” And these are the principles that keep us united.

The University of Houston political science professors searched to find where the Founding Fathers chose their ideas:

• They assembled 15,000 writings from the era of the founders.

• They researched for 10 years, isolated 3,154 direct quotes and identified the source of the quotes:

1. 8.3 percent were quotes from Baron Charles de Montesquieu;

2. 7.9 percent were quotes from Sir William Blackstone;

3. 2.9 percent were from John Locke;

4. 34 percent of their quotes came directly from the Bible – and when researching where Montesquieu, Blackstone and Locke got their ideas, they found that theirs came from the Bible as well.

Here is the correlation between the Constitution and the Bible concerning America’s Christian heritage:

• Separation of powers: Jeremiah 17:9

• Immigration laws: Leviticus 19:34

• President must be natural born citizen: Deuteronomy 17:15

• Witness and capital punishment: Deuteronomy 17:6

• Three branches of government: Isaiah 33:22

• Tax exemptions for churches: Ezra 7:24

• Republicanism: Exodus 18:21

Hate Crimes! Hate crimes! The homosexual radicals are trying to push an illegal agenda through hate crimes, not understanding that all crime is motivated by hate. What is this really about? And who’s doing the hating?

Obama appointed Chai Feldblum, an open lesbian who was nominated to serve as commissioner of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Chai stated, “I believe granting liberty to gay people advances a compelling government interest, that such an interest cannot be adequately advanced if ‘pockets of resistance’ to a societal statement of equality are permitted to flourish, and hence that a law that permits no individual exceptions based on religious beliefs will be the least restrictive means of achieving the goal of liberty for gay people.”

The devil is in the details. Chai said it is a “compelling government interest,” that there can be no “pockets of resistance,” and “a law that permits no individual exceptions based on religious beliefs.” What are they saying? “We want it our way by any means necessary, even if we have to turn the law against itself and make law-abiding citizens out to be law-breakers.” This is a totalitarian mindset.

This explains the Matthew Shepard distorted “hate crimes” law, which has been exposed by ABC’s 20/20 as having nothing to do with Matthew’s sexual orientation. This also explains the supposed “anti-bullying” policy being shoved down students’ throats in public schools, like it or not.

Interesting, this well exposes the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network’s (GLSEN) statement conceiving the supposed anti-bullying policies which told on themselves when they said that anti-bullying is really about promoting “affirmation” of homosexual behavior in the school system.

Therefore, homosexual radicals have created a “play the victim” position to advance their agenda of hate by bullying anyone who opposes their behavior.

They are trying to teach people to hate the laws that expose their perversion. It is bigotry in reverse.

All the way until 1961, sodomy was illegal in every state. If you were caught in the act of sodomy in Rhode Island, you could be thrown in jail for up to 20 years. Until 1973, homosexuality was considered a mental illness. Now they are attempting to force Americans to accept homosexual behavior, or it will be considered hate if anyone dare stand up against it.
